On June 1,2012 I was told by Vizio that my replacement Blue-Ray Player would arrive within 8-10 business days. I was sent a shipping lable with instructions clearly stating that if I did not ship my old blue-ray player back in one week ,I would be charged for the replacement fee of $179. They have placed a hold on my credit card
I kept on getting emails from Vizio asking me if my technical issues had been resolved.
Finally I called them back after receiving that email.and nothing has happened.Lots of apologies and no tracking number and no followup on what is going on.
I told them I would never ever deal with their company again and their customer service is the worst ever ,
After 24 days I still have not received any blue-ray player or a tracking number
So please watch out when dealing with Vizio
