Weather Tite installed our impact resistant windows over a reasonably short period of time (needing to stop when the weather turned bad and once when the worker's tools were stolen). They explained what they were doing and answered all my wife's many questions.
During a final inspection by Weather Tite, the worker noted a small manufacturing issue, that my wife hadn't noticed and didn't think important. The worker reported the defeat to Weather Tite, and they will come out with a brand new window and replace it.
That shows what a fantastic company they are. I highly recommend them.

So glad I chose Weather Tite Windows! Ross Mallin was a great sales guy who provided a breakdown of the process, and cleared up some of my questions I had from my own research. Honestly the offer was too good with the warranty and the quality, that I couldn't resist! I ended up with 7 windows.
It took about 5weeks to get them installed, but keep in mind they have to order the windows. Just a good mental note for people on a time crunch.
Hands down, the Weather Tite crew was the most prepared I've seen out of any company. The guys had the job done in one day. They provided me with a pamphlet of the information needed for inspection, and also had a helpful contact number for a translator should there be any language barriers.
On the day of the installation, that great sales guy Ross checked in again, and the following day, I received another call from the team to set up the inspection appointment.

My New Windows Make Me Happy Happy!! The guys who install are professional, efficient, polite, and kind. The windows are gorgeous! Easy to open. They keep the noise out. First off, I don t think I ve had a better experience with a company as a whole. From initially making my phone call to schedule an appointment to the workers installing my windows, the whole process was a pleasure. Not sure who I talked to on the phone to schedule my appointment but she was a sweetheart and was flexible with my busy schedule. The one part of the process that stuck with me was Michael Beckwith, the salesman. Michael was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. Kind, genuine and a blessing to interact with. By the end of the appointment, Michael gave me so much information about the windows and the process that I felt confident that I could sell the product! The guy did a stellar job and had me sold within 5 minutes and I think he knew it but that didn t stop him from explaining all of the pros of Weather Tite Windows. The whole appointment took approximately 2 hours. After the appointment, the installers were scheduled around my schedule and arrived on time, on my days off. The installers were easy on my house, cleaned up after themselves and didn t damage any part of my house! They even offered to take off their shoes at the door so they didn t track dirt on my white carpets. If I could give this review 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend.
I have not personally had work performed by this company however, I can speak to the passionate staff and would encourage others to seek them out for their expertise. My friend Andrew Mallin is hardly seen socially because he works tirelessly for his customers. I figured since I don t see him that much, I could at least write this review and tell all of you how lucky you are to have his time! :)
Everything with Weather Tite Windows went smooth from start to finish. First started with Andrew explaining the whole process and answered all our questions. Awesome company. We love our windows but we noticed some circular marks on the sliders. When we called we were immediately scheduled and a technician came and buffed out the marks on the glass. Great company that stands by their warranties.
Excellent product - super customer service. We bought 2 sliding doors several years ago, and I called for some minor repairs...and discovered these terrific windows have a lifetime warranty. Lee came to my house today and adjusted both doors....wish I had called sooner. These heavy doors keep the noise out, the heat in (when chilly) and the house cool when hot. LOVE WEATHER TITE WINDOWS!!!!!!
Product may be good, but installation was shoddy and service is HORRIBLE! Our installer completely missed caulking the inner base of our sliding glass door and our other back door. They caulked the exterior so there was no way to know that it wasn't done right. On light and normal rains it was fine. On heavy rain, the water would seep through. We found puddles a couple times and wasn't sure what it was cause we check the doors and it seemed fine to us. We started to see damage to our floor after a year and decide to reach out to Weather Tite to see if they could help identify the cause.They sent an inspector out who was shocked at the level of damage to our wood floor from the water. The inspector took pictures and said they would need to discuss with the leaders in the company on if they will cover the damages or not.The inspector contacted us back about a week later to inform us that they would repair the doors but we would need to go through our home insurance to cover the damage to the floor. They sent a technician to fix the leak and he identified the cause (inner caulking missing) after disassembling the doors. So far the fix has held up well with the rain we have seen so far. We called Weather Tite back to file a claim based on the faulty installation and the fact that it was their shoddy installation which led to the leak and damaged our wood floor. I was transferred to a very rude and curmudgeonly gentleman who told us that it's our problem and that they are not responsible and will not do anything about it. We told him that is unacceptable. His response was to write a complaint letter. We did, still no contact from them. It's going to cost us over $10K to replace the wood floor. Spoke to our neighbor who was the one referred us to Weather Tite, he said that he had issues with his installation also, but it was noticeable so he caught it early. I'm sure there are happy customers of Weather Tite but they should consider themselves lucky. We are definitely not one of them!
We would highly recommend Weathertite windows, we got excellent service and our install team were the best! Our windows are beautiful, I can t say enough about our installers in this time of Covid they respected our home space and did excellent work.
I bought my windows 7+yrs ago & still have confusion getting the screens out. I call them & they have come out every time to help me out with removing the screens. I have 3 styles of windows. I watched the video but my windows aren't the same. It's nice to know they still make service calls over such things.

I hate these windows. It s been 3 years since they were installed and the major picture window has never closed correctly. It takes two people to clean them and it s not easy. Forget about the picture of a lady cleaning the inside and outside by herself. The screens dont fit either and the cat can practically push enough on the screen to get out. When they installed them they sent absolutely nobody that spoke English! Every time I have to try and close these windows by myself I get so angry which sparked this review today.
We met Justin at our house for a quote on replacing our bedroom windows. He measured and explained everything that was going to happen, step by step never leaving anything to doubt. His info , his making sure we were comfortable during the entire process was amazing. He spent as much time as we needed and left us with a handshake and our promise to call him yes or no as we had two more appointments. They were not the lowest but with the guarantees etc we knew going with Justin was the correct and best choice
When we sat down at the table to discuss windows I told Freddy that we only were looking at what it would cost to replace our windows. But the price was to good to pass up and we bought the windows. We recently had Weather Tite Windows installed in our condo in Pinellas County. But, this was not the first time we used them. We had them install windows in the condo we sold in Hillsborough County. The rep, Andrew Mallen, was excellent to work with. He listened to what we wanted and set the ball in motion. They installed our hurricane resistant windows just before Irma came through. Andrew and his boss, Michael, are superb st what they do and I would recommend them highly!

I cannot say enough about this company. First they have been around a long time and have a stellar reputation. When I finally decided it was time to upgrade my windows, I called and got an estimate. Because everyone told me it was the right thing to do, I got two more from the competition. Now I know why Weather Tite Windows is so successful. It was a remarkable difference. When I called to make the appointment, the girl who schedule it was so sweet and thorough. I knew exactly what to expect. Other companies said my husband needed to be there but she explained to me why it would benefit us both to be there. It was so they could sell us - it was so we could both see the window and get all our questions answered. Michael didn't press us to sign anything. We felt so comfortable going with Weather Tite because they didn't offer ridiculous price drops like the other two companies did. Michael offered a competitive straight forward price and showed us how the initial investment will save us money down the road. I really got an education and learned to read the fine print. Not all lifetime warranties are the same. Make sure you really look at the details. I am really happy with our decision and strongly recommend Weather Tite.
Never thought I would write a review about Windows but my whole experience has been phenomenal. Starting with Christina who got me a next day appointment and Andrew who came out and educated me why these windows are so worth the investment.Warren measured precisely and Paulo did a great job installing. Everything went so well. There has been significant noise reduction and they look great. I have no hesitation recommending Weather Tite Windows to my family and closest friends. First class all the way!
If I could give a zero, I would. The sales representative lied to us about the door we purchased just to get a sale. Then the first installers trashed my house and put three windows in wrong and didn't put in a screw in my bedroom window. The door they installed was absolutely terrible and Weather Tight could care less. Jeff does nothing to put our minds at ease. The initial window install was back in the beginning of December and we are still having issues. Two sashes were supposed to be replaced and they didn't even bring the right ones! Completely unprofessional. Please save yourself the torment and do not work with Weather Tite!! Terrible customer service!!

Great Service. Started out my purchase with Ross Mallin who really worked hard to ensure I got the windows I wanted. Ross never made me feel like it was a push for the sale and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted discussing and ensuring I understand all the options and never attemptted to upsale me into more expensive options.
The installation was great. A team of 3 individuals came out to do a 2 day job (10 windows, Sliding Glass Door) and finished in just a single day. The installer called out a couple of items that he was not thrilled with on the Windows as they came from the factory and has ordered a replacement - all without me asking. And they cleaned up after themselves!
I'm thrilled with the way it turned out - Windows look great and have an excellent warranty too!

He provided some very good advice for our situation regarding our home design, and we loved the honest outsiders point of view. After several other companies that had come out for estimates, Weather Tite definitely made the top of the list. They did my sliding glass doors and and I have been getting critters n bugs come in thru my bottom. I finally installed new doors and had the existing ones taken out they failed to seal the doors correctly from the bottom up. Never again will I recommend them.
I have watched 2 of the salesmen for WeatherTite Windows very closely for over 5 years and for over 1 and a half years now. They are both very well trained and will steer their clients in the right direction. They care about getting the job done right, and will not sell you anything you don't need. You will be in excellent hands with either Ross Mallin or Drew Mallin. You will be able to rest easy knowing that your home will be protected with the right windows and doors, and you can start saving right away on your energy costs.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Pricing was competitive but installation is definitely a huge issue! We replaced 14 windows in a home we remodeled. The first hurdle was the product taking 2 weeks longer than estimated delivery date. Installers then proceeded to drag the lanai furniture across our brand new travertine and scratch it. All they had to do was pick it up and it is very light. Then they didn't use a drop cloth on the roof and got stucco patch on the shingles and tried to remove with something that basically wrecked the shingles. All they had to do was put down a drop cloth. The stucco patches were ridiculous. All 3 sliders needed to be replaced due to "circles" on them from the manufacturer's plant. 2 windows had to be replaced due to manufacturer issues. We started the installation process in March, 2017 and just finished in December, 2017. The company did get travertine buffed, shingles replaced and defective product replaced but all of it was avoidable. Has been a frustrating experience!!! Use ANYBODY else!

I CHOSE Weather Tite because i want to work for a company that is true to their word and sticks to there warranty.
I usually do not write reviews but felt the need to write this one be careful with her warranties on their windows we had purchased windows that were break proof one of the windows ended up breaking warranty will not cover it and the window defects is $650 not happy about their policy of how they cover the windows also the locking latches don't go up all the way on the Windows they only go halfway up so the windows can only be locked halfway they told us that the broken window as we don't know how it broke we were out shopping when it happened would not be covered and it would be 6:50 to fix it not happy that we had a warranty paid about close to $4,000 a little over to get these windows installed and every room of the house and now we find out the windows not even covered even though the warranty is still good please be careful when buying from this place

first date for an estimate was 2 weeks out. kept asking if " all decision makers would be home " told them I am capable of buying a few windows. the then checked the deed and asked if my wife would be home . insulting , indicates they do a hard close . day before the appointment they call and ask to reset the time a few more days out. Worst experience ever - I would never go to Weather Tite again. We purchased 2 sets of custom sliding doors at 15K for new construction studio. Not only did they deliver them damaged they proceeded to install them damaged and weeks later claimed they received them damaged from PGT. In addition it was missing the door lock, missing screens, buckled track, chips in the frames. After numerous phone calls they reordered and another 12 weeks later they installed replacements with once again damage and still a missing screen, a deep scratch across the glass and a chip of glass floating between the panes. They show no urgency to fix the situation as they held up new construction project for months and now waiting on my 3rd replacement.
OMG after months of this they attempted to install 3rd replacement Sept 18th, this started Feb 20th and now it's September, and of course the glass slider door was scratched and damaged. In addition they sent the wrong size screens that has been pending since the beginning. They had to send another guy a day later to fix the broken lock that also has been pending not to mention it is a white lock on a bronze door. What is wrong with these people. This is never going to end ......don't ever work with this company!!!!
Ross was our salesman and did a fantastic job of helping us select what was best for us and our home. The installers were also great, cleaned up, double checked their work, and took time to explain what they did and what was next each step of the way. Ross should be a template for how a salesman should function. He didn't bother with the typical upsales work ethic that we have seen with other companies. On Monday, July 30, Marvin and Jaime from Weather Tite Windows replaced my defected door panel and adjusted two doors that were not closing smoothly. They were courtesy and performed the job quickly. They even took time to give my dachshund some attention, which he loved.
When Michael Beckwith showed up at my home I thought he was the real Weather Tite Mike. He is the company s marketing director but runs appointments on referral basis. (We were referred to him) He represented the company like it was his own & answered any & every question that was asked with confidence and poise. He made this decision very easy and I cancelled my other appointments due to his professionalism. Installation will be next week so I m looking forward to my new sliding glass doors!
We had Weather Tite replace our old metal framed windows and Josh, our sales consultant was incredible, especially compared to the other companies we vetted. There was no traditional sales pitch in our house, where he wouldn't leave or where he "called" his manager to get approvals on pricing. Josh just came in, asked thoughtful questions about what we liked and needed and gave us an honest quote which was 20%+ under what the competition quoted us.
On the install, Paulo and his crew were awesome and did an incredible job. They were on time arriving on both days and finished the job ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend using Paulo and team in the future.

My family and I replaced the windows and sliding doors at our beach condo with weather Tite windows and what a difference it makes. From start to finish weather Tite was extremely professional and responsive to any questions and concerns we had. The installers could not have done a better job. when we had a small issue with one of the doors, the service tech was out within 2 days to fix it. We shopped around a bit and decided that the overall value with weather Tite was worth it compared to some others that just want to take your money and offer no warranty whatsoever. Being right on the beach, the peace of mind now having hurricane windows and doors is worth it for sure.
Absolute professionals. My experience started with Ryan. Ryan showed up right on time, clean and friendly with a great attitude. Even as a younger guy he was able connect with me, talked to me like a friend and made me feel very confident in trusting your company. I got estimates from 2 other window companies but it was Ryan's presentation that sold me. Next I dealt with your office staff. I feel bad that I cannot remember their names, but the 2 women I talked to on the phone were extremely polite and helpful. The job was on-time even with Covid-19 slowing everything else down. The real All-stars however are your installation crew. Again I'm having trouble recalling names (Ron? Juan? Gabe?). These 3 guys showed up right on time, in uniform, looking clean and trustworthy. The guy in charge (Ron?) explained everything and it was obvious within minutes that he was VERY knowledgeable. They got the job done in 1 day and it looks AMAZING. Even though this was probably a small job for your company, I felt important, I really did! I couldn't be happier with the entire process. Great job Weathertite!!! You deserve all the cookies!!!!

Freddy Caravelho cane to our home to discuss our options and made such a good impression we decided to move forward. Once we ordered our windows to delivery was very expedient. Every member of their staff and install team exceeded expectations as well. I had to search for the most minor complaint imaginable with the install(a bubble in the caulking). Vincenzo, Ramon, and Ivan were courteous and professional treating our home like it was their own. We passed inspection with no issues. I would HIGHLY recommend considering them if you are replacing windows. A++ Weathertite!
Today I had Marvin come and replace a broken window for me. He was very efficient, very friendly and very knowledgeable. I have referred my daughter to Weathertite and she is having her windows measured next week for ordering. Thank you Marvin and Weathertite for jobs well done. I will refer all my friends and family that need new windows.
I had multiple windows and a slider installed by Weather Tite and it took them over 6 months to complete the job. We had three scheduled installs that had to be rescheduled because they didn't order the right parts. This was a huge waste of time on our part. The only reason i didn't give them a one star is that we were eventually happy with the end result.
We had a great experience all around. Patrick was very thorough in helping us find exactly what we needed for our home. Pricing was fair and customer service, including installers, was very good.
Horrible!!! Took 10 months and continued to have incorrect sizes. Not people to trust. Very difficult experience and would never recommend them. Product is nice but company and sub contractors they use actually lie to you and even to each other.
We just had French Doors installed and we could not be happier. Andrew was right in explaining that the installation is as important as the product and WT did a excellent job of installation. Not only did Andrew answer all our questions, Natalie and Allyson in the office did a great job in scheduling and "owning" every question we had. 5 stars is easy in the case of WT.
Found Weather Tite provided me a quality window. From my initial contact with their sales manager right through to the installation crew I found they were very professional. Had I have gone with other window installation companies I would not have found the same product quality. I have recommended to others to consider using Weather Tite for window and/or door replacement.
Excellent experience from my salesman Brian Knierman; there was no pressure and he answered all my questions. The office staff and installers were also phenomenal. Can t say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend!
We have used Weather Tite Windows on three occasions to install windows, sliding doors, and finally a specialty door and window. These projects have all been completed over the last 5 years. Each of the three experiences was fantastic! Work was completed timely, professionally, and fairly priced. Andrew did a very good job ensuring we got exactly what we wanted. They also ensured the paperwork was processed to receive the rebates offered by Teco Electric for our upgrades. Our experiences and have been so positive we have recommended Weather Tite to many of our friends and in at least one instance they have been awarded the work. Its also nice that we received a recommendation bonus.
We just had 3 impact glass sliding doors installed replacing 40 year old builder grade single pane sliders. We are already noticing a difference in the temperature and sound in our home. From the sales pitch to install everything was perfect. Ask for Nate, he was able to get us a great deal and even brought Mike in for more discounts. The install crew Josh, Luke, and Jordan were timely, extremely clean, and courteous; they made it look easy. We could not be happier with this job well done.
Initial visit with representative, John Price, was great. John arrived on time and was courteous, professional, genuinely concerned with hearing our needs, and resolution driven. INSTALLATION VISIT went off "without a hitch." Installers arrived on time, worked quickly, removed any barriers I was not able to remove, put things back as found, and cleaned up after themselves. When John called to see how "his installers did," I told them they were amazing in that they even notified me, when working through the home and testing all of the windows, that one of the larger windows was not "working properly." The installer had already put through a work order to have the window replaced. John also displayed a genuinely caring attitude and "got right on it." The next day, we received a call from Dan, who identified himself as the installation manager. Dan and I set an appointment for Thursday so the window could be replaced allowing enough time for scheduling the City Inspector to come out. Follow-up had to be rescheduled twice, but when it did occur, Dan arrived, on time, was professional, courteous and, thankfully, was able to make slight adjustment to window so it did not need to be replaced! YAY! He was in and out in less than an hour! The City showed up two days later and were impressed with what they observed. Need windows? LOOK NO FURTHER! Call Weather Tite Windows and ask for John!
Andrew came out on a Saturday and explained in detail why PGT would be the best hurricane proof window and sound reducing of about 80% less noise than we hear now! I m so excited to get these installed! The only negative is that we have to wait about 15 weeks to be installed from final measure. . Very excited to work with weathertite Mike and PGT s best outfit!
The is the second time we are using window tite windows . We had 1/2 of windows done about two years ago and we were so pleased. We decided to finish off most of the home . Andrew and Justin were great helping us and getting us what type of windows would be more appealing in our home. I highly recommend them.

Weather Tite Windows has excellent customer service. We had our doors and windows installed by them back in 2014. Just recently, we contacted them about a concern we had that our balcony doors or our neighbors doors (also installed by Weather Tite) were possibly causing a water leak in a condo unit below us. Jeff, from WTW was there the next day to inspect the doors. In addition, he returned when a leak detection company arrived to find the leak. The leak did not come from the balcony doors, but Jeff stayed around because he wanted to make sure the doors were not the problem.
