I enjoyed my experience here with a decent room. The amenities on site are quite good with several restaurants and big gym and an indoor outdoor pool extending to a patio area with a view out to the rocky mountains. Staff were helpful on check-in and checkout. One small disappointment is that the Westin doesn't have a lounge for rewards members with status. I've only stayed at two and this may not be true elsewhere.
The room was large enough and cozy. One of the restaurants was closed for renovation, but we enjoyed the lounge that was open. The bartender was great and very accommodating to drink requests. The rooftop heated pool was a bonus, as well as the fitness room and basketball court. I'd definitely stay here again if in the area.
Great rooms in a really fun location. Unfortunately there is no hot tub. Otherwise we had a great time.
I was attending a Mulesoft Summit for work. Breakfast, snacks, and lunch were provided. I'm used to pretty boring food at these events. This was so superior to the usual fare. Everything was fresh, and delicious. The meeting room had a huge screen for watching the presentations, that was easy to see from anywhere in the room. All in all, this was a first rate experience which impressed my co-workers and me a great deal.

After a long drive this was the perfect stay. Staff was friendly and welcoming! Room was comfy and we were in the middle of the action. We walked everywhere we wanted to go.

The Palm at the Westin is my new favorite steakhouse. I got the filet mignon. It's a cliche, but really did practically melt in my mouth. The lobster Mac and cheese was perfectly done. The only disappointment of the night was desert. My creme brulee had obviously been sitting in a refrigerator waiting for me to order it. For the price, it should have been fresh glazed.
Conference rooms were gorgeous. The food was amazing. Only downside was that while in the conference rooms there was no cell signal. At least the WiFi was good to compensate.
Had a 17th floor hotel room within walking distance of the Convention Center. Great service.
For the price, a very average room. A few nice aspects, but also some poorly thought out issues with the room (towel hooks, USB plug ins, etc.)
Great room for the price. Location was convienent to shops and bars. $42 parking per night was a little outrageous.

Never again. we just got here today and my first room was dirty and had hair in the toilet. I spoke up and they moved us to another room that is dirty, with hair on the bathroom counter and tabletops that were never wipes. If you re short on staff because of Covid that s not my fault. I was now told the front desk is going to look for another room that s cleaner and been on the phone with Marriott with no response from anyone. This is a nightmare and I already pre paid for my stay.

Friendly & professional staff. Clean rooms, heated pool, workout room, & office area. Right in the heart of downtown. 16th Street Mall is a block away. My room had a decent view as well.
My wife and I recently came to Denver for our one year anniversary. Nick from the front desk was nice enough to upgrade our room and give vouchers for room service. Hotel is perfectly located near restaurants and bars, and the views from the pool are the best in the city. Highly recommend!!

It was delightful until we realised they didn't have a hot tub.
The room service/house keeping was non-existent. The food at our week long company meeting was worse than Taco Bell. This was not a place I would come back to ever!

This a nice hotel, close to everything in the downtown area. It's right across from the Convention Center. They have a nice bar up top but unfortunately we thought it was a restaurant. The restaurant is on the ground level. Still a nice place to eat though.

A last-minute decision to stay in Denver and I was able to get a clean quiet room for a reasonable price.
Central to downtown, which meant we were able to walk all around which was sweet. Parking was expensive, we found alternate parking spaces after our first night. Rooms were nice, ours had a fridge (website said it was not included).

The hotel was very clean. However, I had multiple problems being looked down upon/disrespected by staff. I'm 26 years old but look closer to 18 and almost every staff member completely belittled me the entire stay no matter how nice I was because they just assumed I was young or not rich enough to be staying at such a nice hotel. That was disappointing and I'll probably never stay here again just for that reason.
Really nice hotel located close to lodo. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. The rooms are on the small side but are very comfortable.
We had an amazing view of Larimer Square from our window and our room was very comfy! The service was great and I enjoyed the free wifi!
Great location, friendly staff, and some of the worst hotel service I have ever had. When I paid a 40% charge to get same day dry cleaning, I didn t get it the same day. When I came back the next week, they told me they would bring that dry cleaning up to my room, but I had to call them later that night to remind them to bring it. Also, this morning I dialed the service desk and the phone has been ringing without response for over 10 minutes.
Yeah it s a good location, the rooms are spacious and clean, blah blah blah; there are tons of hotels downtown like that. I think I am willing to lose out my SPG points to stay somewhere else from now on.
I love the service here and they have amazing pillows. Ended up ordering some from their collection.
Great location, nice large rooms, good internet, nice room service. We did have a broken light bulb, which they failed to replace, but that is my only quibble.

It was in a great downtown location. The rooms were a bit dated, specifically the bathrooms. Service was what you expect, nothing over and above, and certainly not below.
Room cleanliness was not up to par. When called to complain, the front desk offered to send new towels up to my room but no one ever showed up that evening or next day. Very disappointing. I frequent Denver for business travel and don't think I'll consider the Westin again.
We stayed on the 12th floor, with an amazing view of Union Station. Mountains would have been visible, but it was overcast. Room with king bed was adequate. Ice machine on the 12th floor wasn't operating, so I had to go down to 11 to get ice. Rain shower head in bathroom was nice. Staff was perfectly pleasant.
The lower lobby, lobby, and meeting floors have a somewhat weird layout and finding check-in take a little work, but it's not too bad once you get used to it. The rooms are really nice, they are spacious with each room having a large desk with computer connection ports, two chairs with a small table inbetween, and plenty of clothes storage. The bathrooms have plenty of room too, with enough space to spread out your toiletries.
Great hotel in a fantastic location. Beds are comfy and the rooms are quiet. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about Denver.

But, they have the WORST Internet connectivity I've ever seen at a hotel. Been here for 2 days and never got about 2 MBS download speed. The WiFi is different in your room than in the Lobby/Meeting area. That means if you stay here for an event and take your WiFi enabled device between the room and the event you have to go thru a different logon back and forth. Lousy design!
Kinda lousy service too. Waited over an hour to get my non-working TV remote control replaced (even though I went down to the desk to request it). During lunch the hotel didn't set up enough tables to accommodate our event luncheon (poor planning). I waited while it took them 25 minutes (I timed them) to set up a table for 10 when there were 17 people waiting (poor execution). I gave up waiting for the staff to provision another table and walked across the street to the sandwich shop,
Maybe they'll get their act together tomorrow (my last day here).

I attended the Mile High Author Event and it was an absolute joy to attend. The crew was amazing, the authors humble and the setup was easy to maneuver. My only recommendation would be to put it in a bigger room next year. Other than that, I was very happy to be there
Everyone working here was great Sheila the concierge was a big help as we changed our plans due to the weather, Jessica I belive, a bartender was very informative and took time to tell us about Redrock and Golden from traffic to great drive up views. Thanks everybody for a great stay. The pool said it was heated but the room its in was cold and so was the water that said, it is an indoor/ outdoor pool and was cold outside like 34. Workout room was very nice so my wife told me. It did take a time or two learning to navigate the garage to lobby but nothing we couldn't handle. I will be back again great staff great place to stay!
This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The location, the service, and views are all phenomenal. The beds were likely the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the blackout curtains made it easy to sleep in after a night out on the down. The hotel is just a block away from the 16 street mall and perfectly situated that you can walk most places you would want. My only complaint is that our room wasn't ready at the requested time, but the staff was very accommodating nonetheless and tried to offer every alternative. I would absolutely recommend this location if you're looking to stay in Denver, and will definitely be staying here again.

The room is great and clean. The staff of friendly, but........ For $180/ night, you get a 5 minute shower or a third of a bath ran before the water is ice cold
This is a good hotel. The staff is attentive, housekeeping is solid, gym is above average, and they have one of those pools that starts indoors and you can swim under a window and you're outside. Nice. Real talk tho. This is an old building. HVAC was noisy in my room. Take a look at most ceilings or electrical panels and it's clear they've done their best to modernize a structure with capped potential. Would stay here again, but not for $300/night.
I am still trying to check in. On their website you may input your checkin time. I requested 1pm months ago when I made the reservation. We arrived today at 1:30 and our room was not ready. Front desk person said it would be ready by 3 but would try to expite. At 3pm we are told room is not ready until 4:30 because of late checkout. Person at front desk tells me it is not her fault she just works there. I wonder what they pay her to do. Had to get manager. Horrible experience and will not come back.
The Westin is an awesome hotel that does a great job taking care of its guests. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable beds, and useful features. The restaurants and bars are equally nice and make for a very comfortable experience.
