White Oaks Conference Resort & Spa Review

I had a spa pedicure and manicure and felt wonderfully pampered. Highly recommend it!

Nice not great hotel and extremely over priced!!! Never would I pay $600+ for a one night stay over. You can find so much better for less. $9 for a Corona lol ya bring your own beer

Nice resort and friendly staff. My only negative comment is that we were here for a church conference and I've never had toast so dry in my life.

The food was outstanding, the staff attentive and room comfortable.

I was here for a work event, the food, staff a.d accommodations are great. It has a nice pool and an amazing gym, squash and indoor tennis courts. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel! We come at least twice a year and leave every time really happy. The staff is so kind and willing to do their utmost, rooms are very clean, the pool is very enjoyable too. Great location near the wineries and Niagara on the Lake. I highly recommend!

Geat resort-like atmosphere. Staff are very warm and friendly. Although the hotel is older, the renovations have kept it modern and still a treat to enjoy. Bring your running shoes, swim trunks and your tennis racket - if you forget - there are the Niagara outlets right across the road - and you are good to go.

Great hotel. Staff are friendly and professional. Bedroom is large. It's a great place to have staff meetings and sleep over. Very nice resort. We had only breakfast which was very impressive and well presented. I will definitely visit this place again. Will recommend this.

Very upscale. Just a tip, it is posted as Niagara On The Lake but about a 20 minute drive from the actual village.

Had a great stay here for our wedding night. Was frustrated that they couldn't guarantee an earlier check in time but they did leave us a nice bottle of wine.

Great for Weddings and conferences and just a relaxing vacation! The food is top-notch and it just keeps coming! They also don't let food go to waste and give leftovers to staff! I had a great time there!

Walking distance to McDonald's, Starbucks, and outlet mall. Didn't try the restaurant so I cannot comment. 25 minutes drive to Niagara-on-the-lake Historic old town (Queen Street).

Excellent customer experience. The amenities are excellent and the staff go over and above to ensure an incredible experience.

Rooms were not cleaned daily and some rooms had unclean top bedding used for new guests. The conference dining room staff were extremely rude and the food has declined over the last few years by quality and quantity. Very disappointed

Very impressed with high cleaning standards and excellent customer service during our first visit to this property. After reading negative reviews complaining about dirty room conditions at other hotels in the area, we chose this hotel based on positive reviews and their cleaning policy, which was outlined on their website. Upon arrival, we could tell right away it was taken seriously by each staff member, and was not just a token policy.

We were pleased to receive a king bed upgrade and the look was fairly recently upgraded. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had some older features, including a funny older small wall mounted TV, but everything was very clean and in good repair. Our room had an nespresso coffee machine, and bar fridge.

We ate at both onsite restaurants and had room service. Food quality was very good.

We did not use the pool, the spa or the indoor tennis courts on this visit but we intend to give them a try on our return. Excellent location close to QEW, NOTL wineries and directly across from the outlet mall.

Would reccomend!

Quite a huge resort. Rooms are very luxurious and clean. Some confusion regarding the names of their restaurant/bar/breakfast area. Saw a raccoon climb all 7 storeys of the building to get to the roof.

Beautiful facility. This was my first time here. Spacious and friendly staff. One of them helped carry a box to the car. We ate in the upstairs restaurant. Wow! so good! Definitely check this place out. Thanks for the friendly experience.

We enjoyed a fabulous stay overnight on October 16th. The staff was very accommodating in every regard. Of note as well, was the service received in the restaurant Play Bar and Grill. Our server Ana was excellent and made our meal most enjoyable. The general manager Mark also checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. My steak was top notch and prepared perfectly by the cooking staff. Excellent evening indeed.

White Oaks is a lovely hotel. The location is good, since it is just off the highway and across the mall. The service and food are excellent. We took advantage of the pleasant outside facility to have some wine and nibbles to celebrate our anniversary. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Spa gift certificates make great Christmas gifts. The service was fast and friendly. They personalize every gift certificate the way you want it.

I love this place. Stayed three nights with my girlfriend and we both really enjoyed it. Rooms and Location are nice. I really appreciate the great customer service! Every staff goes out of there way to greet you and make you feel special. Thank you and hope to see you again soon White Oak.

I came here to attend an on-site wedding. The wedding reception service was excellent! Our table's waiter, Richard Deschamps, was top-notch: attentive, responsive, kind, accommodating, and very professional. Makes me want to plan an event of my own here! Thanks for the lovely experience!

Great high end sporting complex for raquet sports. Very clean and nice environment for working out.

It was an overwhelming check-in process. You walk in and people are everywhere. Then a worker comes up and asks how to help, then leeds you to a counter. Then, trying to find your room is a maze. They should consider giving a floor map to you. Trying to find your meeting room is also a weavy road, and team members have no clue how to direct you, unless you know the EXACT name of your meeting space. Our whole group froze because the AC was just pumping, so bring a sweater if you're headed for a meeting. The food.... Was plentiful and tasty, just watch the ceiling, as water started to fall on us from above our table. Over all it was a nice couple days with colleagues. I chose not to have housekeeping and they left a $5 voucher to be used at one of their restaurants, spa services, or upon check out. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The amenities in the bathroom were plentiful, and I found the soap to be very nice. There is a nice trail around the hotel which was well looked after and a nice walk. Across the street there is a McDonald's and Starbucks, if you need your morning coffee! There is a shopping outlet mall across the street, if that's what is brining you to the area. They are associated with a vineyard, and it was very rustic, but nice.

Very clean, good host and a great place for massage.

My husband and I and 2 adult daughters had enjoyed a stay at White Oaks in honor of my husbands birthday back in early September and as we had had such a wonderful time, I decided to return with my sister in law. Again, the service was impeccable, in particular Michael the bellman, such a sweet man, Tina and (I may have her name wrong) Alycia?at the front desk, Mark in the restaurant, Michael for my massage at the spa, Lindsey gave me an awesome facial and of course, Andre at concierge...give that man a raise! With times being what they are, those few moments of joy mean so much, and it's awesome as a guest at your establishment to know that you are in good hands. I do have one little complaint, as new VIP members I was surprised to find our stay was not recognized for points due to us using the Travelzoo deal. It is a very good deal, but must still be worth it to bring business in. Even if you dont give full points, surely a smaller amount of points could be given....just a thought. Also, as now both my sister in law and I are members, we had put all food tabs to our room and wanted to split the points between us, but were told the points could only be put on one account. Is there some way we can avoid that in future? As we are hoping to come again soon... thank you once again for a lovely get away. Rose Nairn

Went for a friend's wedding. The grounds are beautiful, the staff attentive, and overall it was great.

Where to start. Very nice external showing. Well manicured, asthetics were great. There is car charger for EVs as well which was nice. However, positives tail off there. For the price you should expect significantly better rooms once inside. Room was a 2 queen suite but little things like quality of the mattress itself were definitely areas of cost savings. Even little things like velcro pad that holds the tv remote to the wall just fell off. Wifi quality and speed was absolutely abysmal. I paid for a room that specifies free wifi, once I arrived I was charged am additional $15 'resort fee' that was not listed in the room/taxes. When I asked what the fee was for I was told amenities like wifi and the pool. Even Motel 6 includes the pool in the price... I selected this place as the pictures and descriptions looked great for a night away, I was sorely mistaken. 4 concierges were greeting at the front entrance for.... Some reason? I guess this was part of the resort fee? Lastly, none of the greeting staff/concierges were wearing masks. All we wearing the chin balanced plastic shield that does literally nothing, I watched as one was smoking just outside the door with the shield ON, what's the point? Overall, incredibly disappointing stay and will not be returning. I'd give it less than 1 star if I could.

I recently stayed here two times and always received a wonderful service.Garry assisted us both the times on Front and gave us top notch service and explained all the amenities in the hotel in a very precise manner,staff in the restaurant was also very friendly,garden is really beautiful and not to forget the massive gym which have many activities to do.I will definitely come back.
