I love this company. They offer you a loan when no one else will. I've been with them going on 2 years and my vehicle is almost paid off now. They have quick effective customer service reps who will provide you with excellent payment plans if you need extra time to pay your car note. This company also provides an easy mobile app to pay your bill with, that I've been using every month. It collects the money immediately so there's no wait or worrying about if your payment was posted that day. To all of you complaining just pay your bills on time it's simple, don't blame Westlake for your mistakes! !

My car is paid off, after 3 years, westlake immediately sent my title information to the DMV and my title was released to me. This has been such an amazing experience with this company. They are always there for you and no is never an option with them. Just be honest about your circumstances and they will definitely work with you.
