I love the PGT windows. They were installed very professionally at competitive prices. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful.

From Nick, our salesman , Lucas and Joel our installers, Justin, who did the virtual inspection with Pasco county to Mike, who just put up the trim and the office staff have all been extremely wonderful. The man who did the exact measurements did a perfect job, I just don't remember his name! We are very happy with these 4 panel impact sliding glass doors!

Our quote from WTW was DOUBLE the cost of our lowest quote. And it was for the same (identical) windows.... Wow! And, many of the ratings listed below seem falsified.

I had all the windows replaced in my house with impact rated PGT windows. Josh Kopman was fantastic and knew the answers to all our questions off the top of his head. He was very detailed and suggested some well thought out design recommendations. Installation happened quicker than estimated. The installers did an overall messy and poor job installing, but Allison in the office followed up afterwards and sent out workers to completely repair all of the damage the original installers caused. Although the actual installation left a lot to be desired, I was very happy that they followed up and fixed every single problem that I complained about. I now feel confident that Weathertite is a company that will stand behind their lifetime warranty in the future.

I shopped around in June 2020 for new windows. Weather Tite's quote was 32% higher than 5-star reviewed Durasash for the identical PTG windows. The sales guy said to call if I got a better quote; I never made that call but I'm curious how he'd justify the Weather Tite mark-up.

I would recommend this business to anyone looking for new windows. It s is definitely worth the wait and investment. The install team was very accommodating to my busy schedule. In the end, my windows are beautiful. I m glad this business have teams members like Marvin to make it an amazing experience.

My salesman - Brian Knierman from Weather Tite Windows - helped to pick the best design to enclose my sunroom and for my living room windows. The engineer who came out to measure was great. The installers were fabulous !!!! Everyone was totally professional and I highly recommend Brian Knierman at Weather Tite Windows to everyone. The end result is exactly what I wanted - and the workmanship was extraordinary. Best ever !!

I decided to invest in some higher quality windows and doors after hurricane Irma. There were a ton of options out there after conducting my Google search. I made appointments with a few and ended up selecting Weather Tite. I don't regret my decision. I dealt with Andrew who was great and always answered my constant calls and questions. The quality of the windows and doors is really good. I haven't had any issues. The service and installation was very dependable and quick which I know can be rare in window installation (believe me I've dealt with some headaches in the past). These guys are solid.

I have had an incredible experience with Weather Tite! My home looks amazing! The installers were very professional and clean. I've had my Weather Tite Windows for several months now, and I enjoy them every day! I will most definitely use Weather Tite again when I am ready to have my sliding glass door replaced!

Install was smooth and fast. Install crew was careful and professional, cleaning as they went and took the time to answer any questions I had about the windows or the install.
The first thing I noticed was the noise reduction. I am on a busy road so it has made a huge difference. Such a nice change! AC seems to be working less so I expect to see a reduction in my electric bill too. I can t say enough about the product and the company. They literally threatened to sue my family if we left a review about our nightmare experience we had with them. I had a great experience with Weather Tite Windows. My salesman Ross was accommodating, informative and honest. My expectations were exceeded with the installation by Ernesto. He was truly a pleasure to work with and he did an above excellent job of installing my windows. The quality of the windows (hurricane impact windows) seems great. Super quiet. I can't even hear the air conditioner compressor directly outside the windows from inside. I'm happy to have new windows with new screens that work great. Now my only problem is there's only about ten days a year I can open them to get fresh air because I live in Florida and it's always too hot outside. lol. But I'll be sitting pretty come hurricane season! I highly recommend Weather Tite Windows.

Best decision ever!!! We have over 30 windows and just the thought of having to put up the shutters every time we might get a hurricane just killed us!! My husband has a horrible back due to military and well his health of worth it!!! Best investment ever!! We can tell how much our electric bill has gone down, we saved on insurance AND the peace of mind we have when we think about any possible hurricane or any possible break in!! Good luck getting in!! Then when they were replacing the windows we noticed water damage from the old windows!!! Can you imagine what type of damage we would of had to fix in 3/5 years!??? So we are nothing but super happy with our new windows!! Our marketing director Ross Mallin is amazing and super professional. The installation was super smooth and would 100% recommend Weathertite Windows!!!

DO NOT USE. A NIGHTMARE
Following 2017 S hurricanes we decided to install hurricane windows throughout our home. We chose Weather Tite and in December asked for someone to call.
A sales manager called and explained his company,s procedures and how the windows would be installed in one day by their own professional crew in such a way that we would never know they had been in, i e using drop cloths clearing away all rubbish ,repairing any damage ( interior and exterior) but not painting. All work would be under warranty.
As we were going away ,we would not be able to have the work done until our return in April. This suited them as the windows are custom made and they were very busy. He took preliminary measurements and quoted a price of $8650 . He wanted a contract signed then and there which we did. We arranged for the work to be done on April 5th . This was confirmed. Although their advertisements say no deposit required we were asked to pay one third on signing.
In our absence another team member came in to make accurate measurements.
On April 5th two brothers arrived to do the work. They took out one window and found it was framed. Removing the frame was difficult and the problem arose on all windows. The work took four days in the end and no drop cloths were used . The new windows were not the correct size so the gaps around them were filled with foam into which the securing screws were fixed and that work was covered with vinyl strip to conceal it.
We spoke to Weather Tite that we were not happy to pay the outstanding $5650 which the workmen expected to collect as there was damage to the exterior and we needed to see a finished job . They said we must pay $5000 now and leave $650 outstanding until we were satisfied but they would put a lien on the property for $650.
The work done did not pass town inspection, nor Weather Tite s own inspector. It needed to be redone completely with proper sized windows. We were away again until November and as this is a rental property we had to forego two rental requests and loose income between April and November.
In our absence new windows were made and fitted which passed inspection.
We refused to pay the$650 until we had seen the work and were satisfied. We returned on October 22nd and there was still remedial work outstanding such as missing weep hole covers, frame painting and ceiling cracks. We offered to have local workmen do this and deduct the cost from the balance . Weather Tite would not send anyone until the balance was paid . Local workmen would invalidate the Warranty.
In the end a solution was found and a man came on December 5th, did the remedial work and we paid the balance due to him and he handed us the document lifting the lien.
We had repeatedly asked to see the original sales manager to discuss our problems with him , but to no avail.

Great company and great customer service Patrick took care great of me with a great price beating all the other quotes we got. The installation went smoothly and in a timely manner and their products are. fantastic. Would recommend company to anyone and will use again. Thanks Pat!!

I was in the market for replacing all my windows and my front door and had a few company s come out to compare quotes. Up front I told every company that came out to quote the job that I was months out from making a decision and just shopping. That seem to rub a lot of the salesman the wrong way because when I would mention that, I got the business card and call me when you're actually close to replacing, I will beat any price . My last quote was from Weather Tight Mike which I expected the same outcome, once I say I m shopping and months out the salesman would scatter. My experience was total opposite of that, I dealt with one of there representatives named Patrick. When I told him up front I wasn t buying today he replied with no problem I m not selling today . After we both laughed he actually took the time to listen to what I was really looking to accomplish and gave me he s personal and professional opinion on my best option. I wasn t planning on buying until late this year but with the deal Patrick and Weather Tight Mike gave me I decided to pull the trigger early and couldn't be happier! When it comes to windows they should be your only option!

This is a great company and the only company that will stand behind it's unbeatable Lifetime warranty. Other companies will gladly leave you in the dark with a sneaky take your money and run type 1year coverage. Upgrading your windows isn't for looks it's for peace of mind which is why this leading company takes pride in offering you great warranty and will be there when you have a question. No bait and switch after your one year is up and you are in need of assistance. Instead of a quote they will send you a service technician.

I was sent 2 installers , Luis and William Hernandez who worked diligently to complete my installation. They were exemplary in every way. I have a lifetime warranty which even includes labor! We had a fantastic experience with Weather Tite Windows. From Ross showing up to explain the windows to us as well as attending the HOA meeting to help us explain the product to the board for approval, to the office support when checking on paperwork and schedules and the guys who showed up to install. Everyone is professional, polite, knowledgable, and on time. The windows were installed quickly with minimal disruption. Everything was extremely clean. Inspections went quick and smooth due to the excellent workmanship.

Never even got an opportunity to hire them. Because I waited weeks for them to come give me an estimate, less than 24 hour's to my appointment I get a call umm... the guy is off, so we can't come out. Really! How is he off when I've been scheduled for weeks. Not to mention I confirmed the appointment earlier that day. I was told well not my fault. BAD BUSINESS!

I never thought shopping for windows could be enjoyable, but it was really fun. Ross was thorough but not overcomplicated. He has such great knowledge and is not pushy. I spoke with Christina in the office. You can tell she really loves Weather Tite Windows and her job. Our windows are not installed yet so I'll be back with an update, but my experience with WTW has been excellent so far. Nothing like the pressure I got from some other companies.

From the presentation with Ross to the installation, we were extremely impressed. Ross was professional, extremely knowledgeable, personable and not at all a typical pushy salesperson. The windows took exactly 12 weeks, as quoted, and were installed in one day. The installation crew was professional, courteous and made sure to cover items in the house with plastic to keep them free of dust and debris. The windows look amazing and we can't wait to see how they affect our electric bill. We would definitely recommend Weathertite!

Bancrupt and left customers high and dry.....At least PGT came and made the repairs to windows you cracked and left for done you did this on install and never returned....

I can not say enough about how great our experience was in getting our hurricane windows installed, from the sales process through to the installation. Our installation guys were great, it took 3 days as stated with no mess and the windows looks great. The guys were professional and friendly. First, I spoke to christine who was really lovely, so personable and seems to really love her job, set us up with Andrew Mallin who showed up on time and really schooled us on his PGT product which we loved (he showed us samples) to his installers who are factory trained and certified twice a year and their overall value in their lifetime labor warranty. Dan and his crew member Steve did a wonderful job installing all our windows and our 6 sliding glass doors. They kept the house clean and neat and catered to our every request. Ordered a huge sliding glass door after lots of shopping around and talking with different businesses locally. Patrick explained the process well and no issues came up. It did take awhile to custom make since our opening was so big, but it s working great. They day after install we couldn t get it to lock for some reason; one quick call to Patrick and they came right back out to make sure everything worked well. Would definitely recommend this company!

I would highly recommend Weathertite Windows. This was my first time replacing windows in my home & I was a bit nervous about being taken advantage of because of my lack of experience. I worked with Andrew & he was knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy & made me feel very comfortable & confident throughout the entire process. Not only do I notice a reduction in cooling costs, but noise as well. I will definitely be going back to Andrew/ Weathertite Windows for all my window needs!

Please get a second opinion at least. I was thinking of replacing 3 normal sized, 1 small bathroom, a 6 foot sliding door and an 8 foot sliding door. With a 30 percent discount it was still over 20,000 dollars. Cox aluminum was half the price. Also, I was told my 2 bedroom windows were an odd size. I double checked and home depot has impact windows in stock that will fit in the opening.

My wife Audrey & I made the decision to install hurricane windows in our home in Bradenton several months ago. The crew I have is very clean carrying a vacuum and plastic drop cloths with them as they move through my home! I'm further impressed that my power was out and they even had a generator! My husband handled the purchasing process so I can't comment on that but the installation is going great!

Weathertite (I just found out) does NOT warranty their windows for life, only the GLASS. My windows were incorrectly installed in 2011 (I have proof) but WT is NOT standing by their so-called "lifetime warranty". Service Manager "Tim" is the one who just told me they are not going to repair the leaking windows. Will be getting a lawyer over this.

From Start to finish. This has been an awesome experience. Due to financial reasons we couldnt get all the doors and windows replaced so we did half the house, we will do the other half at a later time. We put Down payment and paid off remaining balance at the end of installation. The windows are beautiful and not to mention , no more a/c air escaping out the doors and windows. No more bugs coming in. Electric bill will decrease. House more cooler. Our home actually appears brand new. I am excited to get the remaining windows & doors done. I would definitely recommend.

We love our new windows but we were still having leak issues that we hoped would be fixed with these new windows. Weather Tite and their company partner American Leak Detection helped us identify and fix the leaks on the back side of our home!
We truly appreciated Steven (from American Leak Detection) and Jeff (from Weather Tite) coming to our home to evaluate the leak issues we continued to have after our window install.
As per Steven s recommendation, we painted the areas with elastomeric paint and have had NO leaks to date!
To say we were ecstatic would be an understatement!

You can take your windows and cookies and put them where the sun does not shine. I called and ask to talk to a representative about getting an estimate on my windows which I plan to replace. Since that time I have probably gotten 20 calls from companies wanting to give me a quote on installing Momentos. Some of them were pretty pushy and really upset when I told him I was upset with him for just wearing out their welcome. So the bottom line is I will put in new windows and it will not be weather tight take your cookies

Awful company. I recommend that you stay away and consult with a seasoned contractor that will give you upfront discounts from being in the industry. This company has no reputation in the industry...They are unheard-of in the construction world. And their recent commercial with a crook as Governor takes the cake. This company will rip you off. We had a very good experience with one of the sales people, Freddie Caravalo. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went through the entire process of replacing our windows and doors step by step, provided information on all of the different windows and doors and which would be best for our home. Weather Tite provides so many choices, it was very helpful to have some one with that much patience to go through all the possibilities. It was good to feel that he really did care that we made the best decision for our home.

We had Ross Mallen come to the house for an estimate on new sliding glass doors. He was extremely professional and personable. We decided to install the doors. He was with us every step of the way with communicating via phone to ensure we knew what was going on and when the doors would be installed. Install date came. We were initially told it would take 3 days to do all of the doors. When Josh and Luke came to the house we were told they were hoping to have then done in 2 days. Well after allot of hard work they were done in 1 day. Josh and Luke are wonderful. They took the time to explain everything and to even play with my 5 year old grandson. They cleaned up EVERYTHING as they worked and once they were done. About an hour after they left Ross called to see how everything was going. I explained we were completely pleased and that the doors were done. He was as surprised as we were. I really appreciate Ross calling to check on everything especially since he took time away from his vacation in Colorado to do so. We were so impressed with Ross we referred our daughter to him and she too is having windows replaced. Thank you so much!!!!

We are completely satisfied with our NEW 12 windows and NEW kitchen entry door!!! We had to wait an extra 3 weeks for final completion because the order was short one window on day of installation. We were updated regularly from the ladies in the office. However, it all got done and we will recommend Weather Tite Windows to others . Kudos to Our salesman Andrew Mallin who was very accommodating to answering my calls. We were very impressed with our installers-- Vince and his assistant Glen. They were excellent workmen and very friendly and polite. Went about their work diligently and answered any of our questions. They even cleaned all the Windows ( inside and out) .

We just completed the third and final installation of WeatherTite windows. This completes the whole house now. Total of nine windows. Buying two and getting third one free made this easy to do. Working with Ross as our salesmen was more than pleasant. Our installers Vince and Glen (we had them all three times) was great, as they were quite skilled and efficient. We have recommended WeatherTite to a friend that is also very pleased, as we are with the windows and the people we dealt with.

Brian Knierman is the nicest and best professional sales guy I ever dealt with. They do the best job and are very attentive to all your window needs. They are a company that I will recommend to all. They also have the best competitive pricing. I have nothing bad to say about weather rite windows or there employees. The installers are the best too and treat you just as good as the salesperson.

My experience was terrible. One of the office staffers treated me like a dead beat and placed a lein on my house. I held back $4,000.00 of the total $26,000.00 because the job they did was not to code. I happen to be an inspector so I know what I am talking about. I got the BBB involved, the board of licensing for contractors, and the Dept. Of Consumer Services for Hillsborough County, who did a great job getting Weather Tite to do the right thing. In the end, I wasn't brought any cookies.

Not to code, looked terrible, treated bad by at least one guy who felt like he was just not going to lose. Lein on my house. I expected a call from Weather Tite Mike, it Didn't happen. They do high volume sales and make a lot of money. If they send a substandard crew, you lose unless you fight them until the end, which is just what I did. Over a years worth of back and fourth. Weather Tite owes me $1,000.00 because I had to have parts of the house re-painted due to all the damage. My personal opinion, shop around. Yes, they did remove and re-install every window, but I really didnt need the stress of having to fight in order to get it done. And who looks bad from having a lein on their house? Well its not Weather Tite. MIKE, WHERE ARE MY COOKIES. You were sure on the phone alot when they were selling me the windows. I couldn't get you on the phone if I wanted to. I was told "He has people for that" you should talk with clients like me, to get the real story. You know how it is. I tell 2 people about my service, they tell 2 people and so on. Call me. Let's have a cookie.

I heard great things about weather Tite Windows trough friends and family, but it wasn t until I decided to use them for myself that I fully understand how AMAZING they operate! From the beginning of picking out windows to the financing , I was amazed at the smooth process. When it came time to installation, we were blow away at the tidiness of the work space, the quick installation, and the professionalism of the staff . Dan and Steve did amazing job on site. I highly recommend Weather Tite windows to anyone who is interested in getting new windows and doors.

After 2 years of having my windows installed by Weather Tite Windows, I m writing this review because I am very pleased with the service. Andrew Mallin came to our home and was knowledgeable, honest, and reasonable. He was patient and gave us time to mull it over. After speaking with several other companies and hearing what they had to offer, it was a no-brainer that Weather Tite would provide the best quality and at the best price. The windows look great and are standing the test of time and inclement weather! Andrew and the others at Weather Tite treat me like family and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy windows or doors.

We have had our sliders for 10 years. We noticed spots starting on the great room doors that were not on the inside or outside, but inside the glass. We called and scheduled for someone to come out. They confirmed that the seal was damaged and replaced all of the doors today. The team that came out were professional, worked beautifully together and left a mark of excellence on the job! They were here at my home today and they did not leave a card so I do not have the name of the gentleman who came with a helper he was training they did not leave me a price for the windows just for the total cost and I am very unhappy with The representative he did not even ask me what kind of windows I want to put in or I should say the style

There are not enough stars to give WeatherTite Windows the great rating they so appropriately and rightfully deserve. They have always been there for whatever service, installation, repair, etc. we require. Their staff, installers and others located behind the scenes are all that make this company a model of what all companies should aspire to achieve. Their integrity is what I expect and what I recall from days past when most companies provided this level of customer service, which, in today's business environment is long since become obsolete. No second thought needed, HIRE THEM. You will not be disappointed!

Andrew was very helpful throughout the process. He came by to explained the different products and warranty a few times and addresses all questions. Installation went very well and Andrew followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the product and services. Overall amazing services and product.
