Westlake has the worst customer service especially thru their Title Department. I had my car repoed over a year ago & lucky for me was able 2 get enough $ to get it back but in less than a week they already were going to auction it off even though they new I was trying 2 get it back & payed what was Due. Am so aggrivated now because I had 2 renew my tag & the DMV told me I couldn't because WESTLAKE FINANCIAL never put the car back in my name. So now am having 2 rent a car, pay my car payment, plus full coverage for a car that i cant even drive. I called about 6 times and every1 told me they where gunna transfer my call but instead they just hung up
