We own two Vizio TV's and have had great experience with them. The first Vizio had some issues, called their customer support, and they sent a guy out to replace a part in the TV. The technician told me the issue wasn't specific to Vizio, he contracts for all the major manufacturers including Vizio and Samsung, so it's not totally Vizio's fault for the trouble to replace the part.
The price for Vizio is reasonable compared to the competitors, would recommend Vizio products.
