My husband and I can't say enough good about this place! We came to celebrate our 11th anniversary and from the minute we walked in we felt that the customer service quality was outstanding. Very clean hotel. Nice dining places. The gym is a our favorite part! Stunning fitness gym and amenities! We also have had couples massages before on past visits and the spa is very relaxing with great RMTs.

We were surprised when we first arrived inside our room, a beautiful card was addressed to us (see photo attached). Kathleen on reception left us a nice note wishing us a happy anniversary. This made our day and warmed our hearts so much!

We spent the evening in Niagara falls and when we came back we had a nice voicemail message waiting for us in the room. A sweet lady named Amanda left us a message to also wish us a happy anniversary and see if there was anything that we needed.

In the morning, we asked for fresh cream for our coffees and the room service staff was excellent! A gentleman named Jacob brought us cream and again, customer service was excellent! Genuine, caring, eager-to-help service. This was the biggest thing that we noticed here and it made our visit perfect!

The hotel: nice to walk around, lots to see. Can walk around outside on the grounds, or walk across the street to McDonalds and the Premium Outlet Mall. Restaurants are excellent. Liv restaurant has a great chef and a romantic atmosphere. Nice sitting areas all around the hotel with fireplaces and art.

The room: bed is very comfortable. Slept well. Flat screen tv. Alarm clock has a cd player - we played music. Bathroom was nice- organic shampoo conditioner and soaps. A complementary loofah - love it! A flatscreen tv in the washroom - my husband liked this. Nice view.

Will definitely come back (in fact, we are booked again for this Friday!). Highly recommended.
