Love the Windows that WeatherTite did for us. Ross our saleman has always been courtesous and responsive.

Have been very happy for 2 years now with my Weather Tite Windows. One of the panes cracked. No problem! A phone call to Weather Tite and the replacement was ordered from the original specs - no one had to come out and remeasure. Well, Marvin came out today and replaced the broken pane. He was very courteous and very efficient! He even showed me how to easily remove the screens. Weather Tite was the right choice for me!

We recently had our sliding glass doors installed and the installation went very quick and the install crew did an amazing job :) We love our new doors

Tried to get an updated quote from Brian for 6 windows. Instead, he sent me a quote to remove 10 windows and install 8. When I contacted him to tell him about the mix up, he said just ignore the attachment and focus on the price. I asked him to redo the quote so I could see the cost of each window and he said "just divide the total cost by 6". Not all my windows are the same size but I guess he thought it was too much effort to provide me an itemized quote. I'll shop someplace else.

Could not get past the receptionist. She was rude and hung up on me the first time I called. When I called back she refused to transfer me to the showroom. She seemed very disinterested in my phone call or the fact that I wanted to speak to someone about the windows. In this day in age we just move on to the next company or phone number on the Google list which is what I will do. Whoever was answering phones today dropped the ball in a big way. I have to ask myself, if I'm treated like that upfront what is the rest of my experience going to be like?

The windows look great. The installers were awesome. Clean, Courteous, friendly. Josh Tebbe was awesome. He talked us through the process and helped us make the decision easy to choose Weather Tite. I highly suggest going with them. And having Josh help you set it up!!.

We replaced our patio doors and windows with Grant. Now we wish we would have done it years ago. It made such a difference and gave us so much more comfortable living area. Grant was very professional and had some great suggestions. We are beyond satisfied.

Absolutely awesome experience! Chris came out to do the initial sale and was very knowledgeable. Windows were on a 12 week lead time and through the entire time weather tite office kept in touch and kept me posted on progress. Once windows arrived, installation was scheduled. Install crew was nothing but pleasant, courteous and fast! Crew demoed old windows and installed one picture window and 2 regular windows in a matter of about 3 hours! Seriously impressed by the whole experience. Absolutely would recommend for your window needs!

I was initially curious to the idea of weather resistant windows from my folks; who recommend weathertite a little over twelve months ago. My wife and I had just moved to the Tampa area and the company had put me in contact with Mr. Andrew Mallin. Although a very crafty salesman, he was the epitome of professional, respectful, and seemed to uphold the values that your company has been so reputable in sustaining. The catalyst in reaching out to Mr. Mallin to do our offices location in St. Petersburg was him putting aside active plans on a Sunday to cater to our inquiries regarding a commercial sale/install. Our windows have so far stood up to their value and we appreciate the communication that Mr. Mallin takes to ensure we are still happy with our product.

We decided to upgrade to impact windows after Hurricane Irma tore through our neighborhood. On researching the best local company we had weathertite windows consistently show up on good reviews and decided to go with them.

Ross was very helpful and the initial consults were detailed, painless - and more importantly, honest. We were not pushed into buying anything unnecessary, and all options/questions were answered well.

We've decided to go ahead with weather tite and are excited to get the new windows!

Weather Tite recently installed new windows in my Lanai. It was a complicated job because we were going from screen to glass and the Lanai and supporting structures literally had to be rebuilt to install glass. I have to say that from the very outset of my interactions with Weather Tite, they have been nothing short of outstanding. Our sales person Freddy was personable and worked very hard to develop a plan that met both our design ideas and our budget. The Engineering department with Ken was great to work with and provided all the answers to my questions about the structural design and even provided some design ideas that turned out perfectly. The scheduler Adrienne was so flexible in helping to schedule the installation and was very accommodating working around my schedule. Lastly our installers were awesome...Steve and Julius were friendly, conscientious and very good to work with. They really took their time and did a fabulous job! Overall, I would highly recommend Weather Tite if you are considering new windows.... I give them an A+.

I just had three windows on the front of my house installed by Weathertite. My biggest regret is that I didn't do the rest of my house! I will be adding those at a later time. From the beginning of the process, everything has been great. Ross Mallin is our salesman, and he showed us how upgrading our windows would save on energy costs while adding beauty to our home at the same time. They are so beautiful, I just want to sit and look out them all the time!! The installers did a wonderful job...I watched them install, and learned a lot. Thank you, Weathertite and Ross Mallin!! :)

HORRIBLE VISIT- The estimate came in over double three companies that had already stopped by. I understand they are selling a product and service they perceive to be better but at double the cost? Second, they used the old "model home" scam to entice their incredibly high price, even had the boss on speaker ha ha. I was very close to accepting it because the guy seemed genuine at heart, just doing his job. However, with a $600 discount, I asked him to wait three days while one other company gave me a quote. He flat out like a rude joker said, NO! Really?? You want to lose a $5.5k job for $600 bucks? Terrible business practices.

I ve been shopping around for quotes to upgrade all the windows & doors in my house. Andrew showed up on time & with a great attitude. He walked me through all my options & helped me brainstorm the most cost efficient way to go while still achieving the look I desired. I would definitely recommend including Weathertite as an option when shopping for windows/doors.

Met with Andrew today. He was great in reviewing our needs and knew the building that we were in. He was very informative and educational about his product. Highly recommend Andrew to bid on your project.

Our window experience started with Patrick who was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions and explain everything to us. We were familiar with Weather Title Windows and decided to purchase. We thought we would not have our pre-measured, special order windows until late July, but we were notified by the office staff at the end of May they were in and ready to set up for install. One week ago Luke, Josh and Jordan came for install right on time. They are the nicest young men. Very courteous and friendly and they cleaned up as they went along. I cannot say enough about this company. The office staff has kept in touch the whole time, explained any questions I had and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We are very happy with our beautiful new windows. Job well done.

I can't say enough good things about Andrew Mallin. He guided me through the installation and replacement window process and I couldn't be more pleased with both the process and the end result. I found Andrew to be professional, resourceful and hardworking and I felt confident that he had my best interest in mind the whole entire time.

I had livingroom and diningroom windows put in by another company five years ago and I really wish I had waited for Weather Tite!

Weather Tite installed new windows and a 4 panel slider in our 50 year old condo. Marvin, our service tech, came back a few weeks later as part of the post-installation service. We identified some issues that still need to be addressed. Marvin had a great attitude was very knowledge about the process.

We purchased windows for our entire home off of a referral from a friend and have referred this company on to a number of other friends. Ross was fantastic to work with! The company was prompt, efficient and courteous. We are very happy and will continue to refer them in the community.

If a zero stars was available was I would have selected it. I hired this company to instal Weather Tite windows 3 years ago. The installation Included frame prices several inches short and instead of the installer stopping and getting the correct length parts he ran away. The county inspector advised us that the frame sealing pieces being several inches short will allow water to enter. The installer applied window seal that was uneven and sloppy. Seal material spills were not cleaned up and left.
The owner personally told me the widow poor installation would be fixed. He send several different technicians to make repairs. I thought the problems would be resolved.
The seal was removed and reapplied to my satisfaction. However once they received payment calls were no longer returned.
Today my window frames still have the multiple gaps risking moister to enter as well as a reminder to me of the shabby workmanship.
We hired a different company to finish the rest of the house. The workmanship was day and night.
Our mistake was paying weather tite windows before the substandard work was corrected.
I basically got a good manufacturers window installed by substandard subcontractors hired by weathertite windows.

I had to have a door and door frame installed. Weather Tite provided excellent customer service. Frame and door installed looks and works great. Weather Tite Windows replaced the huge sliding glass door on our family's beach condo balcony, and it is 1000x better now! Fantastic quality and sales service/support from Bryan.

So happy we chose Weather Tite Windows. We had several quotes and they were not the least expensive but Andrew made us realize the differences and value. So glad we listened. Everything went better than we expected but one piece of glass was cracked. Allison is the service department took great care of us and got it replaced so quickly. Great job from Weather Tite from start to finish. Christine was great before we even met with Andrew. Andrew never pressured us but made sure we understood the differences with windows and different companies. Thank you Weather Tite for getting my windows in just before hurricane season. Thank you Freddie for answering all my calls im sure it was annoying but this was my first home rennovation project and i was worried about how this was going to go. Glad i finally decided to pull the trigger.

I just had my windows installed on 15 Aug 2018 and completely satisfied with how fast the installers put in my windows even while it was raining. And they scheduled my final inspection on the day I requested which was on the 17 Aug 2018. From the beginning working with Nate Tilka made my decision easy to purchase the windows I was looking at. From providing me with all the paperwork I needed to provide to my HOA to helping me getting financed for the full cost of the windows. I was kept in the loop of the progress and windows and install were completed within the time frame. All in all am very satisfied with the service I received from everyone at Weather Tite Windows.

I am looking to buy impact windows for my home but would not buy windows from Weathertite due to your commercial featuring Rick Scott. He is not the person who best suits representing a company considering he oversaw the worst case of medicare fraud in the history of our country, and resigned in disgrace. Why would you put him on your commercial when you know he had a part in stealing a record amount of money from the sick and poor? What does that say about Weathertite windows?

Our installers, Gene and Nathan, were very personable, professional and extremely neat and clean throughout the installation. We would highly recommend this company.

Being a lifetime Floridian and a homeowner for 12+ years, after Irma and Doreen, my wife and I knew it was time to make the investment of getting high impact hurricane windows. With that said, it can be overwhelming and daunting starting the process. After four quotes from other companies, we came across Josh Tebbe at Weather Tite Windows. All I can say, what a breath of fresh air and a liaison of starting this process. The whole experience from start to finish has been nothing but a transition that I wish all home improvements could go. We had two large Weathertite windows installed about six weeks ago and are very pleased with the outcome. Having never made a window purchase, we felt completely informed about the windows themselves and the process for installation. Freddy from Weathertite was very helpful (and patient). We opted for the financing, and that went smoothly. Everything went according to plan and the windows look great. We can t speak highly enough about the team who did the installation. They were completely professional and considerate. Along with improving the appearance of our home, the windows have improved heat transfer, and greatly diminished street noise.

If I was able, I would give a 0 star rating. These people run a shoddy business. They certainly want their money up front, but the delivery of services is below sub par. My 74 year old mother had hurricane windows and sliding glass doors installed back in August and was told they were 100 percent guaranteed and that she would be getting an energy credit throughTampa Electirc. Well, neither promised was realized, and my mother went around in circles with Weather Tite for almost three months due to inadequate installation of her sliding glass doors to her pool and the one off her side yard. They came in late October, yes, finally two and a half months after the initial installation because there were holes on the corners that were not sealed and one of the locks to her sliding glass door would not unlock. To add more fuel to the fire, she realized that the lock to sliding glass door to her side yard would not lock. Yes, this is after the installers were out a second time. My mother notified Weather Tite of the issue, and whoever the foreman/senior installer was told her that they would not be able to get back that evening to fix the problem. She got very worried and called the HCSO, and they explained that they don t handle those situations. As a result, she had to call a locksmith to the tune of $120. When she touched base with Andrew , the sales rep who sold her the product, he just blew her off and was very condescending when she explained her situation. Also, when Dan the senior installer finally came out to fix the problem, he just laughed at her like she was an idiot. It may have been simple to these guys, but my mother is a woman who lives alone, and with the murders that have happened in Tampa (Seminole Heights), she had every reason to be concerned. If this is how you treat customers, then you don t deserve any kind or recognition or referrals. Guess you ll have to keep investing money to run you commercials on BayNews 9 and 104.7 radio.

My experience with Weather Tite Windows was fantastic. I requested a quote and a nice, knowledgeable sales representative named Grant came out quickly. He did a thorough inspection of my existing windows and provided a timely quote. He was also friendly to my kids and dogs. What more can you ask for?

We had very old sliders at our beach condo replaced. Bryan Nicoletti was our project manager and was professional and courteous throughout. We had one minor issue and they corrected it immediately ....not all companies do this once they have been paid. We have recommended Bryan and the WeatherTite team often with the same great results!

I decided to replace the windows on my house that had the original windows from the 1940 s. I received several quotes but Ross with WeatherTite gave me more information than any other company and helped me understand exactly was I was buying and how the entire window would be manufactured (in Florida). All of this occurred before the Pandemic and my windows were actually ready early and they were installed today. My installers, Paulo and David were professional, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up everything as they worked. I can no longer hear the traffic at the very busy intersection by my house and I can t wait to see the reduction on my electric bill. They also informed me of some other issues with my very old house that they found during the installation. I was expecting a very long and messy process but it was just the opposite. I would absolutely recommend WeatherTite Windows. They did an amazing job.

I have had occasion to install PGT windows and hurricane doors in two condos with three different companies. Weather Tite is by far the best in terms of initial presentation, office support and installation. The other companies failed in quality of installation and warranty followup. Highly recommend Weather Tite and Ross Mallin.

Had them install my sliding glass doors and they failed to seal it correctly from the bottom up. I wouldn't recommend them for doors.

I had a lot of windows to replace. I priced several companies including Home Depot and Lowes. Bryan as very honest and knowledgeable. They gave me a better price than all the others. They are completing the install this week. Job looks great so far.

Recently completed 3rd install with Weathertite. Everyone from Andrew Mallin, the salesman, to the office staff to the install team were extremely customer service oriented and professional. Would use them again but no more windows to replace. Only negative was it took almost 6 months from start to finish due to permitting issues the details of which i am not aware. Fortunately there was no rush to get the job done on my end.

They put hurricane windows in a year ago and we love them.

Purchase windows and doors with this company over $11k. It been nothing but a nightmare. Water has been leaking in my French doors and they don t seem to know how to fix it. I have had them at my house every single month since April and still here it is in September still leaking. Every time they send someone they say they gone do something and when the tech gets here they do the opposite. The last crew came and they did nothing they re say they were going replace the one leaking door. The tech said he called the manager to tell him what is going on with the door. He said the door was cut too short and they needed to order another door. Well another guy called me this weekend and was like he was coming to look at the door. He had no idea the other guy had came out. With that being said please do not call this company for your doors. Windows are good so far but these people has cost me more money. Only want to come during working hours so I have been missing day off work to resolve this issue. I can not miss anymore days for these. I just want to enjoy my beautiful doors but I hated I ever got them at least my sliding glass doors was not leaking. These people don t care I will not recommend them to nobody. Please find another company to install your doors.

Attempted business with Weather Tite. Contract was signed on 6/30/17. However, on 9/15/17, company states that the project cannot be completed as contracted because they were not making money on the project. They gave me 3 options: to pay $5,000 more, finance with someone else or cancel the project. I am not into doing business with shady companies. So I cancelled it. Can't even fathom how my windows were never ordered and it took them 2.5 months to concoct an issue with the price they quoted and agreed to.

Back story: My decision came down to two companies. I decided to go with the second company because of a MUCH better price. However, Weather Tite counter offered and was able to offer me a competitive rate. It still was not cheaper, so I asked the Vice President of Marketing Chris McHaffie (who had negotiated the new cost) about their financing. He told me there were many financing options available and Jeremey Higley (the associate who initially quoted the price) would go over options with me. After discussing the details, I again decided to go with the other company because their price was better. I was asked what would make me go with Weather Tite - I said that I wanted at least 3 years interest free financing. He stated in order to do that, I would need to agree to have signs posted in my yard and before and after pictures taken of my home. I agreed. The contract was signed that day on 6/30/17. I applied for the credit through the company they use. I was told it would be 6-12 weeks for the windows to be produced. A couple weeks later (mid July), two additional men came out and took measurements of all the windows and doors. On 9/15/17, I received a phone call from Chris McHaffie, as he was chewing food, and told that this was a difficult conversation to have with a customer, but their company was losing 5% off the project of the house and in order to continue, I would need to produce another $5,000. To which I replied, I am f%^&ing pissed. I was then told that he would go talk to his manager and see what else could be done. A couple hours later, I received a return phone and text stating that he believed he had a solution that I would be agreeable to. I stated that any changes to my contract signed on 6/30/17 needed to be send to me in writing. I received a letter yesterday (9/18/17), stating I have 3 options: to pay $5,000 more, apply for finance assistance with YGrene, or to cancel my project. Obviously, I don't find ANY of this acceptable.. It seems as though the company has produced a type of bait and switch. I had a contract for a price on products from their company. If they underbid the project, that is a loss the company should endure. My credit has already taken a hit from applying with their first financial institution to get the 3 years interest free financing. Also, they never even ordered the windows or doors - to which should have been nearly completed from my 6/30 contract date to today which is 9/18.

I was having a difficult time trying to find the perfect windows for my home. I called a couple of people and wasn t having any luck until I got in contact with Weather Tite Windows. Michael a true professional came out and truly explained to me what type of windows I needed and helped me gather a budget. I have recommended family and friends.

Had or windows and balcony doors replaced last week (11/26-30) . Great job by Josh and Joel . Replaced original windows (1974 vintage) . A very interesting experience in our 6th floor condo unit . Ross Malin was our initial point of contact . Very knowledgeable in preparing us for what lay ahead . Glad the whole install experience is behind us and the install crew did and outstanding job of overcoming obstacles that the removal of the old windows and balcony doors unearthed . Would highly recommend WeatherTite and asking for Ross as your initial point of contact. The windows and doors are beautiful and the sound deadening is amazing. Looking forward to a significant savings on our monthly electric bills.

They did not live up to their own hype. The doors were late, very late. When we would call to get a status it was always I was just going to call you... . Yet you didn t! We were promised that the installers were company employees, they weren t they were private contractors. They did not respect our home and banged up the ceiling and wood floors on the inside and damaged the outside. Also the doors were scratched and damaged, they said they couldn t do anything about it. Called that in and once again it took forever to get the replacement doors. Again we had to call for updates and again it was I was just getting ready to call you right!?! Finally got a date and they came to replace the panels.... only they were two different colors! Really? How difficult is it to make certain the doors at least match? The salesman spoke poorly about other companies in the area and was a bit pushy. We wish we would have researched other companies and this company further.

I ve been in the construction business for 30 plus years. Ive never experienced such professionalism, high level of experience and cleanliness on a job. It was like they were never there. The installers were friendly and quick. They took extra time to deal with a baby and a dog In their way. I highly recommend Weather Tite windows and Jim the installer. Make sure you use him.

It's not often that you find a company with an A+ rating on the BBB that has been in business for as long as Weather-Tight. Companies these days promise the world and the next day are out of business. They took care of all of the paperwork with the county and my HOA. The whole process from the presentation to the installation was smooth, and my new windows and sunroom look beautiful. Florida construction is very risky. You want to make sure you do your home remodeling with a reputable company.

After Hurricane Irma I had contacted Ross and he had arrived promptly (48 hours post storm) great guy to work with. Very thorough and fully explains the process from start to finish. I highly recommend them

WeatherTite did a great job completing our project. Yes, it took a while but we were told it would and planned accordingly. We are pleased with everyone from sales to service. I feel comfortable recommending WeatherTite to my friends and family.

I would have given this company at least a 4, maybe a 5 for a job well done on our windows. The process was fairly smooth and the crew got everything done in one day which they estimated would take two. The only problem we experienced was attempting to be a return customer and being given the run around for a simple job. We were told flat out that we would be overcharged because the job was too small. Now, I do appreciate the honesty but that's not great customer service. Although we were referred, I unfortunately will not be referring anyone to WeatherTite.

Our sale rep, Ross Mallin was terrific - very informative and not pushy. All happen as he said. Great installers and we can't wait to get the rest of the windows in the home replaced!

Andrew is at my house to set up phase II of my window project. The whole job is $65k+ but I am doing it in phases. The first round was awesome and Ernesto is the best installer ever! Due to Covid, we waited a little longer than expected but it was worth the wait! I love the windows and all my neighbors have commented on how beautiful they are. Excellent customer service starting with Brian Knierman in sales , Josh and his helper , the installers , and all people on the the phone from the office. I hope the installers are paid well- the work is hard and involves much problem solving . The windows look very good with one minor cosmetic issue and one operational problem. I would be happy to discuss these with anyone of your choosing. However a strong 5 rating is warranted
