My husband and I bought $15k worth of Hurricane grade windows in February 2018. We were told installation would be in about 8-10 weeks. Over 12 weeks later, we finally had our windows installed. On the date of installation, the installers broke our front window and installed the wrong window in our bathroom. They called their boss who ensured them and us someone would be out in a week to fix them. 5 weeks later, someone finally came to fix the broken window and replace the wrong window in the bathroom. Now, July 5 I was just able to have the inspection completed and it failed. I have had nothing but a horrible experience with this company and I will ensure everyone I know hears it. I am very unsatisfied and now will have to take 2 additional days off work to be here for the fix and for the new inspection.
