i read each review and this is happen to me all wrapped up in one this tv 60 inch uhd that i purchase from dell is garbage i am still in warrenty and they trying to give me another broke tv im refuse it they told me its refurbish with a 90 day warranty they taking people money and nothing being done i spoke to vizio manager and he wasn't helpful at all if he didn't have to make the call to let bbb know he contacted me he would have never called he compared the t v to a cadillac and i told him cadillac honor their warranty because they want to keep their customer and not have to be contacted by lemon law i will make it my business to let everyone know about this company and their shady business if more people would contact consumer affairs and let them and the world knows how they doing hard working people we can get more done i'm not wealthy and that was a present to me income taxes time you not going to do me like this and think its alright ill go to capital hill and let them know how vizio run their business trust me so guys please please report them to consumers social media call your neighbor and let them know one of them is probably wait on a deliver from them now.i brought the tv from dell and i was please with dell service i've been a dell loyal customer for more then ten years or better never had to call them about nothing dell u the one sold me this garbage and you should take responsibility for it. its mighty funny Dell dont show their tv online anymore if i would have open it and plugged it in the first day it would have when back that day but i was decorating painting to put my tv up. i just knew dell would do me like these i can remember calling dell about a order and one of the customer service guy asked me how u enjoying your new tv that probably was a hint i told him its still in box i'm painting i just took it out of box 3 wks ago i having been able to watch nothing it keep shutting off they sended a service tech that i was scared to let in he looked shabby in a ragged calvier car not talking bout what he driving but a company of this magnitude wont have their service repair guy in proper uniform thats let you know what kind of company this is i wouldn't refer them ever in life....i let you guys know after this resolution oh i told the manager what else can be done he said at this point know money back and our policy is a recertification / refurbish garbage take it or leave it i don't want another one of these with a 90 day warranty wow ....
