This hotel is in great proximity to the outlet mall as well as a Starbucks and McDonalds. Services are pricey in the spa. We did not find the resort relaxing while visiting as a couple. There were a lot of families with children and as a result, the pool area was boisterous when we visited. The concierge was not overly friendly with us. The service at the front desk was very good. We ate at Play and enjoyed the food. The portions are quite large and prices are reasonable. The spa experience was lacking and is expensive. I would not return to the spa.
The bed was comfortable and the room overall nice. We found some hairs on the bathroom counter and in the shower on check in which was unappealing. We did not use the gym during our stay. Would recommend at a reduced cost but would not stay here at $400/night.
