Great quality at an equally great price that always champions the consumer. Vizio should branch out to Blu-Ray players and stand alone WI-FI speakers (like Bose's SoundTouch) and I will buy them.

Last time I buy a vizio product after being a loyal customer for around 8 yrs or so. Well on 8/15/19 vizio updated my 65" 4k smart tv. And since the update every time I click on Netflix my tv freezes, crashes and restarts. On vudu it tells me there is no network connection. Sometimes when I turn on the tv it says no network detected. Even though my router is 5' feet from the tv with no obstructions. So I live chat with them on 8/16/19 and went through all the steps and long story short they blamed my tv for having a software issue and said that the update had nothing to do with my issue because i am the only one to report this issue. So I ask of anyone to read this do not support vizio!
Outstanding quality, awesome crystal clear UHD 4K picture, helpful customer service. I purchased my first Vizio TV in 2007, a 50" plasma, that is still going strong, and purchased a 65" UHD 4K D Series in March of this year. I hope to buying a new 3D TV as soon as they start distribution next year
We own two Vizio TV's and have had great experience with them. The first Vizio had some issues, called their customer support, and they sent a guy out to replace a part in the TV. The technician told me the issue wasn't specific to Vizio, he contracts for all the major manufacturers including Vizio and Samsung, so it's not totally Vizio's fault for the trouble to replace the part. The price for Vizio is reasonable compared to the competitors, would recommend Vizio products.
Purchased a 4k tv from them a few years ago. It broke down right after the warranty expired. Called them up, they wouldnt work with me at all. Horrible product, poor customer service, do not waste your time/money with this company.
I purchased a sound vizio sound bar for my new tv, Wow what a huge difference from the tv its not a squat box or tinny sound anymore. Anyway also they have a 24 hour 7 day a week phone number should any problems arise which I think it great, I would and am recommending their products and their customer service to everybody because they are one of the best companies out there and their quality speaks for itself. End of story.
The 32" Vizio LED HD Smart TV I purchased for my bedroom is the ideal fit. The picture is plenty sharp and bright enough, even with it dialed back from max settings.
The only "ding" I could give it is the subpar audio, which other reviewers also mentioned. But, in all fairness, I purchased this for use in my bedroom. Even though the audio sounds weak, I can hear every word quite clearly, even with volume set below 5. If I wanted a more cinematic experience, I am sure any soundbar could get me there. But, nearly six months in, I haven't felt the need.
The only feature that I truly miss is Bluetooth capability. That would enable me to connect a wireless keyboard and make much greater use of the Smart TV features.
If you aren't hard of hearing, and you don't plan to use the TV for social media, then this may be a great option for you.
I had the worst experience with receiving my order. It was delivered damaged and took over a month to sort out and get my order from the initial date. Customer service is atrocious and unreliable!!!!!! Very disappointed. Love the display but wish I had purchased elsewhere!!!
You get what you pay for. Vizio has the market for cheap TVs, which is very enticing for many buyers. However, after only 2 years of use, my Vizio 50" E-Series Smart LED HDTV is rendered useless. The circuit board has gone out and the TV turns off on its own at random times. If it doesn't shut off on its own, it becomes completely unresponsive--so much that it cannot even be turned off without unplugging the unit altogether! Vizio customer service did offer a discounted new TV, but that will still put me out $400 (savings of a couple hundred bucks) and the potential need to purchase a new TV in just a couple years, once again. This time, I will spend a little extra money up front to have a TV that will last more than 2 years.
Picture on screen is perfect, very clearly, beautiful color. But when some of subject is moving, such as players soccer, there is appear a ghost shadow on eyes, hair or something black color.
Good product for the price. Clear picture. Easy setup. Odd thing is it turned on by itself once. We blamed it on the ghost in the 125 yo building/dorm.
I bought a Vizio TV 3 years ago and then one day it stopped working. I called the customer service for Vizio who informed me that I must have it plugged in wrong or physically damaged the TV. That's the furthest thing from the truth. I told them that it stopped working right one day and when I turn on the TV all I get it the Vizio logo that just stays there or when I turn it on the logo will come up and go away but the screen then stays black. They said that they'd fix it one time for free. It took them 2 weeks to come out and fix the TV then about 3 days after the free repair my TV started doing the same thing. When I called Vizio back they said that it was a one time thing and that they do not guarantee the work of the repair. I'm nothing but disappointed and would love to give them 0 stars. I'm only buying Samsung now because they're great with customer service and the TVs last much longer.
i read each review and this is happen to me all wrapped up in one this tv 60 inch uhd that i purchase from dell is garbage i am still in warrenty and they trying to give me another broke tv im refuse it they told me its refurbish with a 90 day warranty they taking people money and nothing being done i spoke to vizio manager and he wasn't helpful at all if he didn't have to make the call to let bbb know he contacted me he would have never called he compared the t v to a cadillac and i told him cadillac honor their warranty because they want to keep their customer and not have to be contacted by lemon law i will make it my business to let everyone know about this company and their shady business if more people would contact consumer affairs and let them and the world knows how they doing hard working people we can get more done i'm not wealthy and that was a present to me income taxes time you not going to do me like this and think its alright ill go to capital hill and let them know how vizio run their business trust me so guys please please report them to consumers social media call your neighbor and let them know one of them is probably wait on a deliver from them now.i brought the tv from dell and i was please with dell service i've been a dell loyal customer for more then ten years or better never had to call them about nothing dell u the one sold me this garbage and you should take responsibility for it. its mighty funny Dell dont show their tv online anymore if i would have open it and plugged it in the first day it would have when back that day but i was decorating painting to put my tv up. i just knew dell would do me like these i can remember calling dell about a order and one of the customer service guy asked me how u enjoying your new tv that probably was a hint i told him its still in box i'm painting i just took it out of box 3 wks ago i having been able to watch nothing it keep shutting off they sended a service tech that i was scared to let in he looked shabby in a ragged calvier car not talking bout what he driving but a company of this magnitude wont have their service repair guy in proper uniform thats let you know what kind of company this is i wouldn't refer them ever in life....i let you guys know after this resolution oh i told the manager what else can be done he said at this point know money back and our policy is a recertification / refurbish garbage take it or leave it i don't want another one of these with a 90 day warranty wow ....
ok, I am definitely into the whole home theater set up. I have a samsung 65" JS9000 (2015) and honestly, my Vizio P Series shows a much better picture. Don't get me wrong, the Samsung is great, but the Vizio picture is much more crisp and sharp. The colors are amazing!!!! Watching sports is almost as if you are there in the stadium. Here's the biggest pro......the Vizio cost much less than my Samsung. Pound for pound or should I say, inch for inch.....I'd get the Vizio P series 65".
VIZIO 4K ULTRA HD 58" D-SERIES - It has a bad picture, do not buy. You can spend hours adjusting it and it's just not a good picture. Like it is muffled not at all sharp. I even had tech help and still not a good picture. I'm going back to SAMSUNG for my next TV
This is a terrible company with terrible customer service. In the beginning of May we started a claim with our 70 tv because the sound went out. They started a claim and said they would replace it under warranty. Cool. So they shipped one out with a third party company, pilot, a company I have never heard of. They shipped the tv to Phoenix and the tracking number said out for delivery. I called because I don t live in Phoenix. When I told them where I lived, they told me they don t deliver to my area. They then shipped it back. Vizio sent it out to another third party, Manna, (another company no one has ever heard of) and manna gave me a delivery window of 6/17 to 6/21. Absolutely not. Manna sent it to yet another shipper, Elite (you guessed it, another non brand name shipped) who says that due to my rural area (YUMA) they wouldn t be able to deliver it till 6/14. So here we are, memorial weekend with no working tv. I have spoken to several supervisors and they all want 24-48 hours to look into the situation and they will get back to me. Worst service ever. I will never, ever again buy anything Vizio.
I bought a Vizio after a friend with limitless financial means went with one, implying that they were pretty good. Today, I found out how worthless their customer support actually is. I started an online chat in an attempt to troubleshoot an issue with my TV where the screen turns on with sound but does not have a picture. The rep I chatted with "Gabby" had me turn the TV off and disconnect from power supply. Then she had me hold in the power button for 30 seconds and reconnect to a different supply. When this didn't work, she told me I had to have a service repair person come out to repair it. If you've ever had a TV repaired, you know it's easier just to buy a new TV. When I drop $800 on a TV, I expect it to work for more than 2.5 years. Also, I asked if she could tell me what the issue is and she just kept telling me I had to get a repair man even though this issue has to be logged somewhere in a knowledge base... and if it's not, that's not a good business practice. She had me try one solution and couldn't even tell me what the issue was or even volunteered to ask around to see if anyone in her office knew, etc or could be even though I was very specific about my problem. Then she had the balls to ask me if I wanted to buy a re-certified version of the same model I'm having trouble with. Are you effing serious? Yeah, I want to buy the same TV that is having problems after 2.5 years. The service I received today or lack thereof will prevent me from EVER buying Vizio again at least unless they rectify the matter and prove the rep was just a bad apple. Absolutely terrible. I'm extremely frustrated and I expected much more from this company. Seems like I've received better customer service from outsourced call centers. At least the reps TRY to help.
I love Visio products this is the third Visio TV we have purchased. We have three different sizes and enjoy them all. For the money Visio TVs are a great value.
Bought this tv in June of 2013. From day one this tv keeps getting an INTERMITTENT NO SIGNAL which means the tv blacks out for about 4 seconds with sound. This can happen in the first 10 minutes after you turn the tv on or, it can have a NO SIGNAL black out 2 hours after you turn it on. You just never know when this is going to happen. This happens multiple times a day..very annoying. I chatted with so called CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was told to unplug the tv and hold the on/off button for 30 seconds and this should reset the tv and all should be good. HA! It didn't work! So, back online I was and was told they would set up a tv repair appointment (what a joke he was) to repair this issue. He got here 4 days later after the appointment was confirmed on Nov 27 that he would be here on Monday Dec 2nd but, he didn't arrived until Dec 6th. He replaced the motherboard and then sat and watched a video for 30 minutes but he tells them 40 minutes (I guess he gets paid by the minute) and said it was FIXED! He left and I was thrilled for about an hour.. then the NO SIGNAL was back! I called this time and was told that they will not authorize another service call...because the repair man said it was working fine so THEIR HANDS ARE TIED!! I spoke with Tisa (this is the 4th person on the same phone call an hour later) and was told that she would expidite this information to corporate and I would be contacted in the next 48 hours.. Well here it is 4 days later and NOTHING!! I had my cable company come out AGAIN to check their equipment because Vizio said it was the cable company but, all tested out good with the cable. They even connected their tv to all of my equipment and guess what NO SIGNAL ever came up on their tv!! I brought out my SONY just to confirm this VIZIO TV IS DEFECTIVE and guess what... never once did the NO SIGNAL come up. I even changed out cable boxes and still got NO SIGNAL on the VIZIO! But, they insist IT'S NOT THE TV...IT'S MY CABLE COMPANIES ISSUE!! It's not the cable it's this VIZIO TV. I will continue to fight to have this fixed. I am stunned at the WHO CARES ATTITUDE I have received from Vizio. I recommend you think long and hard before you buy from Vizio because this will be the last for me. I can't believe this company is not standing behind their product, like it is impossible to have a defective part. GIVE ME A BREAK! BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU HERE I COME!
I thoroughly enjoy my Vizio TVs. I have 5, beginning with two 50" plasmas from way back when (2006, still working great), two 32" LCDs and one 55" backlit LED LCD with local dimming. I have read many reviews and done comparisons and consider Vizio to offer a very good picture at an unbeatable price. If I wanted the very best I would first consider their Reference series. Vizio always seems to make very deliberate, considered and effective decisions concerning the quality/cost ratio of their products. I also own a Vizio 2.1 soundbar I am very happy with.
The only complaint I have is that it took forever to be delivered other than that it looks and sounds amazing. I've only been buying Vizio for a few years and in my opinion they look and sound better than brands like Sony and Samsung.
The tv works and looks great! The tablet as a remote takes a little time to adjust to using but it's great I can stream from the tablet to the tv with still great picture quality. It was a gift for my boyfriend, and he loves it!
Came today, set it up and connected to our wi fi and everything looks great. Had to play around with set-up but got everything running. Will do a little adjusting to get picture the way we want but it looks great out of the box.
As a long time customer of Vizio, I've enjoyed their products, customer service, and pricing in the past. I recently ordered the new for 2016 VIZIO SmartCast M-Series 65 Class Ultra HD HDR Home Theater Display directly from the Vizio website. The website notes that the product ships within 30 days, so I called to see if they knew if it would ship closer to 1 day or 29 days - the agent had no idea. I ordered it anyway.
Within just over a week, I got a shipping notification from a 3rd party delivery company. They only deliver during weekdays, and they give 4 hour windows. I scheduled a delivery for the morning of June 13, and I got a confirmation email. On the morning of June 13, I called the delivery company to see if they had a better delivery timeframe, and they told me the order was cancelled by Vizio.
I called Vizio customer service, and they confirmed that the order was completely canceled. They told me the product had some known defects, so they were recalling all units. Unfortunately, they apparently forgot to call me and let me know about the cancellation, and I had already taken the day off work and hired my handyman to come out and mount the TV. I let them know that their oversight had cost me quite a lot of time and money, and asked if they were able to do anything to make it right. The short answer - no, they can't do anything, not even the manager who I asked to be escalated to. I asked him when the charge is going to be reversed on my credit card, and he gave me a wishy washy response.
So now I have a $1600 hold on my card, I lost a vacation day, and my handyman is going to want compensation for coming out. Thanks to Vizio, it's on me to deal with - they refused to simply credit my account a nominal amount on a future order! Screw these guys, I'm never buying Vizio again.
Case 3452562 I think its pretty sad that Vizio customer service called me a liar and that my TV goes bad a Xmas time and that when I finally get through I'm told its 2 weeks out of warranty. If there TVs only last one year, DONT BY THEM. BUY THE TVs that give you a 2 year 5 year warranty !!
Dont Buy VIzio, NOT A American company ALSO I hope the BBB will understand and FOX news that Vizio has lost its good relations
Customer Service was very poor related to a TV received damaged due to poor packaging. Waited almost 2 weeks to get a refund after Vizio received the damaged TV in return.
I bought a brand new Dolby soundbar system that broke after one day of use. I was trying to get a complete refund but they only wanted to do a unit replacement. I kept getting the runaround from different customer service departments. They told me I had to call back because that department was closed. Well I call back the next and found out it was in fact open. No one seems to know how their new tech is supposed to work. I discovered a lot of other people having the same issue with this soundbar system. And when I finally talked to the department that deals with refunds the guy basically told me that this company doesn t care about you once they get your money. I ve been a long time customer but no more. Last product I ll ever buy. And I m telling people to not buy from this company
Unbelievable picture, amazing black levels, and very high tech for advanced video enthusiasts. While I was able to understand all the new upgrades, many will prefer a traditional set from one of the other brands. Not me, I love the set and I am positive that I have a better picture than anything close to the same price. Do your research on the differences of this set before you buy so that you are not overwhelmed.
Bought one of their TVs from Costco. (We bought it from Costco because we had a good experience with Costco's choice in brands they carry). However, its had what appear to be strange software failures at least twice now. Ok fine, stuff needs repair occasionally--I get that. However, its very difficult to get in touch with Vizio, their support phone is an absolute joke.
The recent purchase of a vizio flat screen tv's and 29" sound bar's were replacements for the outdated sony units in my motorcoach. The two tv's and two sound bar's were EZ installs and EZ setup. Now we have the best viewing and listening on cable, sat, or free air. Thank you Vizio for making great products.
Vizio doesn't care about customers. Sound bar stopped working after only 50 or so hours of use but just out of warranty so "nothing they can do". No provision for repair, etc. Think twice about Vizio products unless you don't mind being stuck with expensive paperweights. I'd give Vizio a no star if I could.
My new Vizio P Series (2016) has had many issues so far. It has a nice picture but that doesn't make up for the connectivity issues between the tablet remote and the TV. They should be sending updates daily until the issues are resolved but I've been having the same issues for some time.
I wanted a sound bar cause I was on a budget and couldn't afford a traditional receiver w/speakers setup. I already owned a Vizio tv and was quite surprised by the quality. So I decided on this sound bar after reading that CNET gave it a great review. I had no expectations, and th therefore , was blown away by the sound quality of the system!!! Movies sound fabulous and although I'm an audiophiles, because I'm on a budget , the sound really is good enough for playing my music right now.
I took away a star cause I was having connectivity problems with the Bluetooth. Customer service was great about helping me to exchange it since it was still under warranty. One caveat about customer service worth mentioning! It appeared, during the conversation, that I was more knowledgeable about their product than they were and that bothered me considering that I'm calling to get help about your product!!!
Other than that, I am truly in love with my choice. You simply can't beat the sound quality for the price. Amazing!!!
Friends, If your looking for a new TV, don't buy #VIZIO. They make very low quality products, and DO NOT stand behind them if you have a problem. I have had two Vizio TVs fail on me, and the same miserable customer service experience. I spent $1000 at Bust Buy for a 60" LED TV. a Few months later a large vertical line appeared on the screen (Google it, this is a known issue with cheaply made #VIZIO TVs). I called in, sent pictures, the receipt and my info for a replacement. Three weeks later a delivery guy shows up, unboxes the "new" (used and re-boxed) TV, we set it up, push the power button and..... Nothing! dead on arrival. So another 45 minute call to #VIZIO. "Sorry sir, for the hassle, we won't send you another used TV, we'll send you a brand new one". That was a month ago. Today is the big day, my "New" TV will be here! Well it just showed up, same process, un-mount from the wall, remount, blah, blah, blah. Go to turn this one on and notice the big "refurbished" sticker, and the marks and blemishes on the screen. Another hour long call to #VIZIO. "Sir we messed up (again), we meant to send you a new TV, but our warehouse messed up and sent you a used TV (with the wrong remote)". Grrrrr, "can I speak to a manager, as at this point I think it's completely appropriate to upgrade the TV or offer something for all this hassle". Hold 20 mins for a guy who represents himself as a senior manager of corporate escalations. I think, great, I'm getting somewhere; not the case at all. This guy sounded bothered to take my call. He acknowledged that I have done everything right as the customer, and that the errors are on their part. I said great, please send me a better TV for all the time, hassle, missed work etc. He promptly, and rudely said no, absolutely not. I asked if this is #VIZIO's policy, and he confirmed that regardless of the situation, #VIZIO will offer NO CONCESSION to customers, no matter how bad they mess up. So I'm back to sitting here with this used, defective TV. We'll see what shows up next from #VIZIO. The TVs are cheap for a reason. WARNING, DO NOT BUY A #VIZIO TV.
I bought my 4K 2016 P-50 direct from Vizio and was quite impressed. I have been a Vizio consumer for the last 3 TV's I've owned. This one, so far, is just as good as any I have had before. I've owned the Monitor (as this is not a TV as it does not have a cable port) for almost 3-4 months and its been perfect since. Buying direct from Vizio was awesome as it cut a little cost of the purchase, they delivered in a timely manner, and had effective customer service for the few questions I have. Time will tell if I need to contact them for anything about the TV. I rated 4, but would go 4.5 if I could.
I have owned 3 Vizio's, no real problems. The last one "All-New 2016 VIZIO SmartCast E-Series 60 Class Ultra HD Home Theater Display , was received with lines in the display. I received my replacement last week, all is great NOW!! Love the smart cast WOW!!
Enjoying my 48in E-series 4k TV, but have a couple issues. One is with the SmartCast app not being capable from turning on my TV even though it displays a power on button. The other is that there doesn't seem to be an option to run the TV completely off an ethernet connection and forces a wifi connection. Would still recommend 100%
I like the tv except for two things. It does not have EPG available. The size of the information is so small I have to get about 4 feet away from this 23" tv to read it.
On June 1,2012 I was told by Vizio that my replacement Blue-Ray Player would arrive within 8-10 business days. I was sent a shipping lable with instructions clearly stating that if I did not ship my old blue-ray player back in one week ,I would be charged for the replacement fee of $179. They have placed a hold on my credit card I kept on getting emails from Vizio asking me if my technical issues had been resolved. Finally I called them back after receiving that email.and nothing has happened.Lots of apologies and no tracking number and no followup on what is going on. I told them I would never ever deal with their company again and their customer service is the worst ever , After 24 days I still have not received any blue-ray player or a tracking number So please watch out when dealing with Vizio
The customer service was so horrible that I will never buy another Vizio product again. I called in to the customer service center in South Dakota and spoke to someone named Benjamin. He failed to listen and kept repeating the same questions. When I called him out on it and told him he was not listening, he got all bent out of shape. Then I spoke to his supervisor who was equally stupid. The guy kept interrupting me and had the customer service skills of Charles Manson. I understand that in South Dakota there isn t much. These guys probably tip cows and make passes at their cousins on a Saturday night. But people from all over America call in here, and they have failed to learn how to adapt to all personality types. Vizio should hire people on the west or east coast, and not a bunch of hicks who all come from the same branch of their family tree.
Have had our Vizio Smart Cast 75" P Series for about 3 months now and we love it! The first one we received was defective but the second one arrived with no problems except the tablet had to be replaced. It would not connect to the TV. Vizio did replace it and the new one works fine. The tablet takes some getting used to but once you figure it out it works great. The biggest plus with this TV is the absolutely amazing color! Even the delivery people were amazed when they put it on! At a $3600 price point it does seem to be the best value out there with a great picture.
The picture on this television is stunning. You cannot beat this for the price. I am considering upgrading to the higher rated P series down the road but honestly cannot imagine how the picture could be any better than the M series. I would recommend this television to anyone.
I should have checked The Rip Off Report website and Consumer Reports before buying 2 of their televisions. It seemed like a good deal at the time, yet not so much now that I replaced both with a Samsung and Sony. Consumer Reports gives a Vizio 69, the highest for that brand. And, that is only on a high end Vizio. Sony, LG and Samsung are as high as an 88 score. I have never seen so many complaints for a television manufacturer on the Rip Off Report as I have for Vizio. The first one I paid 970$ for at Sam s Club, the picture went out before a year. Vizio replaced that for the replacement video to go out 2 years later. The second one, a 4k tv I bought off Amazon 3 years ago for 800$ has the sound going out on it.
They do not stand behind their product, 70" inch TV has dim spots in it after 2 years and they claim they stand behind their product for a year. Gee thanks, their recommendation is to buy a new one. Really ? Hopefully they will never sell cars because you will have to replace it after a year or 2. I Will never buy another Vizio product again. Here I am buying an American product, trying to support American jobs and they tell me to buy another one. Awful customer service. Run don't walk away from this company. Of course I'll get the canned response of we try hard to fulfill blah blah blah blah.
The display arrived in excellent condition and works great. I just wished there was a way to increase the bandwidth on the display whether via Ethernet or WiFi. It seems to be around 16 mb as the max.
Great picture, fast internet connection and downloading. Sound is pretty low, you definitely have to buy a sound bar or some kind of system with it or have it in a small room.
I have a 32 inch screen and I want a 55 inch screen. I still want to hook up my VCR but it is analog and I am using digital. I guess I need to read the owners manual.
My experience with televisions vizio a nightmare all to save me a few pesos here in Mexico .... It turns out that I bought a 32-inch LCD and only worked hard 87 days (and that I only used it for 2 to 3 hours a day) Since trying to turn it on, I didn't turn it on either with the control or with the TV button. This was on May 18 and even today, June 22, I have my LCD broken and the technical center could repair it for at least 6 hours and returned with the same fails and is a rollotote for the call center to attend you and they demarcate from the technical center that is a third party (provider) more as they are very bad .... pity experience with this device .... no There is as SONY Note In QUALITY AT LEAST FOR ME -10.
The colors are better (greens show up more). Speaker system isn't as good as my old Vizo but hooked up the #.0 sounder and it's great. The only draw back is the controller (AKA button pusher). It was made for tiny fingers an hands, not mine. I use the source button all the time to switch sources like ATV. It doesn't switch to the device automatically anymore.
Had the M70-C3 and what a sweet one that was, now the new P series with pure blacks and features that are almost as good as OLED is a no brainer. I cant wait to see what the new model will be like next year. Keep it up Vizio you guys are killing it!
Bought an E70-F3 TV, and it had power issues a few months into ownership. Vizio sent out a technician to repair the TV, but the issues were not resolved and they became worse over time. I wanted a new replacement TV, but Vizio would only offer a refurbished TV.
The refurb. TV was advertised as a direct, equal replacement to my E70-F3, but it does not perform the same as my old unit. Customer Service reps were unhelpful and provided incorrect technical info.
I will not purchase a Vizio product in the future.
I love my new 60" M Series 4K Vizio. I had a 60" Vizio E Series that went bad after 15 months which was very disturbing. I defiantly see the big difference between the M and E series and would recommend paying a few extra dollars for a better quality picture.
Customer Service EVERY time I spoke with them acted as if it were their first day on the job OR on the phone.... I would laugh if it were not just Sad... I am just so so surprised customer service has dropped to this level..... Perhaps, SONY is a better option when choosing a Television.
My M50 has been a great purchase. The picture is amazing especially movies and sports. For my first 4K tv this was a home run. Now I just hope to see more 4K content come through.
Absolutely horrible customer service experience. I ve had a vizio tv for 1 day. Turned it on after removing it from the box and the screen was clearly defective. Contacted customer service and was told it was my problem and not theirs because they don t cover that. Completely unacceptable. If you are looking for a new television do yourself a favor and pass on this brand as a whole.
Replacement 55" TV working like it should. Shipment was not too prompt but ok. Packaging was good, no damage by carrier. Only thing I have to complain about is the sound that comes out with the music louder that the person speaking so you have a hard time hearing whats going on unless you turn up the sound level which is then too loud with music. Same problem with the TV you replaced. Hope this TV lasts longer than previous VIZIO.
