Stayed over night for a wedding. Very helpful staff upon arrival and check-in.

Great food at play urban cafe and very friendly staff

Went here for our baby moon, it's right across the street from the shopping outlets which is convenient. The staff was very kind and even sent my wife and I some desserts and a bottle of San Pellegrino with a congrats card on the baby. My only problem was the lack of a shuttle going to the Niagara strip but wasn't enough of a problem for them to lose a star. Rooms are nice for a old hotel as this one, but they do have newer renovated ones.

Had a meeting at the restaurant during lunch, was quiet with good soup, definitely worth a stop by

I love everything about this place, the staff were super friendly and helpful and and the food was amazing. Evey corner of the resort was clean. My room was very clean and the bed was so soft and comfortable and the bath room had a tv in it. I will highly recommend this resort to everyone and I give it a 10/10

I was literally blown away. I had a 9 day stay at the hotel. Though I consider myself somewhat of an international traveler, I can honestly say that 1) the ratings appearing, in my opinion, are in error. This hotel rates a 5+ star rating; 2) I have never been in a spotlessly clean room nor hotel. The floors - I might add on each floor, were immaculately clean, the personnel - from top to bottom - were beyond reproach.

Having eaten in the dining room, I can say that the wait staff and their manager were EXCELLENT. The lobby personnel, from the Concierge Andre, Lorna and (I believe) John as well others (valets, desk personnel, et al, were exceptional

Accolades in whatever form are more than well deserved. I cannot think of think of one incident which would have ruined my opinion of PERFECTION to the nth.

I should add, I have never encountered such overall friendliness, politeness, patience and willingness to assist, etc. in any other location.

Visited White Oaks for a tour of the facilities for planning a wedding.... Location looks great, considerable attention to detail, but maybe best of all the staff seems very knowledgeable and organized. Seriously considering it to host the wedding.

Was there for a wedding venue, the food was amazing, however, $400 bucks for a room... I don't think so... Check in is 4pm, check out is 11am. I've seen much nicer rooms for half the cost. The beds were very comfy. Room was clean. Only stayed because I got a deal with travel points, or we would have been elsewhere.

Love this hotel and all its facilities. Word to those of you coming with children or with mobility issues - ask for a room closer to the amenities. We had a long distance to travel with 7 children. Being closer to the facilities would have been a definite plus for us.

Staff party. The meal was great! And the setup this year was perfect.

My partner and I when to the spa and eat at Play restaurant. It was my first spa experience and my RMT Don was excellent! I would highly recommend him. The food was surprisingly delicious and they had many vegan options. All the staff we encounter were friendly and curious. Bonus, it's right next to the outlets!

What a wonderful weekend escape! This hotel is conveniently located right off the highway, and is about 20 minutes away from the Falls and Niagara on the Lake. The facilities while they do need a bit updating, the hotel does have an incredible state of the art gym, 2 onsite restaurants with great tasting food and an incredible SPA. The only downside is the hotel accommodation cost, which is slightly high. Wait for a deal and book. I strongly recommend their SPA and would definitely return again for a massage... It was one of the best massage ever!

Service was great. Everyone who worked at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend family and friends to stay here especially if you had to drive down to shop great place to stay right after a day's worth of shopping your heart out! I would definitely come back again.

Not worth the price. Bad pillows ,bad beds,small pool,small hot tub

Very good hospitality and for a decent price! The outlet is across the street with McDonald's and Starbucks in the vicinity. I chose a package for 2 nights, spa, 2 breakfasts for 50$ each day and a dinner for 150$. Every facility is managed very well and the staff are friendly and approachable. The room was welcoming and housekeeping was on top of everything. I will definitely come back!

Another great stay. Staff are wonderful, rooms are clean and comfortable and the resort has everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself.

Stayed for two nights on Family Day weekend. The staff at all points of contact were excellent. There was a small issue with our room and Lindy took care of it immediately. Our massage and body wraps at the on-site spa kept us relaxed and made our two nights stay feel even longer. The food at the restaurants here is fantastic! I had my mind set on a particular dish until our server, Jacob, told us about the specials. It's hard to think about one dish while salivating over another. Once you tell the staff what your tastes are, they do their utmost to make suggestions that are certain to please your tastebuds. It's a short drive to any of the local wineries. We will definitely return to stay again.

It's a beautiful resort. It's off the highway but you would never know it once you are within the confines of the resort.you get the feeling you are miles away.

Great place to stay for one night. There is no view, and you are basically located on a road. But unlike the Falls district, people here actually care about your experience. Breakfast at the Liv was fantastic - delicious and a great deal! The pool is disgusting. If they update it, we will definitely stay again.

This place was highly recommended but I'll have to assume that the recommendation came from someone who visited it in the 80s. We paid for a deluxe, newly renovated room. The room was big but only had a bed, table and 2 chairs. The tv was a mile away and tiny and not one price of art on the walls. Rooms shouldn't have an echo. This place had the warmth of an operating room. But if you needed to call someone while on the toilet this place has you covered.

The Spa is a bit hard to find the first time and the pool access may include a lot of children. We won't be traveling from Toronto to go to this place any longer.

The rooms are beautiful, clean luxurious and extremely spacious. The entire resort is gorgeous! The grounds are so pretty.

I've dined at both Liv and Play restaurants and both have excellent food and service.

What I appreciate at this resort is the down to earth, friendly vibe. Usually, with such a luxurious resort comes a somewhat snobby, pretentious attitude but I have never experienced that here. It's one of the many reasons I return.

The proximity to Niagara falls, the outlet mall (right across the street), the wineries, and the lake are all a big bonus!

I can't wait to stay here again!

I love this place, very classy, great walking paths around the resort

The fitness club is awesome! I joined about a month ago, they treat you like family. Very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Everyone from the staff & trainers to the members, they all go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and like family. When I looked around for a club/gym to join at first I thought it was expensive to join White Oaks, but when you look at everything they have to offer and the fact that you can't put a price on making new friends, networking and that sense of welcomeness (yes I know that's not a word...lol) that everyone gives you and knowing that everyone is there to support you, then it makes White Oaks a bargain!! Everything from their classes, Human Performance Centre (my favorite), Weight & Cardio, racquet courts, Locker room with sauna & steam room and pool is top notch, I was blown away! I challenge anyone to find a world class club like White Oaks and no matter where you live, trust me, it's worth the drive!

Great Hotel but a little too far from Niagara on the lake and Niagara falls. I will definitely stay here again thou.

Quick getaway from Toronto. We have visited White Oaks quite a few times in the past and always find it a pleasant place to stay in the Niagara Region. We discovered a new snackbar in the complex which is a collaboration between the resort and the nearby Niagara College. The food at the snackbar is reasonably priced, good quality and prepared well. Service at the hotel and at the snackbar were top notch. They even treated our children well which is a pleasant surprise, especially compared to other hotels in the area.

This was my 5th stay. Lovely hotel overall. Be prepared for the many conferences ( and Weddings) that may go on while you are there. Rooms in the tower are very nice. Location is fantastic; close to the highway and the outlet mall. Dinner at LIV is pricey but the casual restaurant is very good and more reasonably priced. Would not recommend the spa. Guests are lined up like an assembly line waiting for their treatment and the spa technicians are mediocre compared to most hotel spas. Prices for treatments are high for what you get. Go visit the near by wineries instead.

Absolutely amazing! I had no idea I'd be so wowed by every employee, the food, the therapies, the cleanliness, the touches all throughout. I truly can't say enough about the place. I've passed it on the highway many many times over the years and can't believe it took me all these years to actually go enjoy such an exceptional experience . One night was not enough!

Attended a wedding on October 20. It is a beautiful location and the staff did an excellent job.

Stayed overnight for a girls night package and everything was excellent. The wine tour was a bit long, and would have been better if we had more cheese/crackers at each stop (instead of only one winery) because we were starving by the end of it. Dinner was excellent, our server was great. All of our meals were delicious. Each guest received a snack bag in our rooms with full sized chocolate bars and chips which was awesome! Breakfast buffet was good, nothing mind-blowing. Wish I made a breakfast reservation at Liv because the dishes looked great as we passed thru. Massage at the spa also was one of the better massages I've had. All in all, I'd do it again and recommend to others.

My two night stay at White Oakes was by far the best experience I've ever had at any hotel in Canada. Everything was impeccably clean, and staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and respectful. In the dining room, they would predict what I needed before I asked for it. The conference / board rooms were very well thought out, with a high level of attention to detail. And on top of all of that, the amenities were great!

The perfect spot for staying in that area for any reason! Business, wineries, a staycation, hitting the Falls is even just a short drive away but so so worth it to stay here!

A great location for a Fall run away trip. Hotel ammenities made for a special two days in Niagara on the Lake. Beautiful Fall colours and so much to do and see.

The rooms were nice the staff was great. But the pool needs some tlc. There is scum on the walls looks like it's been there a while

Joined the gym while in NOTL for 2 months. Main fitness choice is swimming due to physical limitations. Pool needs to be cleaned, floor is a bit slippery. Deep end stairs are fairly stained. Wish they made pool noodles or weights available to facilitate exercising. Pool towels are really small made for children not adults. Would have been nice to have a pool only option when joining since it is not cheap. Ladies change area is very tight. Change room is nice if you rent a locker. Make-up area with blow dryers is a nice addition. Steam room and dry sauna are also enjoyable. Based on the quality of the balance of the fitness center the pool is definitely an after thought. You can see the reaction when guests enter the pool area. Thanks for asking my opinion.

Went for a christmas party. Great rooms and the food was fantastic too!

Attended a catered event with my company. The food was all terrible, and the catered lunch the next day got all the orders wrong and didn't include any options for vegetarians. The hotel itself was decent, though the elevator is terribly slow and had a creepy glitched television in out that made me think of a horror movie scene.

The service was excellent from the moment we pulled up to when we left a couple of days later. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it. Amenities were nice, food was good.

A great place to stay. They have done some renovating. Staff is so friendly. They can't do enough for you. We stayed in the tower and rooms are nice and spacious. Food is top notch. We went on a craft brewery tour which was so much fun!!!!

This multi-faceted building has lots to offer. Get your dose of health and body maintenance on the club side with the excersize facilities and the spa (which was just rated #1 in canada!) Tennis, squash, yoga, spinning, we pretty much have it all.

There are two restaurants inside. LIV, Which is our fine dining restaurant, and Play, which is a mixture of different foods. Something for everyone!

Overall, its a great place to work and i would recommend a visit!

I had a lovely time with my daughter. We spent the day wine tasting in Niagara and then checked into the hotel. It was clean and relaxing. We had the Girls Just Wanna package so we enjoyed dinner out in the patio till the mosquitoes came out. We we back to our room to enjoy the in room movie and dig into our snack bag. The next morning after ordering room service for breakfast we got ready for our spa treatment. Our appointment time was at 11am ( 85 mins treatment) and so was checked out so they extended our check out till 1pm which was really nice of them. This must be my 7th time coming back and doing the 'Girls' package (over the course of 14 years) but first time with my daughter and I'm so glad she loved it!

Best costumer service! Allowed us an early check in and made sure we were well taken care of during our stay. Grounds are clean and conveniently accross the street from outlet malls. Both restaurants are excellent!
