The hotel is gorgeous. Our stay was amazing. Clean and comfortable. I was with a group and we had a dinner ( meal plan buffet ) planned in a conference room. It was to be billed to our room. We all signed the bill giving permission to add on to our room bill at the end of our stay. BUT this worker that was the boss lady ( red hair ) was very rude and loudly said you all need to give a tip, and you all got a deal on your food. I was eating and she demanded I do this. I did confronted her. She did say she was sorry. We were all upset with her actions. I will come back again to your hotel, but I will not eat if we have a meal plan. By the way the food was not satisfactory :( and extremely overly priced.
