Attended a wedding at White Oaks. Was much nicer than I expected. The food was very good and the servers were great. Would recommend.

Such a treat to stay here. The service is beyond excellent. Great thought has gone into making your stay meaningful and memorable. Wish I could go more often.

My girlfriend and I stayed at White Oaks two nights (July 22-24). We always go for a spa treat and some shopping and wine tour. Our experience this time was not very pleasing. We found the staff at front desk not helpful at all at our check in Wednesday July 22. We could not use the phone that night to call front desk. I had to go down in person to let them know that our toilet was not flushing at all. We had to change rooms as plumber could not do anything about it. When I asked why no one was picking up the phone, I was told not in a nice manner that they were busy, yet there was nobody there. I had a few questions regarding our wine tour for the following day and I was told to come back in the morning. Ken our driver was the most pleasant person at the hotel. Our spa Thursday morning was the most relaxing. Our check out was very unpleasant as the lady at the front desk was not courteous at all when we questioned a few things on billing which differed from the one we checked from our room before we went down. We suggested at checkout that the tv in the rooms be updated so we have the option of signing into our personal Netflix/Amazon Movie accounts as the price the hotel charges for a movie (25.99) was ridiculous . She didn't seem to care. We were so upset with the way we were treated that we couldn't wait to leave and didn't even bother to get the name of the lady that checked us out and the name of the older gentleman that checked us in.
We will definitely not be going back to the White Oaks.

Great hotel. The bed was squishy and nice. I also really appreciated that the soap provided was not tested on animals and of good quality! The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The location was good. It was thankfully not near Clifton Hills! It s a short drive to either the falls or the nearby town. Across from the hotel there is the Niagara outlet malls which were fun to see. Also, you re near the wineries and gardens of the Niagara on the lake region.

Love it here. Have stayed twice now....the food is excellent, the rooms are perfect and very roomy. They had cards and wine waiting in room for us each time!!! (We made mention of the occasion each time) Among many other little touches....very impressed!!

White Oaks is conveniently located to all the amazing attractions in NOTL. They are close (across the street)t to the outlet mall, minutes away from wineries and Heritage District (downtown Niagara on the Lake)
The resort is absolutely beautiful, clean and welcoming. Every staff member provided us with exceptional service. The rooms (we had two queens) were CLEAN, good size, layout was good. The property was immaculately kept with beautiful gardens and landscaping. The LIV restaurant has a delicious breakfast menu, the options are endless. They have all dietary needs covered. The price was reasonable. We didn't have an opportunity to take advantage of their spa but there's always next time!

The service at the Liv lounge was excellent, the staff were polite and professional and the food was quite good.

I went to the white oaks for an interview, but I was already familiar with the various services that they provide and the atmosphere that there is because our college already took us to tour at the resort. I have been to some of the best resorts all around the world, and I have to say that now I have another one added to my list!

Horrible experience. First of all they were supposed to give us one larger bed and gave us two. We had to pay the difference for that. There was an earwig crawling around in the bathroom. The breakfast was disgusting.

I will never go to this hotel again.

The most friendly staff in a hotel in the golden horseshoe. They go above and beyond to help and are very outgoing. Expensive, but worth it.

The room was spacious. The 15.00 fee. For what should have been included was to me a blatant greedy cash grab. Food is also overpriced for the quality or lack there of. $8.00. For a cup of tea via room service. If you like the smell of chlorine and rude arrogant front desk personnel. This hotel is fir you.

This is our go to place when we need a little staycation. Whether it be the front desk, spa, restaurants, or any other part of white oaks, the service is incredible! I recommend this place to all my friends, family, and coworkers.

The service was impeccable, everyone went above and beyond to make it a great experience. The amenities were great and the spa services were extremely relaxing.

We were grateful for an early check-in and a lovely concierge, but the rooms were extremely dated and looked nothing like the photos. Bathroom vanity sink had no hot water entire stay. Breakfast buffet was standard, but not great if you have any food restrictions/allergies. The club portion of the hotel was wonderful and lots going on for the family in terms of fitness. About a 20 minute drive to downtown Niagara on the Lake.

I didn t stay here but did have opportunity to present there in one of the conference rooms. The washrooms were super clean and well kept. They had squash courts, swimming pools, tennis areas, gyms and more. The facilities look amazing. It s also located right across from the new outlet mall. The friendliness from staff was outstanding. Food at conference was always being updated and cleaned out. All in all I had a great experience presenting at this venue. I may even stay there in the near future.

I have to say these guys know how to make you feel like you were at home. We experienced a bad situation on our first night but they managed to turn this bad situation into one of the greatest stay I ever had in a hotel. They took care of us and gave us the royal treatment! We were upgrade to a suite with a complimentary bottle of wine. We were amazed by the way they handle things in order to repair their mistake. Outstanding customer service. Will definitely go back! Thx Michael!

Went to a wedding hosted here. The staff was professional and helpful, the food was excellent.

This place will NOT disappoint. The rooms are beautiful and the service is SPECTACULAR.

The shower is a tub no rain shower with glass doors.
The Air circulation in the room is poor.
The mattress hard as rock not hotel standard. value for $ spent compare to major 4 or 5star hotel chains seems over priced.

Very nice clean hotel with good service. Due to COVID not all the things in the hotel were available during our stay. Didn't get to use the SPA during this visit but plan to come back at some point.

I was here recently for the first time for a friend s wedding and I was very impressed at how beautiful, clean and comfortable it was. The staff was so nice and everything was amazing!

I'm currently enjoying a wonderful time at the White Oaks Conference Resort and Spa celebrating my wedding anniversary. They have 3 lovely restaurants to choose from. Our room is a suite and it's great. The only way it would be better is with a balcony.

Qhite Oaks Conference center is a well appointed center.
You are treated well no matter how large your team is the staff pull out all the stops to take care of you. The Rooms are super clean and the staff always do there best to meet your teams needs

Whit Oaks Conference Resort has almost everything a sports enthusiast needs... a wonderful pro shop under Pam's guidance, 4 tennis courts and multiple squash courts but the one thing they do not have is pickleball courts. That's a real shame since pickleball is the fastest growing sport in Canada and the USA.

I attended a shower there. The service and the food was good. The room was nice with a good view. The servers we're good. I would look into having an event at White Oaks. Parking is okay but if you're really old parking and then getting inside the hotel navigating the stairs and to the conference area maybe a bit tricky.

Great place to stay in Niagara - and if you like shopping you're right across from the outlets.

I visited White Oaks for an educational program. Service was wonderful, ambience was beautiful, the ease of access to everything was absolutely impeccable. And meeting Glenna, our "teacher" of sorts on the subject of working at such a fine establishment was really a pleasure. She was incredibly nice, helpful and very enthusiastic about her work. Five stars is not enough, White Oaks is 10/10 in my books!

Enjoying my stay with a WagJag deal. Fabulous deal included $50/night of spa credit and restaurant credit. The concierge service offered a surprise of an outlet discount card. The college is incredibly close and also it s close enough to walk to the outlet mall. I haven t been here for ages and that was a nice surprise. We also took advantage for a free wine tasting at the Ravine Winery which was included in our package. Feeling absolutely spoiled this weekend and can t wait to spend the day here tomorrow evening. So much to see and do! There were a few issues with our room at first but they were quick to take care of our concerns. They assisted us with our bags as well and showed us all of the amenities, and called to see if we were happy with our room. Caring staff.

Only stayed there for a night, but the hotel is quite beautiful. I would most definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

White oaks never disappoints from their fitness centre, restaurants and their spa they always meet expectations. The staff are very friendly and professional. I frequent the spa and it is one of my favourites! Again, very professional and clean environment. The full spa experience. The resort is always clean. The food has never disappointed from lunch to dinner to breakfast ! I always recommend this resort. I have not stayed in the hotel rooms however I have heard only great things.

I stayed at the resort for a much needed personal time out, to rest and recharge myself. Every single one of the staff went out of their way and were very attentive to ensure that I have a wonderful experience. The spa experiences were simply divine, and I look forward to making this a regular part of my wellness routine!

White Oaks spa resort, is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Canada. From the beautiful decor of the place, and the great staff (Garry & Aaliyah). These two employees are great examples of what customer service should be modeled after. They were friendly, and took time to give us directions. As well as recommendations on sights to see and visit. The rooms are nice, clean, and relaxing. You can't help but to enjoy your stay.

Liv, is everything that you would expect from a high end restaurant. I have been in 5 star restaurants, and some were not that impressive. Many were over rated, and fell short on the ambiance or quality of their food. Well look no further, Liv is a true 5 star restaurant. Lets start with the atmosphere. You walk into a dining area that is awe-inspiring. Its like being in a room that is set up for a wedding. Fresh flowers, scenic view of the courtyard and soft music playing in the background. The servers are well mannered, and treat you as if your royalty. I have seen servers before that try to be friendly, but you get the feeling they are forcing themselves. All the servers and front desk attendants, were very genuine. Their smiles made you feel even more special for being there. The ambiance and the servers were outstanding, but if the food was not good all of this would be a waste. Let me tell you this, when your eyes roll back behind your head. Its not because your having a seizure, but you cant believe how good the food taste. Then you have to acknowledge, that Liv is not holding back any punches. I had the lamb, and every bite was just as amazing as the first. I normally never order fish, but my wife does. So, seeing her sea bass sitting across from me. Sparked my interest, i love me some friday fish fry's, but this was a Saturday night. I had to ask to taste some of her dish. Oh boy i am glad i did, i will being eating fish from here on any day of the week. If your looking for a place that is romantic, clean, impressive and very satisfying in every aspect. Liv is the place to be. Its a amazing place, with great food and people.

It's a great resort, amazing facilities, close to the outlets. And the restaurants have great food.

Perfect Spa Day for our girlfriends 40th bday. They were so accommodating to allow for the 3 of us to enjoy the spa packages together. The Massage and Facial was great and relaxing. We will be coming back! Highly Recommend.

Great service. Location is very large however and accessing the area we were in was a bit of a trek from the parking area. Entrances / exits closest to parking area are locked and you need to go around.

The food at the club restaurant is absolutely amazing and big portions. Service is top notch.

Recently stayed at your hotel rm 304 for our anniversary but had the worst sleeps in my life due to the rain and uninsulated walls and windows I can hear every drop. They sounded like bongo drums, not sure if sliding doors for windows that lead to no where is a hazard but it definitely doesn t keep the noise out. There was only just a sign that said does not open. Thank goodness I had earplugs from my recent flight. Typically I m not a light sleeper and can sleep through it but my poor husband didn t sleep a wink. Woke up bright and early to checkout as fast as we can, couldn t enjoy our time. Everything was sold out that weekend and they couldn t even move us to queen/king bed suite. I would recommend going elsewhere only bright side was it was across the street from shopping but the outdoor mall has less stores than the Toronto premier outlet so not much to do.

Pro: Rooms were clean and spacious. Conference venue was good and bright.

Con: We brought a child approximatley 1.5 years of age. We dined at the LIV restaurant here twice and both times we encountered rude staff. The hostess both times gave us dirty looks and ignored our request for high chairs. On the second day a waitress raised her voice at us for moving a chair aside. She then picked up the chair and slammed it down at another location so hard that the ground shook and woke my child up from her sleep. Most other waiteresses were very friendly but I must say the two incidents completely ruined my weekend experience.
