Westlake Financial Services is the Best Finance Company out there , anywhere from their representative ( Henry Zamora ) to their compliance team (Alexandra Guevera ) , they went out of their way to help the dealership and made the process easier , I highly recommend Westlake Financial Services .

This company is the worst Nightmare of my life so far, If I could give a 0 star rating I would also. The loan was paid in full in January 22, 2018. This is August 2018 and they still show as unpaid to all the three credit report agency, and I didn t get my pink slip until September but they reported a negative to credit report in August, Totally BS the car was paid in full in January and they give me a negative points on August, I keep calling and nobody can explained to me why they still showing in my reports for almost 7 months and nobody can transfer me to a manager or supervisor, this company is total scam. Can anybody will someday listen or do something to make sure this company cannot harm consumers, this company will hurt your credit so bad. I hope that no one will ever use Westlake Financial... very dishonest and corrupt company. Like somebody wrote about is true I wish I would check their feedback before to go to them. This company needs to go out because is so dishonest.I never been so upset to a Bank to this people. Someday justice will reach this dishonest people one by one. BEWARE they will do the same to you, just read how many bad reviews they have.

This place is the worst finance company I've ever delt with. I've never been put on hold so many times in my life. Nor have I been misguided, mistreated and plain lied to. They don't care about their customers or trying to help them in anyway. Will NEVER do business with them again.

this financier is pure fraud care charge 25% of apr and the credit nion have only 4% apr I do not recommend this financial is a fraud

Among the Covid-19 crisis, Westlake Financial is NOT offering any considerable option to those affected. My husband and I have never missed a payment and both have lost our jobs due to pandemic. We have exhausted most of our funds and have only enough for this weeks groceries.To pay our current monthly payment we will have to see who can lend us some money. If we happen to find someone and this pandemic continues to be extended we are pretty much in same situation nect month. Needless to say we have other bills that we cannot pay. Our landlord has been lenient to work with us.
This institution needs to be more compassionate to it's customers and offer more than "pay half on due date and other half the following week. Or $50 everyday until total amount for month ia due. If I don't have the money today, what makes them think I will have it tomorrow? The white house hasn't even announced when things can resume. How are we to know when we will "miraculously" will have moneh again?

I have never had a problem paying my debts "THIS IS A WORLD/NATIONAL CRISIS". Meaning this is something that is out of our hands. IF MY HUSBAND AND I COULD WORK WE WOULD BUT WE CAN'T.

The most poorly run business I have ever worked with in my entire life. The lack of professionalism, and misguided lack of knowledge. The response time is the biggest joke ever!! Never would I wish this company on anyone. Save yourself the headache of a lifetime and choose another company!!

So apparently these people don t even give you a notice on your payments to come get your car I was gonna pay my car payment the day after and they came and got my car in the middle of the night. Might I add it was due a couple days after I was gonna pay it & they have to give you a notice and let you know you have to pay it and give you at least 90days. When I called this morning they basically told me they can do whatever they want and have to pay $1000 on a $90 dollar payment I owed. The lady I spoke with was really rude and needs to be fired!!.. there just ripping people off at this facility!.. & when I get my car out & catch them back on my property again without a notice trying to get my vehicle that s trespassing and someone will get hurt

This time I called to make a payment, when I did for some reason when i call the first person i speak to will verify that i am who I say I am and then transfers me to someone else that does the same thing. Other then that, the person Almasolis was very quick with the prosses and makes sure to explain what needs to be explained. To bad what they told me ended up being very misleading.

As of right now I m going to give 2 stars because it s been almost 3 weeks and my deal still hasn t been finalized and I m riding in the vehicle ins on vehicle
I keep getting repeat calls about the same questions nothing is being updated and saved on my file
If I could have used my past finance company I would have but the car dealership doesn t have them as a finance company they use

My rep Charise was AMAZING!! She gave me so much good information about my account I felt like I was talking to a classmate trying to get me the hook up! She and Lidia were by far the BEST REP and SUPERVISOR I have interacted with! Way to Go WESTLAKE!

The only bank that was not willing to give any payment assistance during a worldwide pandemic. Shame on you!

On their app it showed I been keeping up with my car payments but they still repossessed my car. After finding out I had to pay additional thousand dollars along with $300 in order to get my car back, I went up to the place just to see that they nearly ripped my whole bumper off. After trying to make a claim they ignored me and tried to pass it off as something that s been there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WESTLAKE YOU WILL HAVE NUMEROUS ISSUES ALONG WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS!

I called and ask to see if west lake got my check for my car payment and they transferred me to 3 department. They've made me waited over 1 hour and still haven't answered my simple question.

I made two payments one was charged automatic so if you paying early don t Because the automatic will still be charged.
I tried getting a refund for one of the payments they told me it will take 24 hours didn t happen call next day they now told 3 days well after 3 days didn t happen so I call again and now they saying it will take 7 to 10 days. I really hate this

Arturo Lemus was a outstanding help! I was highly stressed out and discouraged due to currant state that our country is in and the hardships that have resulted from that fact, causing me to be late on my car payment.
It s people like Mr. Lemus that give people hope and I don t say that lightly. Westlake Financial, in my opinions is a company that should be recognized for their empathy and diligence in choosing the right employees that share that same heart. I am proud to be blessed to have such a conpany in my corner. Lastly, In my 20 years experience in Customer care, I have not experienced such patience and kindness as I did today by Mr. Lemus and I want to thank him and Westlake again for all the understanding and grace they have shown.

Tyteanna was amazing I present her with some tough questions concerning my loan which is my very first car loan btw and she was very helpful, knowledgeable, kept a cool head the whole time. She need a promotion when people like her train others that when Corporation make improvements as a whole and go to a level of service comparable to some of the great customer service company like "USAA" and "Chick Fil A" but enough about them Westlake Financial Service you are definitely on the way to greatness if people like tyteanna keep answering the phones.

After i made my monthly they took additional 2 payments out of my account without my permission , when I asked for refund they only returned 1 payment and they refused to refund the second payment I called over 10 times and everytime they keep spinning me around saying it should show in your account in few days but never came , very bad company and people are so un profesional and now im definitely refinancing my car with different bank and i don't recommend them anymore.

Worst experience ever! They repossessed my car during this pandemic so I paid what was required to get it back and they added payments to the end of my loan, fine, but they said it could take 24 to 48 hours to get the release so I could get the car back. After 24 hours and multiple calls and hang ups by them, I call the forwarder and they say because of a setting on the banks part the release says closed and I have to contact the bank again! Called again and they are experiencing technical difficulties so couldn t do anything! Paid the amount and yet I still don t have a car or answers! Every time I ask to speak to a supervisor they transfer me and then it goes to a survey and hangs up! What a way to treat customers during a pandemic! I just want my car back and have no answers as to when that will happen, even though I ve done everything on my end!! If I could give zero stars I would!

I always have excellent service with the employees at Westlake, I perchance my vehicle a few yrs ago once I paid the loan off I end up using them again for my truck that I just purchased, everyone I spoke with in this company are very friendly and helpful. Thank you

Short story ... my brother called his financier for help due to lack of work due to the covid19, they gave him 2 months without payments without raising interest and from 30 months they only changed him to 32 .... I call my financier westlake and they give me 10 days of courtesy to pay, after those days I can extend up to a month but the other give the 2 payments together, what kind of help is this? I finish paying for my car and I don't want to hear from you again

Westlake has the worst customer service especially thru their Title Department. I had my car repoed over a year ago & lucky for me was able 2 get enough $ to get it back but in less than a week they already were going to auction it off even though they new I was trying 2 get it back & payed what was Due. Am so aggrivated now because I had 2 renew my tag & the DMV told me I couldn't because WESTLAKE FINANCIAL never put the car back in my name. So now am having 2 rent a car, pay my car payment, plus full coverage for a car that i cant even drive. I called about 6 times and every1 told me they where gunna transfer my call but instead they just hung up

I purchased a car through enterprise, went smooth . I didn t really read the contract because I didn t really care because I needed a car really bad & fast . I make good money but that s not the point but when I Got home looked at contract I got fleeced very badly . The car was 17k , I put a down payment of 2k . But when looked at contacted when I finished paying the car off I would be paying 36k . That s about 17k Interest . People don t make same mistake I made read the papers before you sign . Luckily guys this weekend a hurricane came to MY STATE OF NEW JERSEY & a tree Fell on my car due to the hurricane and now it s totaled so I don t have pay these crooks anymore . I m working my credit to get a better apr for another car be smart ladies & gentlemen DO NOT FINANCE THROUGH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL KILL WITH THE APR .

While working with the Mr. Professional Lazaro, I was treated like a customer should be treated. Not only did he confirm my most recent payment, he also assisted in my on line account. I just couldn't get it right and Mr. Lazaro saved the day. Mr. Lazaro was very professional, didn't explain a problem without a resolution, as well as ensure to make sure there was nothing more needed prior to ending our phone call. Me and my husband sent this company a check two times to get endorse for repairs that was not his fault and they have manage to lose the check both times after we paid for next day shipping and a return shipping as well now everybody acting all dumb and nobody wants to answer the phones we are sick and tired having to call everyday and ask about a check that only takes 24hour's to process WORST COMPANY EVER TO HANDLE BUSINESS WITH. BUT LET YOU BE A DAY LATE PAYING THE NOTE AND SOMEONE CALLS YOU TWEMTY TIMES ADAY LOOKING FOR THEIR PAYMENT

Worst experience in my life. I'm angry I'm sad I'm frustrated! I bought my first vehicle and this is who they gave me. They always give me different amounts every time I call and take my money. I pay on time and double what I'm supposed to pay since April and recently 3 months in a row the ending balance has not gone down! I called and not even the manager could help me or explain why! If I could give it no stars I would. Rude and unethical, I can't even call what they do "service." Do yourself a favor and find a professional finance company that will be accountable for it's actions and not scam you out of money you shouldn't be paying for their mistakes. Thanks to them, not only did I have to drive 4 hours to go get my car back, after I had made not even one late payment, but then they charged me again to get it back after I arrived. Money thieving and corrupt.

Unless you are just calling to make a payment they will not help you! They will transfer to every freaking person but the right one. They will randomly hang up on and every time you call you will get a different answer or Excuse!
These people still get a pay check! Blows my mind!!!!

I love this company. They offer you a loan when no one else will. I've been with them going on 2 years and my vehicle is almost paid off now. They have quick effective customer service reps who will provide you with excellent payment plans if you need extra time to pay your car note. This company also provides an easy mobile app to pay your bill with, that I've been using every month. It collects the money immediately so there's no wait or worrying about if your payment was posted that day. To all of you complaining just pay your bills on time it's simple, don't blame Westlake for your mistakes! !

My car is paid off, after 3 years, westlake immediately sent my title information to the DMV and my title was released to me. This has been such an amazing experience with this company. They are always there for you and no is never an option with them. Just be honest about your circumstances and they will definitely work with you.

After getting 2 reps that confused me I was able to get ahold of a rep named Amina. I asked for a supervisor she then asked to check my account so she could try an help. She knew exactly what happen and explained everything to me clearly, she also told more information that was left out in the previous calls.

Very unprofessional service. I called several times and left my number and waited 5 business days and no-one has call me. They keep "transferring" my call and nobody answers. STAY AWAY!

A customer representative that we had called back after numerous times of confirmed information by THEM asked what our real intentions where because they had everything they needed Yet other Agents kept calling asking for a certificate to be sent AGAIN. If they had everything they needed why continue calling AND the representative that was so rude to say what he did, refused to give his name. Basically yelled at us for responding back to there call. We had a loss in our family and had to send the death certificate and this is how they responded.

Paid my car off 3-4 years ago. Received my title from Westlake Financial. Checked my credit report and they have my account listed as charged off. I call their customer service and spoke with several representatives stating it will be removed in 30 day. It been a year now and it s still their stating I owe a balance . I m Extremly upset with the level of customer service!!!!!!

Been late on our vehicle and when my husband called the customer service he received a very helpful person. This hasn't been our first time but each time time we have received great customer service.

THEY ARE MAKING ME MAKE MY PAYMENT BY PHONE EVERY TIME I CALL THEY VERIFY ALL MY INFORMATION THEN SAY THEY HAVE TO TRANSFER ME. THERE PAY OFF QUOTE IS CRAZY. THEY RECEIVED MY LOAN BECAUSE THE FBI HAD ISSUES WITH CONDOR CAPITAL THE ONES WHO MADE THE LOAN. SO IM JUST TRYING TO GET THING STRAIGHT BECAUSE WHAT THEY WANT DOES NOT MATCH THE LOAN PAPERS I HAVE. Horrible experience as a dealer. Will never have them finance another deal for one of my customers. They kept telling me they would get me money tomorrow. Had to talk to my lawyer and spend money to figure out what my rights were. Was told I would have money 3/31, did not receive until april 1st. many different excuses, many different stories and was even hung up on for asking a lady what her name was.

Westlake Finanical had been very helpful. This past month as been a rough month for me Finanically. My job changed payroll dates and completely through me off after dealing time off work the month before. They really work with you as much as they can. I really appreciate the compassion and customer service that is given especially when your having a hard time and trying you best to get your payments on time.
