I am so impressed with the high quality of product and the service I have experienced with the Weather Tite Windows company. The Marketing Director, Ross Mallin thoroughly presented the product, fully outlined the service and the installation process. The paperwork was easily done. The project began and continued with total communication from a knowledgeable and professional office, managed by Ken Goodman, Office Manager, Scheduler Adrienne, and many other staff. The pre-installation work of engineers, and the measurement expert Josh, and others made sure, and assured me of a perfect fit. The installer, Gene and his helpers were skilled; timely, very neat/clean,hard-working, polite, and fully explained the process and final paperwork. The great result, as promised, was an installation of lanai windows and door that went well beyond my expectations! A special shout-out to Ross, Ken, Adriene, Judy, Becky; Gene and so many others. The commitment and pride of the employees to Weather Tite Windows and their customers is clearly dedication and remarkable. They are a class A Company, five-star operation who do an outstanding job. To the President, Michael Hollander, I say congratulations on your success. It has been a pleasure to be a client. I highly recommend Weather Tite Windows for anyone looking for new windows or doors.
