Westin in Denver airport charged me a night stay which was a mistake. When I finally got refunded, the refund was $30 less that what I was charged by them due to the currency exchange rate (which was lower when they refunded me) and then refused to rectify this, and take accountability for THEIR MISTAKE. Bad customer service in any business is unacceptable. It's the principal of the issue, not the money. As a business, if you make a mistake, you should fix it.
