Lovely spot with wonderful people, though the hotel is showing a bit of age and the cleanliness of the rooms and the attention to details needs improved. Brian doing the wine tours is fantastic! The bed we had of floor 7 was like a brick, and not in a good way.

Great hotel, I Attend a ladies retreat yearly. For the most part the service is great from all the staff. This year it was a bit off, i won't hold it against them(we can't always be perfect). It's a wonderful Hotel and I plan on returning.
Went overnight and used the spa. The service, facility and spa we're all great. All 4 of us a massage and we all loved it.
This resort has everything you need from fitness to relaxing massages, a swim or sweating it out in the sauna.

My fiancee and I went here for a romantic weekend getaway and were not disappointed. The staff pampered us from the moment we arrived. We felt like royalty there. The hotel itself has a lot of amenities, and the courtyard is a nice quiet place for a stroll. We both highly recommend this place.

Crappy front desk staff that do not care. Unable to find my reservation through expedia and blame me for booking with expedia. Lady asks me to pay a higher price than the price I agreed to as she cannot find my booking. Mistake on their end. Rooms are old and tacky. Pool area not too clean. Bad experience overall. Front desk staff call and bother you at 10 pm and 11 pm demanding payment for services which can be paid on checkout as you can with every hotel. I advised them that it was my anniversary however they seemed to make my experience worse than just a regular stay. I did not even stay the full night as I was getting consistent disturbance from front desk. I am glad I left early. Will not return or recommend this unorganized place.

My husband and I stayed here in the past, and our room wasn't as clean as we would've liked. There were dust on the side tables and one of the table lamps weren't working. We did tell the front desk about it, but nothing was done so we didn't bother. We also wanted to book an appointment at the spa during our stay. but was told that we should've booked far in advance because appointments get filled up quickly... other that those things our stay was good. It could be better considering how much we paid.
The stay at the White Oaks is great. Most rooms have a fireplace and a king sized bed. LIV is an awesome restaurant. They're always amuse bouche from the chef if you are there for a meal. However, with prices climbing up every year it's becoming less and less affordable.
Fabulous Stay! The location of this hotel is excellent with the outlets across the street and the service outstanding. My husband and I were very well taken care of. Short drive to the surrounding wineries and the Niagara on the Lake town. Dinner at LIV was one of the best meals I have ever had. Will stay here again in the future. This hotel does not disappoint.

The resort was very well kept. The staff was very friendly. And I was there for a school event and they put out free breakfast for us which was very nice.

I attended a wedding here with my husband and we loved our stay... our only regret was that we didn t have enough time to explore all the amenities. Excellent service from start to finish and beautiful facilities... both conference rooms that we attended events in were elegant and didn t need a lot of decorating. Even the staff at both events were exceptional. They made our entire weekend memorable!

When i first entred it was too cold, but i was really amazed how the hotel make it think like they want the best for you. They even had complementary mints. It was a good hotel, but there wasnt really anything special for me to do there.

My girlfriends and I just stayed here last night. The location is great. Right across the street from the outlets. The resort is nice as was our room. There is nothing at all in the rooms. No water in the fridge etc so make sure you bring your own. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We ate at two of their restaurants, Play and Liv. The food was horrendous especially at Play. All 4 of us couldn't even eat our meals. Probably the worst food I have ever eaten in my life. We had breakfast at LIV and the consensus was the same. A bit better than Play but still not good especially for the price. Very very bland food. For the first time in my life, I actually had to put salt on my food and I never use salt. Definitely a family resort and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that but if your intention is to lounge in a quiet spa and pool with adults, you will not be as there were lots of children monopolizing the pool which is absolutely fine but just know this before you book. My friends enjoyed their spa treatments. Be prepared to spend money as it's definitely on the pricey side. I give the location a 5/5. The resort itself a 3-4/5. The food, zero.

This is a wonderful resort hotel/spa. I have been coming for 15 years and every year has been delightful. Last year they were renovating and this year I marveled at the improvements. The lobby is serene and peaceful and the spa treatments are excellent! Would recommend this place to anyone seeking peace and quiet, great food and wonderful spa treatments. There are many other things to do if you don't want peace and quiet. Try wine tours and casinos and the Niagara Falls. Don't forget the Outlet shopping across the street!!!
The best of the best when it comes to service and hospitality
I recently had the pleasure of staying at White Oaks Resort & Spa for a Lincoln Motor Company Conference. I cannot express to you in words what an amazing experience this was for me! You could feel the passion every single staff member had for servicing their guests! Everything from check in, to the valet service, and lets not forget the food! Absolutely over the top! One thing I noted while conversing with several employees is that they all loved their jobs! I was told that the owner was such an amazing gentleman to work for that they could not possibly be happier with their place of employment. So I guess the old saying holds true..... "Happy employees are productive employees" When am employee feels appreciated they truly will go above and beyond the normal expectation level. I would highly recommend White Oaks Resort to anyone seeking this level of service! I will definitely be back!

Room we requested was insufficient. Carpeted room and the room smelled. I specified medical concerns upon booking but clearly the hotel didn't understand that carpeted flooring number one source of allergies. Compromised my health.

My wife and I recently booked a 2-night getaway at White Oaks and were not disappointed, as we received outstanding service from the moment we walked in the door. Staff are friendly and strive to be accommodating. Our king room was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is located within walking distance to a major Outlet Mall, and a short drive from Niagara-on-the-Lake. We look forward to returning in the future.

We ate dinner at the Play sports bar, which was quite good and busy at the late hour. One of our party is vegan, and we were impressed at the wide variety of choices available to her. Nevertheless, this is otherwise a normal sports bar.

The focus of this property is customer service, from the moment we arrived every member of staff was concerned for our comfort. I had a facial at the incredible spa and it was the most relaxed I've been in months. Thank you White Oaks for the fabulous experience!
Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. We will go back and enjoyed our stay very much. We got a couple's massage that was amazing and I would highly recommend it.

Loved our weekend away at White Oaks Conference Resort and Spa. It's close to Niagara On The Lake and even closer to a day of outlet shopping. don't feel like going out then stay inside and enjoy a delicious menu on site, swim in the pool or book some time at the spa. You won't regret it!
What stood out to me as the biggest positive was how friendly the staff were... and the hosts/greeters by the front doors are a really nice touch. The biggest drawback was the room itself. For such a highly rated venue, I expected something sharp and excellent. It was spacious in size, but only average in appearance. My room was dated, the fridge was broken, and the arm rests of the chairs were soiled. It could use a decorative overhaul.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was initially quoted $20 for a room upgrade (which I've never had to pay before... and which almost destroyed my first impression) but it was waived which made me very happy. The hotel was clean, very modern and chique. Awesome fitness, tennis and swimming facilities. My wife loved it and is requesting a return visit.
It s big, nice if you re older and rarely exposed to fancy stuff. Squash, Tennis, and work out areas looked super nice, but not included in hotel stay (have to pay extra).

This resort was phenomenal. All of our expectations were exceeded in every way, and all if the staff were kind and attentive. Overall, my birthday celebration there was unforgettable.The food at the Liv restaurant was some of the best I've ever had, and the spa treatments were custom and luxurious. It's definitely on the pricier side, but worth every cent.
Insanely over priced. The resort itself is alright, but nothing amazing. You get the feeling this was a super high end spot in the 80s and 90s but doesnt stand up to current high end places. Although, the staff was great the entire stay. Didn't eat at the on-site restaurants but from what I hear they are good. The rooms feel dated and not of the level I would expect for the price. The mini-fridge in the room didn't even have a bottle of water in it and my room had 2 of the same pieces of art. That sounds petty, I know, but for how much you pay to stay here that shouldn't be an issue. The amenities that most hotel-goers use and would expect to pay for (gym, hot tub, pool, sauna) were all nice and clean but I don't know anyone that travels to a resort to use indoor tennis and squash facilities but perhaps that's just me. I dont think that the tennis courts are even incuded in the price! Granted it was a long weekend that I stayed here, but for how much the bill was for 2 nights I could have almost went to Mexico for a week all-inclusive. Unless they come back to reality on pricing I certainly wont stay here again.
