I don't trust the mechanics and these dealer of the Toyota of Tustin cuz I brought my car to believe there are a trusted people but I was very disappointed. I will not bring my car anymore for the service. I only bring for change the oil. So be careful when you bring your car to the dealer. Mechanic will break something else to bring your car back and repair.
Mario Arellano did it again! My family has been buying cars from Mario since 2003. He helped my brother Alain get a Toyota Corolla for an incredible price. So then my sister Nora went and bought a Toyota Corolla too! When my parents needed a car, mario got them a Toyota RAV4 for the best deal anywhere, I couldn t believe how happy my parents were. Last year my wife s cousin needed a car and I called Mario for help. He got Marta a 2017 Toyota Corolla for an unbelievable price that beat everything Marta had looked at other dealerships and we did the paperwork before seeing the car since marta already knew what she wanted. My sister Diana needed a new car so of course we contacted Mario. Tustin Toyota rocks and Jacob Becerra is a bad ass! The best customer experience by far. No sales antics, no beating about the bush, Jacob got me the best price straight from the get go. He was very assertive no one could beat his price. It was a waste of my time doing comparative analysis with other dealers. It was even cooler meeting him in person. With a calm and calculated demeanor, he made me feel immensely welcomed. Anyone around would assume we were old acquaintances. Everyone he introduced me to was equally nice and helpful. As with most decisions nowadays, we spend a lot of time researching and comparing reviews before we make a large purchase. I hope this review helps you. I had a Corolla lease I was returning and had a firm budget I needed to stay under. The car buying process is something I would equate to a root canal, painful but necessary. The Corolla was a great commuter car, but I was looking for something with a little more room while staying in my budget. I made an appointment with Casey Troncoso and was pleasantly surprised by his non-shark like approach that I dealt with at 4 other dealerships. There s nothing worse than the feeling that someone is trying to take advantage of you and your money or getting a bad deal. The car buying experience with Casey and Tustin Toyota was anything but that. It was genuine and I felt valued as a customer. I ended chosing the Toyota Mirai (which deserves its own raving review). He was very considerate by giving us time and space to determine which one was the best fit for us. FYI....the 2017 hybrid Highlander limited platinum blizzard pearl exterior with saddle tan interior dealer price is $46,000. If they try to charge you more, you are being ripped off. This car was the GM's personal vehicle and has over 1,000 miles. Go to AutoNation Toyota and they will give you a better deal and better customer service experience. They actually want you business as where Tustin Toyota just wants to take advantage of you. If you don't follow this advice, at least take this and not deal with Mario.

HIGHLY recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a car, especially if you are considering a Toyota. Ask for Edward Zepeda My wife and I went in on a Sunday to check out potential Toyota cars. We were greeted by Edward Zepeda and he accompanied us to take a new Camry for a test drive. He was not pushy and simply asked questions about what we were looking for in a vehicle. After test driving we went to 3 other dealerships and had mediocre experiences. We even walked out on one of the dealership because the rep was being too pushy. That experience reminded us of why we dreaded purchasing a car. Towards the end of the day we returned to take a second look at the Camry, mainly due to the friendly service that we had experience at Tustin Toyota. Edward was there and took his time to make us feel at home despite the fact that he was helping another prospect at that exact moment. We ran the numbers and everything added up, so we left that day happily driving a new Camry. Chase (sorry, don t know his last name) helped us on the financing side and made us feel great about our purchasing decision. The process was simple and straightforward. Buying/Leasing a car should be this simple and stress free. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and will definitely be back when we are in the market for another vehicle.
I had never bought a car from this dealership before and now I know why. I had never experienced such sleazy salesmanship. I was in the market for the RAV4 Prime and negotiated a dealer markup for the SE model. When my wife and I came in to complete the deal, we were astonished to see the proposed lease deal would be $700 vs $500 on Toyota s website. Granted tax and license weren t included so I mocked a XSE model at the same price negotiated and it was still lower ($585) than what they had proposed. Finance manager said they do leases all the time at that price and payment. I told them they were wrong and that pmt was way off but they refused to believe me. Needless to say, my wife and I walked out confused and angry. As we were driving home, they called us and said that their finance guy screwed up and wanted us to come back. How could I trust them again since they do these deals all the time . When I came home, I did reverse engineered the $700 pmt and it seems the finance guy added $10k markup on the agreed price of $43709. Making the grand total to be $53709. Slim shady math or honest mistake? I tend to give ppl slack but not this time. At least the other dealerships I called around town were honest about the markup vs claiming to mark up marginally to get us to come in then try to sneak it back in when. Maybe our salesman was new and miscommunicated but that s not my problem. I can only judge based on what happened. Training issues is on them.

after 10 yrs of no car payment, buying a new car was not easy. I stopped by Tustin Toyota and was greeted superb by Greggory Crigger a sales manager. Told him was I was interested in, went to his inventory brought it back and we test drive the car. Greg tailor a deal I just couldn t say no to and came back with a new Tacoma. Again, it was a hard decision because I had been car free payment for 10 years but when an opportunity like the one Greg put together you just can t walk away from. Horrible experience in being lied to about the availability of a car. Took off from work to go to dealership and see salesman (Leonardo) that told us he was working on our quote. Waited 30 minutes for the Leonardo but no-show. Finally he sent his assistant out to tell us they had sold the car! No common courtesy to let us know that earlier, but instead sent out his assistant. What a coward. Typical used car salesmans at this dealership.

Had a great experience buying my 2021 Toyota Corolla Hybrid from Olmo Flores at Tustin Toyota. He s knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He made the process smooth, quick and easy to understand. Once I was ready to sign, Sam explained my options for an extended warranty (Vehicle Service Agreement), an extended maintenance warranty (Prepaid Maintenance Program) and a Guaranteed Auto Payment Protection Plan, all three of which made sense for me to get. I look forward to going back into the dealership for my first maintenance appointment at 5,000 miles or six months, whichever comes first. The dealership is clean and pleasant, and care is observed with the recommended use of masks and social distancing during the 2020 pandemic. I ve been enjoying driving my new hybrid the past three days, getting an unexpected average of 60.2 mpg by using the Eco Driving Mode. Can t beat these numbers amongst hybrids! (Stated mpg is 52 combined).

The number one thing people are scared of when buying a car is the salesmen. We all want the best deal without someone trying to feed us junk we don t need. Well if you go to Tustin Toyota ask for Casey, the internet sales manager. He s a family man and is so kind and approachable and HONEST. I definitely did my research before I went into this dealers, I even went to a credit union to check the best rate I can get for a car loan (hint it was below 5% for a credit score UNDER 700...which I m not so proud of but it s rising back up). And without any back and forth or question, Casey asked me what I wanted out the door, what monthly payments I needed to be at or under to stay within my budget and just like that he took care of me. He gave me a far better deal than the credit union with the lowest rate possible. I even had negative equity from my car I still owed on and he STILL managed to get my the deal I wanted NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I arrived earlier than my appointment time and he managed to take care of me and his current customer. As a young fresh out of college female student, going into a dealership can raise caution, as most young ladies are warned to go with a male so they don t take advantage of you well I had NOTHING to worry about with Casey. I knew I was in great hands from the second I walked through the doors. After just moving and graduating, I was on a very tight budget, however, Casey answered my prayers, and was able to take my old car that I still owed on (which was embarrassingly not in good shape) and got me into my dream 2018 RAV4 LE at a wonderfully low monthly price. I was in the market for a new Sienna and after requesting online quotes, Anthony Pittassi contacted me immediately to intoduce himself and offer his assistance.
