Unbelievable, unprofessional, inconvenient, and simply disappointing... We've been communicating with a salesman for 2weeks; provided all pertinent information and had a pretty good idea of what to expect regarding numbers. Well... when we arrived (drove 3+ hrs) another salesman greeted us, but didn't have details of our 2 week 'conversation'. After a bit of time & test drive, we were informed that the only remaining vehicle we specifically requested was the more expensive upgraded option... ours had been sold the night before! Well... thanks for allowing us to waste a tank of gas and 8 hours of our Saturday! Ridiculous. Brad & Deanna Keizer, Hot Springs, SD
