Just had a new slider installed today and couldn't be more pleased. Entire process from salesman Ross coming and providing quote to today's install was great. Only complaint would be the time it took for the new door to be made, which is out of control of Weather Tite. Our installer Gene and his assistant Nate did a great job installing and also cleaning up as they went and at the end before leaving. I've already made plans to do the second slider as well and will be using Weather Tite again. I'll be asking for Gene to do the install if he's available,the guy knows what he's doing.

Bryan came out and showed us and taught us everything we could ever want to know about windows. Believe it or not, it was NOT boring! We've compared a few companies and we are so glad we decided to go with Weather Tite. I'll gladly bake some cookies for these guys. Can't wait for the job to get finished.

We replaced all our windows and French Doors with PGT brand products. From the first day at the show room to the final installation, it was an excellent experience with Weathertite windows and Doors.
The products were delivered earlier than expected due to the COVID-19 situation and the crew that installed our doors and windows were professional, efficient and mindful of the difficult situation they were working under due to the virus.
Over two days the they did a most excellent job installing the windows and doors. We now have a secure Weathertite home. Our neighbors instantly communicated how much the windows visible at front of the house improved our curb appeal.
We consulted with other companies and not one gave us the confidence to use their products or their company. We highly recommend Weathertite Windows and know that they stand behind their name and products.

My husband and I had Weather Tite Windows install all new impact-resistant windows and doors in our home this week and we are beyond overjoyed. The experience from initial consultation to the end of installation was a smooth, easy process. Our home was built in 1958 and most of the windows and doors were original. Now our home looks brand new! Everyone at Weather TIte has been a pleasure to work with. The installers really went the extra mile to meet any need that we had, answer any questions, and were very knowledgeable. The installation was faster than I expected, but it was not rushed. Each of the installers took their time to ensure each old window was removed properly and each new window they put in was a perfect fit. They were also extremely thorough with their clean up. We are so happy with everything and will refer Weather Tite to all of our family, friends, co-workers, and neighbors! I am firm believer in getting multiple quotes, and Weather Tite was the clear choice for us!

Weather Tight did a great job replacing two original glass sliding doors. I am glad I decided to use a local company instead of sub-contractors from my favorite big box store. One of their sub-contractors showed up wearing crocs when he did my quote. Weather Tight was very professional in all steps of the process. The PGT doors look great, and were the doors I liked the best from the beginning. They are made here in FL, and seem much more solid than the JeldWen, or Reliabuilt I was considering.
Most of the 1* reviews here look fake. I am a real customer.

We have had our windows and doors installed by Weather Tite 2 years ago. We have loved the energy savings and security that they offer. Unfortunately we did have some issues operating a couple windows after we cleaned them. They sent our a service person at no charge and showed us how the latches have to be fully engaged after tilting in the windows for cleaning. They were very helpful and really appreciate the free service years later! They seem like they actually care about their customer which is hard to find today.

We are very happy with the service & people at Weather Tite! From Nate our salesman to the office people who coordinated the install of windows, sidelight & slider, to the install team of Josh & Jordan! When the technicians, Ben and Jesus arrived-the entire process was so easy-I was very apprehensive about how all of this would be accomplished but they were so polite and efficient-I wanted to adopt both of them ! Got the call that my Weathertite windows had arrived. I was asked when did I want them installed, and I said ASAP. The Weathertite person said I have an opening tomorrow and I said great, let s do it. My windows arrived the next morning along with 2 install technicians. The techs were very polite, professional and systematic with how they worked together. They knew all the tricks and their skills we fantastic! Just got 8 high impact Windows installed. The service was excellent from start to finish. Marketing manager, Preston, took the time to explain the entire process. Staff members were kind and professional as were my installers, Jason and Ryan. Good professional customer service is so crucial when making a home investment, and this company doesn't shy away from this concept.

Buyer Beware.... I had Weathertite Windows installed in my Atlanta home through their original location, based out of Ohio, which has since closed.... I called this office and I was told that they are not related in any capacity to the Weathertite Windows out of Ohio and acted as if they had zero knowledge of the Ohio company's existence.... Yet, this office has the exact same logo as the Ohio company... And the owner (Mike Hollander) has the same last name as the owner of the Ohio window distributor (Merv Hollander)... In fact, a man named Adam Hollander was the Atlanta distributor (my hometown) and the son of Merv Hollander... Adam is out of the window business as well (see a pattern here?).... My bet is that in the next economic downturn, Mike Hollander will disappear too, along with your lifetime warranty (like my warranty)....

I had 6 new slider windows installed to replace my 60 year old crank windows. WOW! What a difference! My project manager, Bryan Nicoletti came to my house and gave me the best quote out of 5 companies I spoke with. The windows were ordered and everything came in correctly and within the time frame they promised me. Their scheduling department called me to set up the install date/time, and their install crew showed up promptly and on time. They installed the windows in about 5 hours and showed me everything when they were complete, and left me with a copy of all the permitting paperwork. All the old debris and and windows were removed from my property. I would highly recommend Weather Tite and their team. Kudos to all!

My husband and I would highly recommend Weather Tite Windows. I would suggest you definitely request Ross Mallin as the sales rep to talk to about your window needs. He is a very hard worker, did an excellent job talking to us about windows and is a very honest person. He most definitely will take care of you, follow up with you, and truly cares about each customer. I did a whole lot of research and called quite a few companies. Weather Tite Windows makes a great product and guarantees their product for life. They've been around for many years, so they are not going anywhere either. Our window installer Steve Phillips did a good job and he has been installing windows for more than a decade. You might see if he is available as well.

Initially was very impressed by our salesperson Ryan - he collected over 6K as a deposit and said my 8ft x 10ft triple sliding door would take about 12 weeks..... we were so excited! (Early May)
He was the ONLY person good at their job - he got a sale afterall, but we never heard from him again.
We were told our job was so expensive as it involved special engineer drawings, a couple of 'expert' measuring people came out, took pictures and precise measurements.
Weeks, no months passed and we heard nothing so I called 'Ryan' to find out the cell phone number he had given us was actually just the office. Now we would be dealing with Adrian, she booked all the crews for the jobs - ours was super special and needed a certain crew - so we had to wait.
Finally we got the probably 6th call returned and we were given the 2-3 days that the door was going to be installed. My husband took time off work - but they didn't come on the Monday. Mid-Tuesday morning two guys did show up, and said they couldn't install the triple door they had made for us.
The 'manager' Ken called my husband and said that they had a very nice double door at their warehouse that his guys could install though....my husband called me at work, and I came home - now losing both our day at work. I spoke to Ken who told me about the 6ft x 8ft double door..... meanwhile the guys wanted to leave for the day having started nothing. These guys did not have the equipment they needed or even the beam they were to install - the next day they were here for almost 4 hours... no wonder the previous job had run late - they were putting in part time hours, I guess.
The 'wonderful' much smaller double door was temporarily put in and a much smaller triple door was now ordered. Months later the triple door was installed with the wrong hardware so the doors would not slide over each other..... Door handles you would think would not be that big a deal but 3 weeks later the replacements came out - and were wrong! The 5 minute change out became an all day job! Ken also tried to talk us into a huge plastic surround on the outside - to cover all the needless damage the guys made to the outside - we insisted on stucco.
They don't mention all the painting YOU will have to do either!
Yes we were given some money off, a 6 x 8 shouldn't cost as much as my 8 x 10, but the run around, mess and damage....
GO ELSEWHERE!!

From start to finish, my experience with Weather Tite was first rate. The initial sales visit was thorough and everything was clearly explained by Ross and his teammate. I had interviewed 5 other providers and felt most confident with Weather TIte. The installers arrived 10 minutes early, worked all day without taking a lunch break, and completed the job, by 4:40 PM....removing and then installing 11 windows in my condo. The inspection by the City of St. Pete was quick as the job was done so well. Weather Tite came shortly after to finalize the installation. I had a few "glitches" after that which were promptly fixed by technicians who were scheduled within 2 -3 days of my calls to the office. I highly recommend Weather Tite for window replacement! Caulked 3 tines when windows were put in to stop the leaking. Again no caulk left in windows.

We "interviewed" 3 windows companies and are so glad that we chose Weather Tite for our new windows. We had an excellent experience -- from our first meeting with Ryan, who answered all our questions, gave us great advice, and worked with us to get the product we needed, to the efficient job by William and Santiago during the installation. They left us with beautiful new (and sparkling clean) windows we are proud of. Not only that, but we live alongside I-75, and for the first time in the 15 years we have lived here, we do not have to sleep with a fan on to drown out traffic noise. We couldn't be happier.

When we first moved to the Tampa Bay area, we tried another window company but soon learned from that mistake and have been with Warren Hill and Weather Tite Windows ever since. Warren is an officer in the FL National Guard and applies that same commitment to service to his work with Weather Tite. Warren knows the various products and install opitions and has been very helpful and saved us money with each install. Speaking of installation, Paulo and Brian did an absolutely superb job today...they worked tirelessly with Paulo inside with his cloth booties and vacuum cleaner and Brian outside making sure each window is perfect. Their level of protection for our floors, window treatments and landscaping was outstanding as was their cleanup. WTW's service department was professional and prompt in handling our billing and scheduling our city inspections. They do it all and make it look easy. BTW, their pricing is right too. Quality products and craftsmanship at commercial pricing...we couldn't be happier with WTW...thanks agian Warren...wish I could give you 6 stars!

We had WT replace every door and window in our house, except the overhead garage doors, with impact resistant, low E PGT. Josh worked extremely hard to make sure prices were competitive and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The installation was painless, given the scope of the project. Mike and John did the installation. They were trustworthy and extremely conscientious about being careful inside our home not to damage anything. There were issues with two windows, but they were re-ordered and installed very quickly. We re so pleased with everything. Adrienne did a good job of keeping us up-to-date and scheduling, and everyone was fantastic to work with. A couple of pluses that made us go with WT are the warranty is matchless to other companies, and they will process the TECO rebate for us.

Ashes were made too small and were failed by the county. They blamed the manufacturers and sent them and their tech out. They agreed and remade the sashes. They were worse that athe first pair. One won't open .. this is after waiting another 5 weeks. Now just the manufacturer shows up and they don remeasure and tell me we'll get another set
out. In 5 weeks . That's 10 plus weeks with windows that have failed county inspection and I'm paying the monthly bill. On windows that are

I wanted to take a moment and pay a compliment to the weather tite, installation crew and the entire weather tite team. This is our second time using them and I couldn't be happier with our experience. We were told the installers would be at our house Saturday (April 2nd) between 8-11 to install our three Windows. At 8 am right on the dot our door bell rang, two men showed up (I wish I would have caught their names) super nice and professional. I was completely prepared for the installers to be here until noon or later, to my surprise all three Windows were done and we were making our final payment at 1030. This crew was such a good representation of weather tite and its company, I will forever be a loyal weather tite customer! Again this was our second time using them and I am so impressed and would recommend them to anyone!

I had Andrew come out and he took time to go above and beyond to explain the whole process of removing my old windows and installing new hurricane impact windows. The negligence this company showed when installing a set of French doors was incredible. The doors were leaking upon the first rain, they sent guys back who were complaining saying there was nothing wrong with the installation. They came with a caulk gun and squirted some caulk around and left declaring the job complete. The next day the rain was pouring in again. The cost was higher than other so one would figure the old adage true, you get what you pay for. Not so with this horrendous company, with rude workers to the point of gaslighting. Do not believe half these reviews, I have spoken to other upset customers, some who were actually threatened with a lawsuit if they didn't back off!

I replaced all of my Windows, sliding glass door, and front door. The service including the sales person, the person that comes out to measure, and the installers, as well as their products are the best.

Our experience with Weather Tite Windows was above and beyond!

We received quotes from several different companies and ultimately decided to go with Weather Tite because of their competitive pricing. Originally, we planned to replace 11 windows but while waiting for the manufacture to have the windows ready we experienced a leak one of the windows on our first level. Our sales representative, Freddy, was able to have this window added to our order. We had 11 windows replaced on our second level and 1 on the first level of our home. Our installers, Ramon and his crew were amazing, they spent two and a half days in our home and each day when they left, aside from the new upgraded windows, you would never know they were here. Each day they arrived on time and got started right away, when their work for the day was done, they cleaned everything and went as far as vacuuming any dust created from cutting out our old windows. We had discussed our concern with needing to cut our patio screen to replace the three windows on the back of our home, they completed these replacements from the inside and avoided the original need to cut the screen. We were so impressed by the product and level of service that we are eager to move forward with replacing the remaining windows on our first level.

It's been a year since the install of windows & doors in my home & the results are incredible. Install was timely & professional, service for minor problems was quick & complete, windows look great and the house stays cooler. However, that isn't the best part. I was advised of possible tax credits, reduction in home insurance & a decrease in my electric bill and given conservative estimates. After one year the results are in & they are better than expected. My electric bill decreased an average of $75/month & my annual insurance dropped just over $1,000 annually for nearly a $2,000/year return on my investment. That doesn't even consider how much I save in wear and tear on my AC. This was a great upgrade to the home.

What an easy process, no high pressure sales pitch- just honest info which helped us make the purchase. Window replacements add value to your home but people need to think about the safety and protection you get with this product. Cant put a price on that !

We recently purchased windows and sliders from Weather Tite. We are really happy with our decision and investment. We went to their office and met with Christine. She was very sweet and friendly and scheduled an appointment for someone to come to our home. Grant came out that week and measured and gave us a quote. He explained everything in great deal and made sure we understood the differences in the windows and the warranties. Paulo and his guy installed our windows and doors and they look beautiful. We received quotes from three different companies but Weather Tite was the most obvious choice with their lifetime warranty, and our salesman Nick Miller was super knowledgeable and thorough. My husband and I bought $15k worth of Hurricane grade windows in February 2018. We were told installation would be in about 8-10 weeks. Over 12 weeks later, we finally had our windows installed. On the date of installation, the installers broke our front window and installed the wrong window in our bathroom. They called their boss who ensured them and us someone would be out in a week to fix them. 5 weeks later, someone finally came to fix the broken window and replace the wrong window in the bathroom. Now, July 5 I was just able to have the inspection completed and it failed. I have had nothing but a horrible experience with this company and I will ensure everyone I know hears it. I am very unsatisfied and now will have to take 2 additional days off work to be here for the fix and for the new inspection.

Weathertite is now coming to do my 2nd phase because the first phase went impeccable. from Andrew.M our sales guy was professional and punctual and ansered all my follow up calls and emails. the installation crew kept neat and were sooooooo nice and did quality work. we cant wait for our new Sliders to be installed. Great company we contracted them to do a patio closure and made a down payment,to our disappointment city would not approve the permit to complete work, without any issues they returned our deposit in full even after several visits to our residents, didn't even want their cookies back. Yes the sales person showed up with them. Great company with values.

Start your experience off with Michael Beckwith. He is sharp, engaging, careful and concerned about what you need. No pressure and easy to work with. Then you get the guys that measure the windows PRECISELY. They are equally professional and kind.
The icing on the cake are Dan and Steve. They have installed windows for 10 years and they work like a surgical team. Flawless, clean, respectful....you really cannot get better than this!

On may 7 Brian came to give us an estimate for 11 windows He told us they the about 12 weeks to install we we set a date of Aug.24 and then asked him if they could be installed the first week in Sept.he said absolutely so we left it at that.My husband wanted to see what the windows would look like in person so we took the 35 miles to the show room.We talked to Chris and made a few changes but was still told they would come in the same date and still be installed the first week in Sept.Then Judy came out with papers to go over and we had a nice talk and also told her about the week we wanted them installed and even she said that would be fine.They called me and texed me several times to let me know they would be coming in on Aug.25.That date came it was a Friday and no call.Husband called on Monday and we were told we were supposed to call them! That was never told to us.Then we asked about them coming on Sept 1st and they said they couldn't come until Sept 11th we were upset but had no choice.But then here comes Irma!!!!We had tens of thousands of dollars worth of hurricane windows sitting in their warehouse we couldn't get put up. So we had to buy $380 worth of plywood that my 68yr old 23yrArmy disabled vet and myself 71 years old and disabled had to put up. When we talked to Tom King who said he was the general manager about getting reimbursed for the wood because they didn't get the windows up when promised he flat out told us no because the install date was not in the contract. So my advice to anyone out there that want to buy these windows is to get the INSTALL DATE IN WRITING!!! In closing I guess in these times a person's word and a handshake isn't worth anything!!! So buyer beware don't believe or take for granted "Weathertite Mike's" commercials.This review is in my opinion take it as you will! Thank you Sandra Garza!

We love our new windows. Installers did a great job, were polite and cleaned up afterwards.

The worst experience on anything I have contracted for my house. They took a $1,000 deposit, and after one month sent me an email telling me they didn't have the equipment to seal my windows while they ordered the new ones! I lost one month and could never reach the sales person to voice my frustration.

The crew was very professional and courteous through the whole process. They removed, installed, sealed, and cleaned the windows. They also cleaned each area as they went along. They finished with a walk through and showed how to operate the windows. I would recommend Weather Tite Windows to everyone. Don t forget the cookies!!

This is the second time that we have used Weather Tite and they have done another fantastic job. We are very pleased with our three new doors and bathroom window. Our house is older and their team did an outstanding job of installing all the new items. They have had wonderful follow up and although it took some time to have the doors arrive, it was worth the wait.

Buyer beware...this company and its owners did business in Youngstown Ohio for lots of years. Sold lots and lots of windows here locally stating the windows were warranted and they would stand behind their products. Well that may have been true until they declared bankruptcy here locally and left town leaving thousands of customers with a worthless warranty. DO NOT TRUST!!! BUYER BEWARE!!
