I visited the spa for a spa pedicure and had an amazing experience. My esthetician was so kind and professional. She was very prompt and very precise in everything she did. The hot stones on my feet felt amazing and literally melted away my stresses. I also got to see them open all the products from new and clean anything that was to be reused such as the hot stones so I knew everything was sterile. I've also had a massage here before and that was equally as incredible. It's also nice because the masseuses are registered RMT's so you can put the massages under an insurance claim if you'd like. I love the spa through and through and would recommend it to anyone who wants to pamper themselves.

Absolutely a wonderful, beautiful resort that is definitely affordable. We felt like we were treated like royalty there from every staff member. So clean, affordable and truly luxurious. I wish we lived closer to Niagara as I would definitely become a member at the gym facility. We will definitely be back to enjoy this gorgeous resort.
Beautiful hotel, accommodating and friendly staff that made our visit extra special. We also went to the restaurant at the resort and the food was delicious and good quality. Highly recommend. The Niagara outlet is also across the street which is a bonus.

Stayed at the White Oaks Resort and Spa for a conference in March 2019. The service was anywhere from 4 to 5 stars and food was 4 stars. The rooms were very clean, however, I found them to be quite outdated, especially the bathroom. Overall the hotel is becoming outdated and could use some renovations. 3 stars for aesthetics. The beds are very small - my room had double beds. I found the pillows and duvet to be very comfortable though, and I thought the mattress was quite comfortable too. Some of my colleagues found their beds and pillows to be very uncomfortable, but that was not my experience. There was always food available right outside the conference room we were in all day, which was nice. The hotel just got all new Nespresso machines - there are mini ones in the room that just make espresso (you can call down for milk/cream) and then there are large industrial sized ones near the conference rooms that can make both iced and hot lattes/cappuccinos/macchiatos - BEST. LATTES. EVER. Lattes were way better than the Starbucks across the street, and it was so nice that we had unlimited access to the machine while at the conference. I did not get a chance to go to the spa, so I cannot comment on the spa services/facilities. Love that the outlet stores are right across the street! Overall, I would come back here to attend a conference, but I would not go out of my way to stay at this hotel for leisure time unless they did some updates.

It s a cute hotel but I didn t find it worth the price . Check in time was quite late , check out was pretty early . Staff was great but overall nothing stood out for us , given the price of one night.
Just had my wedding there for 200 people over New Years, and I cannot say enough. If you are considering white oaks for a place for your wedding, DO it. The food was second to the impeccable customer service and hotel ambiance, and that s saying a lot considering the food was perfect. The guests were able to stay on site and they had lots they were able to do. Alicia, our wedding coordinator, made the day absolutely perfect. The liquid dj service, Eskana films, Ettridge designs, and Maddie Mellott photography, was so well coordinated by white oaks and more specifically Alicia. A true dream!

Came here for a weekend getaway in NOTL. The hotel is located across the outlet mall so if you have shopping to do, then just cross the road . The hotel itself is very nice, with ample parking and restaurants inside. We had the superior deluxe room with two beds. The bed and everything was nice and comfy and clean, but wish the two small accent chairs were placed in a way that people could actually face each other while sitting and talking. Other than that we had good service at the restaurant and from the concierge.
Attended for lunch as a part of a wine tour. It was as if they had not expected is as there was limited access to servers. The servers were unorganized and poor. We had a buffet lunch. It had a good assortment and hot. Chicken, Salmon, rice and salads.
Overall , a great expierence at the White Oaks Confrense resort. The Custumer service was excellent. I would definetly stay there again.

Great place for conference spa and leisure stay. Have ample amount of facilities indoor tennis court, squash court, table tennis. Use breakfast buffet than the menu to get full value.

My husband and I booked massages at the spa. We both requested female therapists. Our preferences were ignored. If they can't accommodate you, it's just common courtesy to let you know and fivg you the option of rescheduling.
On top of that, the massages were both well below par compared to massages wevwe had elsewhere.
The building was very classy. The staff very professional and friendly. The staff was very helpful, you could ask them anything and they would assist you to best they can. The location was very beautiful. Great for taking pictures.
Attended a wedding at White Oaks. They were pretty accommodating but ran out of some of the alcohol towards the end of the night.

Great resort although far from Niagara on the lake and local wineries. Resort staff are wonderful and since we came for a bachelorette checked into the room with a lovely card and bottle of wine to celebrate. The resort has a extensive gym, ample parking, a comprehensive spa, restaurant and bars. Resort was wonderful and even co-ordinated a wine tour for our group.

Great space for working out. Clean change room. Towel service. Has a women's only work out space and lots of workout classes to choose from. Friendly staff. Missing some workout equipment that most facilities have. Has a big space dedicated to personal trainers only.
The hotel was very nice and clean. The amenities were pretty phenomenal. We arrived early and the room wasnt ready so we decided to try our luck at doing a wine tour through the resort last minute. They got us on the very next tour and we had a blast. The only down sides were the air conditioning on the tour bus was not working and we were all extremely hot. The other being the restaurant LIV... this restaurant is trying to be a great high dining experience but the main courses did not live up to it. The starter, the mussels, were great. The entrees, salmon and striploin, were mediocre at best. There was nothing special about it and both were very under-seasoned.definitely not worth the money.

Attended a wedding at White Oaks on March 30, 2019. What an amazing experience! The food was incredible. The service was fantastic. Allison our sever made sure we had everything we could have needed to have a fantastic dinner and the bartenders DJs and chefs followed suit to make sure we all had an amazing night. 5 stars all around. Spent our 11th anniversary here. Used the spa, pool, and gym perfect for couples. Walked the large garden at the back was very romantic and had lots of wild life. Breakfast buffet was great for vegetarians and the staff throughout the hotel/resort were all extremely kind, generous and helpful.

Stayed for a sisters getaway. Staff, room, amenities were all perfect! Friendly, fast, polite. Room was quiet. Mini fridge a plus. We even received a personalized card telling us to "enjoy our sisterly love" visit along with complimentary glasses of red wine, berries and cookies! Unexpected and lovely! Check-in/out was fast and every staff member we dealt with were terrific - friendly, courteous, helpful! Great stay!
Stopped in on the way to the border for an impromptu tour. We wanted to check it out as a possible wedding venue. We were impressed. Front desk staff were very accomodating. We got to tour the whole place including a few rooms. It was very nice. It's a very impressive facility with lots to offer. The sports complex is state-of-the-art. There is a beautiful spa to be enjoyed. We will definitely be returning.
My husband & I decided to stay here because our daughter was participating in the Royal Henley Regatta and she was staying close by at Brock University. We are Fitness professionals that own our own consulting business. We couldn t be more impressed with the services and your facility. Andre Plouffe continuously gave us on point advise for every question I barraged him with and was so helpful as were all the employees at White Oaks. We were also invited by Mario to observe his Rock steady Boxing class which was so helpful because that is the population with which we work in our fitness business. He and his staff were outstanding. The variety and quality of fitness classes in which I participated far exceeded my expectations. We would highly recommend White Oaks Spa & Resort to anyone staying in the St. Catherine s area whether they are fitness enthusiasts or not. Lisa & Stephen C.
Overall it was decent. This was my second visit after 7 years and a renovation is needed to make the rooms look more modern. Liv is also quite overpriced.

This is a beautiful spot for a conference, which was why I was here, and most of the touristy spots are within 10 - 20 minutes drive away. The staff bends over backwards to make your stay good, the food served in the conference venues was fantastic and the rooms are large and mine had a nice view of the gardens. The only reason this is 4 stars and not 5 is because it's something of a maze to find your way from the rooms to any of the conference areas.

I attended a wedding here this past weekend. The food was great. Music was great. We were very pleased with the room, and the amenities. Although we did not use many of them, we took a look around, and the resort had lots to offer. The staff were great. Very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The main level elevator to the tower was out of order during our entire stay, so that was a long trek and a bit inconvenient. Also found the public washrooms to be out dated, but well kept and clean. Would definitely return for a couple's weekend, or even a girls trip. It's a nice get away. And the scenery is beautiful for photos.
Very friendly staff! The hotel is conveniently located across the street from an outlet mall and is about 10-15 mins away from the Niagara-on-the-Lake shopping district. Rooms are comfortable but could use a little upgrade. There are a ton of indoor squash and tennis courts available on the premises (it looks like the hotel is used for professional tournaments). The spa has very capable and friendly staff, and the interior is nice but could also use a little design upgrade. Overall, my stay was great.

My husband and I stayed at White Oaks for our 10th anniversary. Not a single negative thing to say. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful- both day and evening. The ambiance of the restaurant and the food served were 10 out of 10! We would even say it is among the best of eating experiences we have had together. The room was beautiful and very clean. Most importantly- the staff here are incredible! From the moment we walked in the door, every single staff member we came across was so pleasant, professional and friendly. We felt very attended to and cared for. We highly recommend White Oaks and will definitely be back!
This place offers a reasonably good illusion of luxury. Slap a fresh coat of white paint on a Courtyard Marriott and add some art deco fixtures and you've got the White Oaks.
Crappy TVs/cable service, crappy wifi (not accessible in most of your unit, notably not accessible in bed), crappy towels, crappy housekeeping (not once all week did they put away the iron or ironing board). But man did the lobby look nice!!!
There were also notices in everyone's rooms explaining that service techs may enter your unit at any point from 12-5 in order to add wifi (I say add, not upgrade, as the older system doesn't warrant acknowledgment). If I wasn't here on business, this would annoy me tremendously. Why in the days of wireless N repeaters in hallways do we need techs in each unit? Incompetence, plain and simple.
Further, a pint of Steamwhistle was $10 at the bar before tip. Bloody outrageous. Manhattan prices in Hoboken accommodations. What a joke.
They do a star added for the quality of the mattresses. The beds were comfortable. The lone positive beacon amid a sea of disappointment. Strongly recommended against.
Had a great experience there with my Fiance at their Spa. We bought the couples massage package. We were lucky to be able to book same day (tuesday). Staff were very friendly and professional. The room had candles and soft music! Very relaxing/romantic setting.

I've only been at their restaurant and I have to say the service and food are outstanding.
Quick drive from Toronto (~1:20 hrs. if traffic is good), nice modern facilities with recently updated rooms, quick access to Niagara-on-the-Lake, brand new outlet mall across the road, vineyards nearby. Bench restaurant at Niagara College is worth a try, and you can watch huge freighters going through the Welland Canal and lock system just down the road.
Highly recommend this hotel. Friendly and professional staff, amazing spa and beautiful room. Definitely looking forward to going back and staying longer.

DO NOT STAY AT WHITE OAKS CONFERENCE RESORT AND SPA.
My boyfriend surprised me by taking me out for a weekend at White Oaks Resort and Spa, to celebrate our anniversary. We had a room in Room 313 (called the Niagara Suite). The room looked great and it also had a jacuzzi in the bathroom. However, when we decided to use it (Saturday night) the jacuzzi did not work. We called the front desk and explained to them the situation and since management and the mechanics were gone for the night, he would let management know the next day. This was understandable to us since the issue occurred late night on Saturday.
The next day, during checkout, my boyfriend told the front desk that the reason why he decided to book the room was because of the jacuzzi. This was $125 over the cost of a room without a jacuzzi. We thought that the front desk would be understanding of our situation, however she only offered us $50 off at the time of checkout, or a conversation with management could be organized. She made it clear that it was either one or the other. We understand that the front desk has limited 'powers' when it comes to these situations however I feel that she did not try to 'help' us, considering the costs of the room paid. This has been extremely frustrating and I would not recommend going to White Oaks Conference Resort & Spa in Niagara-On-The-Lake. The customer service is lacking and I feel let down by this experience.
This was my first experience at White Oaks Resort & Spa and they didn't disappoint! I was especially impressed with the quality of service. Staff at every level provided seamless service. The room and amenities in the room were of superior quality and comfort level was on point.
The LIV restaurant had me wanting more ...if only I could eat more! Portion sizes and taste were phenomenal!

A variety of exercises from pool workouts for an hour, that make leg and arms strong, 45 minutes of cycling that gives a strong work out, excellent instructors who know their jobs, friendly, and make the exercise classes fun yet challenging as one becomes stronger.
There are a variety of choices from tennis to using equipment that will make your waist stronger and thinner as well a large number of hour exercises throughout the day that you may choose and not be board with the same ones.
People attending are helpful and friendly too.

We recently stayed in White Oaks Hotel and Spa in a cold fall weekend. I have to say I was pleased with everything during my stay. Check in was very easy and the room itself was very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. There is a Espresso machine in each room so your morning coffee would be set. There are 2 restaurants and a coffeeshop in the resort. First one is the Liv Restaurant which is an upscale restaurant. Unfortunately they only accept reservations during weekends,so we weren't able to dine there. The other restaurant however is a bistro and you can go anytime(Play Cafe). The amenitis were amazing, jacuzi,pool and steam and dry saunas were great. Lastly the Spa at White Oaks is definately one of the best spas I have ever been to and I recommend you book a massage during your stay. Fresh flowers are everywhere in the hotel
I wouldnt recommend this place for a couples retreat. It would be more ideal for a family trip. The main lobby and restaurants are beautiful. I wish the rooms were just as nice
