If I could give it no stars I would. Rude and unethical, I can't even call what they do "service." Do yourself a favor and find a professional finance company that will be accountable for it's actions and not scam you out of money you shouldn't be paying for their mistakes. Thanks to them, not only did I have to drive 4 hours to go get my car back, after I had made not even one late payment, but then they charged me again to get it back after I arrived. Money thieving and corrupt.
