Very poor customer service. Called to get information regarding energy factors on a specific type of window from them, and stated since I wasn't a customer of their's, that they would not help me. Kinda blew me off. I may have went with them for the windows in my home that we are wanting to replace, but after the treatment I received when just calling to ask a few questions, I will never do business with this company, regardless of their reputation in the Tampa Bay Area.
