I attended a wedding here and found the staff to be tremendously helpful and friendly. The table service was outstanding. This is a fantastic venue for hosting social and professional events.

Many events I've been to hrre. Food was excellent as always.

My husband and I make it a point to stay at White Oaks anytime we need a mini getaway out of the city for a night or two. We always have a pleasant stay and the staff are always so friendly. We will continue to make this our go to spot in Niagara for years to come!

This hotel is in great proximity to the outlet mall as well as a Starbucks and McDonalds. Services are pricey in the spa. We did not find the resort relaxing while visiting as a couple. There were a lot of families with children and as a result, the pool area was boisterous when we visited. The concierge was not overly friendly with us. The service at the front desk was very good. We ate at Play and enjoyed the food. The portions are quite large and prices are reasonable. The spa experience was lacking and is expensive. I would not return to the spa.
The bed was comfortable and the room overall nice. We found some hairs on the bathroom counter and in the shower on check in which was unappealing. We did not use the gym during our stay. Would recommend at a reduced cost but would not stay here at $400/night.

Very nice hotel. It is the extra little flourishes that really make it stand out. Coffee in the room is from a Keurig and there is a welcome card and mints waiting for you. There is a hot tub, workout room and pool. The staff are friendly and considerate. There was a beautiful view of the courtyard from my large bedroom. There is a Starbucks and outlet mall food nearby if that is your thing too.

I have definitely had a better massage. It was suppose to be a full body massage and she barely touch half of my body. The appointment started with "let's have you start on your stomach" yet she never had me roll over. Focusing mainly on my back, never touched my arms and I could have sworn she fell asleep while massaging my feet.

I was pretty sueprised since everyone raves about them. Not horrible, but I wouldn't go back.

Beautiful place and they are very friendly and worm there I'm looking at having my wedding reception here and I would recommend others too

Our room was dark and a little tired. We enjoyed the pool. We were pleased that the restaurant had several vegan options and they were quite good.

The actual workout space is small, however, it is rarely busy. The perks here are the clubs, massages, steam rooms etc. Super clean and a nice atmosphere just wish there was a bit more variety in the workout room or maybe a bit bigger.

Great hotel and conference center. Just finished our 2nd in a row Hickory Dickory Decks conference at White Oaks. The service was fantastic, the hotel top notch , and the food fantastic. A great choice. Tom

One thing that you never have to worry about here is the shower. Hot and great water pressure!

A most excellent destination! Beautiful amenities, comfortable beds, and shuttle bus service to and from Jackson-Triggs for a concert...doesn't get much better than that!

Nice concierge and entrance area. Rooms are somewhat dated. Right next to to Collection Outlet. On-site restaurants are pleasant. Often have weddings taking place.

Spend one night here, very clean and quiet environment, also very busy.

The rooms are beautiful, and all the staff are very helpful and kind. The food is very expensive.

Staff is always so great. Everyone smiles and says hello. They have no issues bringing things up you may need and always there to help. The spa is beautiful and being there for conferences and week long schools is always amazing. They really look after you.

Great home base for wine touring in the Niagara-on-the-Lake area. Large comfortable rooms.

Our experience at the White Oaks Resort & Spa was great! My compliments to Andre and Alyssa for their its handled attitude. Andre was very welcoming & helpful!he raised the bar for anyone that works in the hospitality industry.

Stayed one night on feb 10th. Food was awful and service was incredibly slow. Would not recommend for business stays or anyone that needs to be on time.

We had a great stay at White Oaks resort and Spa. Most of all the service was fast, efficient, and very welcoming and friendly. All interactions we had throughout the resort were personable and pleasant. The room was very spacious and the shower was beautiful! The resort is in an excellent location to start biking tour and right across the street from the outlets. We did not enjoy any of the amenities or restaurant, but maybe next time!

Amazing amenities, great place to recharge and reset...the rooms and washrooms could do with a little more luxe in finishes and decor...

My husband and I can't say enough good about this place! We came to celebrate our 11th anniversary and from the minute we walked in we felt that the customer service quality was outstanding. Very clean hotel. Nice dining places. The gym is a our favorite part! Stunning fitness gym and amenities! We also have had couples massages before on past visits and the spa is very relaxing with great RMTs.

We were surprised when we first arrived inside our room, a beautiful card was addressed to us (see photo attached). Kathleen on reception left us a nice note wishing us a happy anniversary. This made our day and warmed our hearts so much!

We spent the evening in Niagara falls and when we came back we had a nice voicemail message waiting for us in the room. A sweet lady named Amanda left us a message to also wish us a happy anniversary and see if there was anything that we needed.

In the morning, we asked for fresh cream for our coffees and the room service staff was excellent! A gentleman named Jacob brought us cream and again, customer service was excellent! Genuine, caring, eager-to-help service. This was the biggest thing that we noticed here and it made our visit perfect!

The hotel: nice to walk around, lots to see. Can walk around outside on the grounds, or walk across the street to McDonalds and the Premium Outlet Mall. Restaurants are excellent. Liv restaurant has a great chef and a romantic atmosphere. Nice sitting areas all around the hotel with fireplaces and art.

The room: bed is very comfortable. Slept well. Flat screen tv. Alarm clock has a cd player - we played music. Bathroom was nice- organic shampoo conditioner and soaps. A complementary loofah - love it! A flatscreen tv in the washroom - my husband liked this. Nice view.

Will definitely come back (in fact, we are booked again for this Friday!). Highly recommended.

The gym facilities are top notch. The squash courts are always in good condition, there is a sauna and steam room included in the changerooms are never crowded. I would recommend white oaks to anyone looking for a really high quality gym

Very well run hotel and sports and conference centre. Friendly, effective staff and first class facilities. Many of the features for company meetings are very well thought out. Our second time there for a company conference and I expect we'll come gain.

Just one Level 2 EV charger though, which was a bottleneck for me and at least one other person. Time to increase the number of chargers: 5? 3?

Would def stay again and recommend. The resort is huge and I m sad we didn t get to explore the whole gym and fitness classes. The spa was great, however for what we got, I think it s a bit overpriced (25 min massage for $90). I do like that we got access to the pool, sauna and steam room complimentary with our stay.

Loved our stay, beds are very comfortable, restaurants are AMAZING! For an older hotel they really try and keep it updated and very clean. Service is top notch

The hotel is gorgeous. Our stay was amazing. Clean and comfortable. I was with a group and we had a dinner ( meal plan buffet ) planned in a conference room. It was to be billed to our room. We all signed the bill giving permission to add on to our room bill at the end of our stay. BUT this worker that was the boss lady ( red hair ) was very rude and loudly said you all need to give a tip, and you all got a deal on your food. I was eating and she demanded I do this. I did confronted her. She did say she was sorry. We were all upset with her actions. I will come back again to your hotel, but I will not eat if we have a meal plan. By the way the food was not satisfactory :( and extremely overly priced.

It's a great place. The staff is very helpful. I actually went there to do an assignment for school and they were very helpful.

It's a beautiful place, easy to get around and very nice staff. I didn't get to see much of the place, but from I did see, it looked like a fabulous place that I'd like to visit again on leisure.

White Oaks is a wonderful place to relax and stay when visiting the Shaw Festival at Niagara on the Lake or on a wine tour. The amenities are top notch and the staff is the most friendly group of people around.

Amazing stay from check in to check out! Staff are very friendly. Room was comfortable and spacious. Wasn't sure about the firm mattress on the bed as we have a pillow top at home but slept great. The food at the Play bar & grill was delicious and appreciated the manager coming over and asking how everything was. Breakfast the next morning was the buffet and everything tasted wonderful. We stayed in the tower and it was worth the extra money. We will definitely be back

We had our working event there and the service was fantastic. Staff is very professional, attentive and polite. Place is very beautiful as well. 5 stars!

Love this hotel. Great food. Outlet malls across the street and a short distance to the boarder. Spa service is costly but comparable to other hotels. Great little pool.

Incredible resort for a staycation. The rooms were incredibly clean, the staff were very courteous and the restaurants were excellent. Also close to the Niagara outlets and plenty of wineries. The spa services were also excellent.

Hotel was very nice. Was greated at the door and led to Spa which I was visiting. Used nice pool and hot tob. I was looking for the steam room and asked maintenance person, they personally stopped what they were doing and walked me to the location. Amazing customer service by all staff. The massage at the spa was very nice and the fitness facility was very large and clean. We ate at the snack bar and the food was terrific as well. I will try and come back in the future for sure!

Spent a night recently at White Oaks as part of a wine country weekend. Rooms are comfy, and the location is central to both 20 Valley ( aka the Bench) and the Niagara on the Lake wineries and attractions. I didn't eat at Liv (site restaurant) this trip, however the food has been great on past visits. It's a good, central home base for all your explorations.

Your Hotel, Staff, Stay, and Restaurant, was absolutely fabulous. We have been a huge fan of your head chef Michael Price for years. So when we booked this dinner for our 5th anniversary we were prepared to be totally impressed. However, once we found out the most amazing dinner we just had was prepared by the sous chef Ross Burnett we were totally blown away, as it was the best meal we ever had. Kudos Ross..... Our servers Heni and Rachel were fantastic and definitely in keeping with Michael's philosophy of your not lucky to be here we are lucky to have you here.

From the moment we arrived at White Oaks Resort we were greeted with fabulous hospitality. From the porter Robert who took our luggage and showed us our room and offered to get us ice, to the concierge Andre who remembered our name every time we walked through the lobby and assisted us in all aspects of our stay, we were totally impressed with everyone and everything about this resort. We could not believe the class, style and friendliness of the the staff and the Ambiance was exquisite. We were there to celebrate our fifth wedding anniversary and our dinner in Liv restaurant was absolute perfection. The food was over the top in both presentation and taste with no detail overlooked. The many extras provided throughout the night were extremely appreciated including the bottle of champagne on ice and two glasses delivered to our room which was totally unexpected. We would certainly recommend this resort to everyone and we look forward to our next visit. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable in so many ways, we won't forget you, or our amazing experience. We can't wait to see you all again next year.

We enjoyed the facilities as wedding guests, and the experience was sublime. Our hostess (Allison) was tremendous, communicating every aspect of the itinerary flawlessly, all while keeping the goblets full. The food was cooked to perfection, and the bar tenders we're on point as well. Overall a fantastic evening, and congratulations to the married couple!

It s the only place to stay in Niagara. Try it once and you ll see for yourself. Hospitality? They invented it.

I was there for the Pearl Gloves charity boxing event for MS. The place was extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Located just off the QEW. Very easy to find and has lots of parking.

1st time at this location and I have to say it was amazing. Went for the gf's bday, booked a couple's massage as well as had reservations at Liv Restaurant, which was the onsite restaurant at the hotel. Everything was relaxing and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Will be coming back again for sure.
