Great game lounge and retro/modern game store! Definitely a gamer's must visit in the area!

Great place for parties!!! My son had his 8th birthday there today and they all had a blast. The party lasted 3 hours which I thought would be excruciating long for me but it went by fast. The kids got to pick their games and it was a super easy party for parents. It's was very relaxing and I hardly had to do anything. The kids all said it was the best party they've been to. The employees were very helpful too. Great place!!

Showed up it the middle of Covid-19 and I found some old great games I played as a kid. I am impressed with the store now and I can't wait to come back after the Covid lifts start.

I am so impressed with this facility. My kids love it and the staff are great. They are considerate of parents requests as far as parental levels kids are allowed to play. If a parent like myself doesn't want their kids playing a certain type of game, it is not played, and I personally appreciate that level of commitment to ensure there game lounge is a safe and fun place to be.

Sold some gaming items to this store, appreciated the fair pricing. The owner was professional and worked as fast as he could. Will be visiting again!

I spoke with Gamesturz via Facebook when I first moved down to North Carolina from NYC. My boyfriend and I were in the market for a Wii U and were not interested in purchasing from a larger chain. Gamesturz popped up in my Google search and from that point on I had a wonderful experience! When Eric told us that he did indeed have a Wii U in stock we drove to Gamesturz and were greeted with a friendly smile. We ended up purchasing the Wii U and Eric even was kind enough to help us out with additional games and controllers for an unbeatable price! I highly suggest purchasing from Gamesturz and will definitely be back in the future! I think that the gaming lounge at Gamesturz is a wonderful facet of Eric's business, it was so great to see a bunch of children coming to play games on every system imaginable! I wish Eric would bring a Gamesturz to NYC!

Eric was very helpful and patient with us when we came in looking for a cord for our Nintendo (we came 5 minutes before closing time on a Friday night and were there for 20 minutes). His shop is fun and neat and he has a very cool collection of games ranging from nostalgic to current. Very kind individual. He made our weekend by finding us exactly what we needed for a great price. Highly recommend!

Dude was super nice and helped me look around, though there wasn't a huge selection. But that's fine, because they only opened up a few months ago and haven't gotten a lot of business yet

My boys love it. I love it. Friendly staff. Comfortable game lounge with great recliners and huge screens. A great addition to the community. Extremely reasonable monthly membership for our family. Gamesturz is family oriented - no GTA allowed!! Great move on the owner's part. I love supporting small locally owned and operated businesses that add community value near my home, and this one is right in that wheelhouse!.... Thank you for being there!

It's a small shop, but the visits I've had always end with a great experience! Great service, used hangers are in super condition, and the prices are fair. Swing in and check them out!

They are a really cool video game store with retro and modern games. It's good to see an independent game store now of days. owner is really cool and gave me and my brother a good deal on some retro stuff we traded in.

Pretty cool place for the kids at reasonable prices. I however have received feedback from my son that some times the staff can be a bit short with the kids.

I live in Raleigh north. There has lounge video game huge TV like 55 inch television. If my brother's her daughter born a babies might be ten year later. I have Xbox live uncle daughter to play tease up separate online at his lounge tease fun. I am deaf enjoy Xbox for movie, game live, text mail. I love GTA v challenges who you big adult skills the ages as you can smartest do it now.

Their prices are phenomenal and cheap, their selection is large but might need some more popular games. Five epic gamer stars, where games are epic.

Great locally owned. Store owner is nice and fair and he won't screw you over like gamestop for a trade in.

Ok... so HOLY CRAP. I love this place, but there is one problem. Recently the retro selection was removed. Why? This lowered my rating as a whole, but otherwise it's a cool place. I have gotten a few games from Gamesturz, and they were in wonderful condition and Eric did the CLEANEST job taking off the price sticker. I have been into the lounge once, and it was a comfortable time. I didn't get to play the game I wanted to due to my younger cousin, though the staff made up for it in how they treated us. The Truth: Great Store, Good Lounge, AWESOME Employees, and a few issues stop Gamesturz for being my go-to game store.

My grandson's birthday party was held there. They played video games on large screens, had pizza, drinks and cake. Not sure what the cost is. They had a great time. It was a 10th birthday party.

I visit regularly to take a look at the stock of retro games and consoles. Good prices and a great nearby source of retro stuff for me!

Nifty family owned hangout. I have brought my son here a couple of times for birthday parties. The boys game, but they hang out and socialize as well. The staff is friendly and seem invested in the place. They host parties and offer overnight lock-ins for kids ages 12+.

Awesome experience! Great lounge, huge televisions, fantastic owners. The new owner Eric is extremely knowledgeable on the games and systems, he helps the children with the games. Best trade in prices in Raleigh. Looking forward to the track out camps for my son.

Our kids love this place. It is a great option for casual get-togethers or parties. I like how they allow parents to leave the children in a supervised environment that will monitor the types of games they choose to play.

At first, the place looked great. I'm not a kid, and I am not a gamer, but I thought I'd try this place out. I paid for two hours, and then was plopped in a seat with no instruction. I'm sorry I don't know all the buttons. I waited until the owner wasn't busy until I asked him if he could help me. He gave me a two-sentence lesson, then left me. I was unable to play. I was stuck. Feeling terribly awkward, I again waited until the owner was unoccupied, and told him I was sorry, but I really couldn't get the game going. He rudely told my, "Well I DO have other customers." I was shocked. So I left. I wasted money. Sad. I was going to learn how to do this, then come once a week or so on my lunch hour, because it looked like fun. I wish the owner was more sympathetic to older people. He was very rude.

Great place. Had a terribly scratched Xbox 360 game that wouldn't load. Took it there and had it resurfaced for just a few bucks and it works great now. Just like new and it only took 5 minutes. Definitely check this place out.

This place is so unique for a game shop, from retro to next gen absolutely awesome place. They have a full out 20+ person gaming set up multiple tvs set up. The owner Eric is very fair and bringing old games in is very welcomed trade barter or cash are options for your games. A very comfortable place to do business and truly the fairest around. Thanks for the service Gamesturz ill surely be back. From the guy who brought the sega handhelds in!

I have come into this store several times and had a great experience every time. The owner is extremely wise with old game systems. Helped me figure out what the problems were and also help save me god knows how much money. Also the employees are extremely nice. Coming in is breathtaking. I again feel like I m a child going to LAN parties. I can t believe a place like this still exists and it gives me hope in the gaming industry. I wish they had more games but I realize they get games from customers not some inventory supplier, so I don t blame them for that. I absolutely love this store and deeply appreciate them working on fixing my games for free

Over the last 3-4 years I've tried to go to this location several times, with in posted business hours and it has never been open. Not sure how that works...

Went here as opposed to the chain game stores. Was not dissapointed and bought everything i wanted. Service was great, products worked properly. Definitely worth the trip and money spent. So much in fact, im actually getting ready to leave to go back. Thanks for being awesome

This is a great place for your kids to game in a safe and fun environment. Our son goes here on the regular has his bday parties here as well as the track-out camps. The owner Eric is awesome with the kids and has a great personality. If your looking for a fun time for the kids you have found it here.

We just had a birthday party for my 10 son here and it was AWESOME!!! Abby & Taylor were great with the kids and very helpful. The boys had an amazing time, what 10 year old boy wouldn't like 3 hours of gaming & pizza with friends?! They also have drop in times to play for really reasonable rates $4/hour, what else can they go for that price. If you've never been there, you should check it out. Joe, the owner, is friendly & great with the kids!!! Amazing place!

We had our son's 12th birthday there this weekend. The overnight lock in was a perfect choice for a group of boys and they had a blast. Eric and his staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating. I would highly recommend Gamesturz and I am sure we will be back

Awesome prices and huge selection of retro games all the way to the newest releases. Huge gaming lounge and Jeremy and his staff are the most knowledgeable gamers and collectors I've met in the area. Highly recommended!

My son has had his birthday parties here, go to other parties. I am a gamer myself, and have found great things I could not find at other stores. I am lucky to live in N. Raleigh. Awesome place.

Really nice place, well stocked, resonable prices and the guy running the place was really cool. Sucks they didn't have a large GameCube library to choose from, which is why I went there, but other than that it was an overall amazing experience. Definitely will make this one of my regular spots.

I have been going to Gamesturz for the longest time. I think i am the longest member if i can remember. I was there when Joe was there. But now we have Eric in the community and he is the best!

Well walked in and all the little white kids were playing fortnight and boy this place is garbage doesn't have half the inventory of the worst gamestop rude staff very rude.

Jeremy was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. The store itself has such a cool vibe and a great place to hangout in the lounge if you want to play some games! Awesome store, definitely the best in the triangle!!!
