First off a big super huge shout out to Sheila at the front desks for being an amazing employee and person. I will deffinatly forward to management that you are wonderful at your customer service!! We appreciate you!
Next, the hotel is beautiful! Much more than expected. Very elegant and clean. Starbucks in lobby, a bar and resturant. Very nice! We are very pleased with our stay. Room service is great. Bed is super comfy. Views are spectacular.
Work out area is above average. Great location on 16th Street Mall. Amazing!!
Pool is too cold to enjoy in winter. No hot tub. No free breakfast. We will deffinatly be back.
