The initial sales presentation by Grant was thorough and very professional. The installers did a great job, and the windows seem to be excellent. However, service through the office is lousy. Our windows were almost a month late over the date we were promised. Scheduling installation was like pulling teeth, despite the fact that we told Grant and everyone else that we had a deadline and some calendar issues. Getting calls back from Allison in service was difficult. The company has, obviously, NOT planned for the demand for their product. We expected to wait up 4 months for our windows, it was 5. Both are absurd. I hope if we have an lifetime warranty issues that they are honored.

Justin came out and gave us a quote. He was knowledgeable and did not pressure us. His price wasn't the lowest or highest compared to other quotes we got but his price was also consistent. No games with dropping the price if we signed on the spot. Another company actually dropped their prices by thousands each time we said no. We don't like tactics like that. We are really happy we went with Weather Tite and look forward to getting our new windows installed. So far it's been a great experience.
Andrew Mallin sold me my complete house windows, 14, and they were manufactured for my specifications, they were installed within the time frame specified, Installed 02/16/18. The installers were courteous and paid attention to details, installed in 2 days. I am very pleased with the current results, as they provide an upgrade to my home, ascetically, and visually. I must admit, I hate home improvement projects. I am not physically able to do them on my own and I am always worried I will get taken advantage of if I get a professional to do it. They may overcharge me, do shoddy work, or both. Well, I needed my front entry door and my back patio door replaced and I wanted to get them both hurricane rated. I wasn't sure of who to call. I ended up calling WEATHER TITE WINDOWS. I always found their commercials funny. From my initial phone contact until the last dust that was swept away, I was totally impressed! If you want quality, thorough, professional work from installers, a salesperson/marketer, receptionist, clerical staff and anyone else...call Weather Tite Windows. Weather Tite fully explained the process from measurements, design options, costs, etc., based on my idea and needs for my home. The company was fully transparent and thorough with the permitting process and handled EVERYTHING by the book. I was given an honest timeline regarding when my doors would arrive. The installers wore UNIFORM SHIRTS. They respected my home and property. They did a FANTASTIC JOB! I was pleased with the price and the work done. My salesperson Patrick even called when the installation was done to be sure I was pleased with everything. Everything that was removed, cut, scratched during the install was put back together like it was when the installers arrived: baseboards, boarders around the doors were properly caulked and spackled where needed and when necessary. The installers gave me instructions on how to care for my new doors and even gave me tips on how to care for my window frames (and I bought those from another company). 5+ STARS. I will definitely be sending COOKIES FOR THE ENTIRE STAFF, not just Weather Tite Mike. Thank you so much for making my home more secure and more weather proof. I will definitely tell everyone about you.
We have just completed our 3rd project with Weathertite Windows and Doors. We have replaced all our sliding doors, windows, and exterior doors. Each time we have done a job the work was done well and the workers were very professional. We used Weather Tite windows a couple of years ago for the windows in the front of my house and had a great experience. Would have liked to do the whole house but we had budget constraints. We had a excellent experience with Weather Tite from beginning to the very end. We thrilled with our new impact sliding glass doors. Our old ones were very dated and let lots of air through, not to mention the annoying grinding noise everytime you would try to open it. Our sales rep Freddy was extremely kind and knew his product. Youd be suprised how many other companies just came by and dropped off a quote and didnt seem very interested in telling us about themselves. Cant wait for the next part of the project the windows!

We are very impressed with our new windows and sliding doors. 2 installers came out to do our entire house and they were done in 5 hours. We notice an incredible difference in how cool our house feels. There was only one minor issue, one of our sliding doors came in a different color, but they were quick to make the correction. WeatherTite windows installed windows in my home in May and it is still an ongoing process in August. The installation was dusty, messy, and a clumsy process. I was lied to regarding the screens that I purchased and for which I paid extra money , caulking was smeared all over the windows and after a couple of days it all started turning yellow. They have been coming back every couple of weeks and they do a couple of windows each time. The process is in its third month of messing around with these windows and not completed yet. Purchase windows from this company at your own risk!

I should have listened to my neighbor and not gone with Weather Tite!! Make sure you read the REAL reviews! The salesman (of course) was great, but the customer service is absolutely horrendous, and they DO NOT keep their promises!! Install took way longer than I was told, day before our appt they call to tell us the installer we requested and had had an appt with for months wouldnt be able to do the job. Installers were young, played music loud and with profanity, job was sloppy! There's no "lifetime" warranty when they don't even return calls for service/issues. 2nd half of our nearly $14K job was definitely sub-par. Front door was installed without a permit and is HORRIBLE. They are liars. Save your sanity and your wallet and GO WITH SOMEBODY ELSE! My mom is looking for windows and asked me about mine, very first thing I told her was DON'T GO WITH WEATHER TITE!
Very poor customer service. Called to get information regarding energy factors on a specific type of window from them, and stated since I wasn't a customer of their's, that they would not help me. Kinda blew me off. I may have went with them for the windows in my home that we are wanting to replace, but after the treatment I received when just calling to ask a few questions, I will never do business with this company, regardless of their reputation in the Tampa Bay Area.
From start to finish, our experience with Weather Tite was top notch. Ross Mallin (and his trainee, Michael) came to our home to take the initial measurements, give us an estimate, and go over the process with us. Ross was incredibly informative, friendly, prepared, and professional. He was also very patient with us and answered every one of our (many) questions with a smile. Installation went smoothly, and both installers did a great job and did so efficiently, finishing install of 7 windows in a day. They also cleaned up after themselves well and were very friendly. All around, a great experience.
Very good customer support and quality windows. Our windows were installed in 2017 and we have called twice due to one minor quality problem in 2018 and to buff out some manufacturing suction cup imprints that were only visible when wet in 2020. In both cases, we were greeted with great customer support and appointments made quickly to resolved free of charge with no questions asked. Everyone we dealt with from sales and installers was very professional. These Windows have made our home quieter and so much more efficient. You will love these windows.

Just moved to Riverview from Colorado. I have seen Weathertite Windows commercials and the ad in Tampa Times. Coming from the mountains to the beach, I had no idea about what hurricane code was but also knew it is hot here.
The representative came out to my house and was right on time. He brought samples and explained what my choices were. As a first time home buyer, I knew it was an investment for new windows. Weathertite handled my rebate from TECO for all the energy efficient windows without me doing a thing.
They explained how my home was more secure and saved me money on my electric. The whole process was well explained and on the timeline I was told it would be. From the sales process to the install, I felt important. Not just like another customer. Very thorough, to the point and efficient.
