I purchased my ticket in October for an event in January. With no thought well when ticket was suppose to be delivered I couldn't find my ticket...but the representative to the rescue had my ticket canceled and reissued in the matter of seconds so excited looking forward to my event....thank you for being efficient and having excellent customer service

Bought tickets to a March 19th Cubs/Royals preseason game. Vivid Seats gave me a bad link that did not allow me to access or download tickets. Spent 8 hrs over 4 days talking to 8 different agents/managers. None could help me access the tickets. Tried to get them to void the transaction so I could buy other seats. They refused. I spent right up to game time trying to get help. They did not get me a good link and we missed the game. I have asked for a refund after game time passed. They basically have told me I was trying to rip them off. Unbelievable. They refused to give me a refund after failing to deliver the tickets.

This is the 2nd time I've used Vivid Seats, and I've been very pleased with the customer service. I bought tickets for a Dallas Cowboys game in Texas and tickets for a Garth Brooks concert in Cleveland. Megan was wonderful and explained everything to me regarding setting up my account with Flash Seats and getting the tickets transferred into my name. I'm not very "computer savvy" but she was VERY patient with me. Thanks again, and I will be using Vivid Seats for all tickets in the future.

If I could give zero stars, I would. After purchasing pit tickets to a show for $600 a piece, we suddenly get a phone call. They oversold their pit and all they have is seated. Take it or leave it. Of course, we took it. Turns out, they actually have $400 pit tickets available, but "all sales are final, we can't cancel or refund you." "It's not our fault those tickets weren't available," "well, you wouldn't actually have been informed of the final sale policy over the phone when we changed your tickets, you would have been notified at your original purchase."
Apparently, all sales are final, unless their website screws up and takes your original tickets away, then that sale wasn't final- the NEXT tickets will be final.
Absolutely pathetic how the manager simply couldn't admit to the mistake that happened because of their website.
It's cute that they offered us store credit though, like I'm actually going to use this god-forsaken service ever again.

I've used Vivid Seats two times now to purchase a decent sized group of tickets (7-15) for several football games. I love the fact that I can speak to an actual person who can help me find seats near each other and grouped to my liking. They will look around and if it's taking too long, they'll call you back so you don't have to wait on the phone. Stellar, easy customer service and the tickets are legit/delivered on time. Will recommend them to anyone and be using them in the future!

DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!! ***READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY*** ZERO STARS!!! Came to Chicago on vacation, bought tickets for a Cubs game 4 months in advance through Vivid Seats. The morning of the game I accessed my email confirmation of the tickets that I paid $110 for and followed all of the step by step instructions provided to me to access my tickets. My tickets failed to transfer to the MLB App that I was instructed to download, spent an hour on the phone outside of the stadium with Vivid Seats customer service and they couldn't figure out how to get me the tickets I paid for. Since we were now late for the game, I had to buy tickets directly from the box office at the stadium for $70 MORE (cheapest they had available and we had to sit in a less desirable section than we originally had tickets for since that section was sold out) than what I had already paid Vivid Seats for in advance. I called Vivid Seats after the game and spoke to another customer service representative and explained the situation and said, "Oh, I would love to refund you, and I can understand your frustration, but our company terms and policy will not allow that, ALL SALES ARE FINAL". What?! I paid money to your company for a product/service which I did not receive, and you're telling me you will not refund me? Not only am I out the $110 I paid for the tickets through Vivid Seats, I'm out the money for the more expensive tickets I had to buy at the game. This company robbed me of my money and I will never do business with them or allow anyone I know to do business with them. I hope people stop using this company and they go out of business for stealing customers' money and providing TERRIBLE customer service.

Someone had obtained my card information and used it to buy a hefty sum of tickets through this company. When I called, all of the customer service options were completely automated responses that did not allow for one to speak to an actual human. When I called and actually spoke to a representative, they found my order and instead of mediating the situation immediately proceeded to 'forward' me to their customer sales department which was a half hour hold call. It is apparent this company has no interest in redeeming their mistake or providing effective customer service. I ended up having to call again, just in order to be transferred around several more times before they told me rather than fix the charge themselves they said that my bank would have to dispute the charge. Overall, horrible customer service experience. I had to contact other companies about other fraudulent charges and they were MUCH more helpful.

Just purchased some hockey tickets 5 minutes ago and noticed that the total amount was $40 more. I called the company and talked to Hector the manager and told him that i did not see the $40 fees. He said that he could not refund me and that i should try to resell them (that way they would make another $40 from another one) He said that on the last page the fees are posted, i did not see them clearly and i told him they should post them at the top and be very visible , but if they were no one would pay $40 dollars extra and would purchase them at another site..This company was not helpful , very deceptive on their fees and i was a customer but no longer. I initially wanted a ticket costing double what I ended up paying as Natalie used her vast concert going knowledge to advise me as to my "Best Bang for the Buck!!!"...so based on Natalie's Great recommendation I basically got "2" tickets for the price of "1"...

NEVER USE VIVID SEATS!!! My sister and I traveled from Virginia to New York just to see the Yankees play the Orioles (last chance of the season). I purchased the tickets with plenty of time in advance. Once game time was getting closer and I still didn't receive the tickets I wasted an hour of my time on hold with 2 different customer service reps who ensured me the tickets would be delivered before the beginning of the game. We traveled all the way to Yankee Stadium and the tickets never came through. After that, I had to get back on the phone with a manager who told me there was nothing she could do until Monday when upper management came. She couldn't compensate us with tickets for the next day (our only other opportunity to see the game). The only reason we traveled to New York. This is completely mind-blowing and unacceptable there was nothing she could do to help us. I wasted time and money just to miss out on the game we've been waiting to see all season.

What makes this even worse is how it was handled after ( with upper management). On Monday, I again had to wait on hold for over an hour. The call was disconnected twice and I had to keep starting over. I finally got through to management who told me they would 'review' my case and call me back. No one ever called me back which is completely unprofessional so I had to call again the next day to follow up. From start to finish this was the worst ticketing experience of my life. Vivid is responsible for ruining our end of summer trip we planned so hard for. Then hardly compensating and never following up after hours I had invested on hold. This has been the most unprofessional experience of my life.

A $10 credit is laughable. I will never use Vivid again. Ruining our trip is one thing but how they handled it after is way worse.

Nick Eaton was very helpful w/ my NCAA West Regional ticket order. He made several suggestions for good seats that were in my price range. His service was 5-star, the addt'l fees were rough. Tix cost 2x$203=406, but the fees were $120 ... ouch!!!

1. Do NOT plan to receive seats at the value you that you pay! My husband and I purchased our tickets to a broadway in Chicago show a year prior to the show dates. We paid close to $350 and our seats were worth $50. I can understand a slight difference in ticket pricing but NOT $250+ difference.

2. Do NOT use this company if you are planning to travel long distance to your show. We live in OH and left OH to travel to Chicago on 3/7 and the show was scheduled for 3/9.... We received the tickets 3 days prior to the show; one day before we left!

3. Do NOT expect them to be helpful on the phone. They will not speak to you over the phone unless it is 24 hours within your show date. When calling, they are not helpful in trying to make it fair for what you paid.

There was an issue with the transfer of the 5 tickets that I bought. I started reaching out to the company more than two weeks prior to the event. It got all they way up to the night before the event and because I would have to leave work early and it involved 4 other people we had to cancel going because we didn't have the tickets the night before the event. Vivid was not being very helpful and I couldn't even get to speak with an actual person until the day before.

I ended up not getting the tickets until the afternoon of the event which it was way to late by then to be able to make it. Also it was too late to sell the tickets even though I did post them.

I have asked for a refund because they were not cheap! And they are not being helpful at all. I am very frustrated and feel taken advantage of.

I wish I read reviews before I tried this terrible company. Bait and Switch tactics!!!! I would recommend to stay away and truly hope you never have to use them or deal with them. I clicked on a show to buy tickets then somehow it showed I purchased a completely different show at a different time. No assistance on refund when I contacted them seconds after I received receipt.

I'd put zero stars but they've worked really hard at making it seem like they care. I had a $240 event cancelled and received an email indicating that I would receive a refund without doing anything. After 4 weeks of not receiving anything, I called and found out that the cancellation policy had changed and that I would receive a credit. It's now been another 4 weeks and I don't see the credit in my account. I called and waited quite a while to talk with someone in Sales but they didn't help me and transferred me to a number where the wait was 2 hours. I called Sales back again and was put on hold for 30 minutes after explaining that I just wanted to know where I can find the credit to use on subsequent purchases. I'm extremely disappointed with their customer service.

I would like to thank my customer care associate, Denisse O, for all her help. We were at a Madonna concert Sept with the Vivid tickets and the guards at the gates stated the tickets were no good. Called up Vivid and got Denisse on the phone who stayed on the phone with us until we got in. It seems a new set of tickets were sent to me a while back but i did not notice the email. She stayed on while we rushed across the street from the Barclays center in Brooklyn to the Target to see if they would print out new tickets that Denisse sent to my email. They wouldn't. She then got on google and found an Officemax down the street!!! She stayed on while we walked there and printed our new tix, she stayed on while we waited online, and she stayed on while we went through the gates to confirm we got in. Wow I never imagined that would happen with someone over the phone. We appreciate your help Denisse. Found great tickets online at the Vivid Seats website. Called them to verify, and purchased them with a Vivid Seats customer service rep. Got everything all confirmed. We were REALLY looking forward to seeing Steely Dan. Talked about it all day. Then we get a call later that day from Vivid Seats, telling us that our tickets are not available. They offered to sell us tickets for $180 more than we had already spent. Really?! Just a bogus transaction altogether, with an attempt to up sell!! I have never seen anything like this in the ticketing world!!

This is my first experience with Vivid Seats. I spoke with Tom Wanchel and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly assisted me in the purchase of my Farm Aid tickets. I will contact Tom at Vivid for all future purchases. I also saved $45 per ticket off Live Nation ticket prices.

FRAUDS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR DAY-OF TICKETS. They will take your money and not deliver on the tickets. Customer service will not return your money and upper management will not call you back.
We bought tickets to a game a few minutes before it started and we never got the email with the information needed to accept the tickets to actually get into the game. We argued with Morgan, the customer service representative, for thirty minutes about how we couldn t get into the game because we never received the email.
THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE RIP OFF. THERE IS NO REASON TO USE THIS COMPANY AS THEIR HIDDEN FEES DON T MAKE THEM CHEAPER THAN USING A REPUTABLE COMPANY LIKE STUB HUB OR TICKETMASTER.
We jumped through all sorts of hoops that you never have to do with Stub Hub or Ticket Master in their stupid registration process. All their other emails showed up instantly except the one with the actual information we needed to get our tickets,
Furthermore, when comparing prices, Vivid Seats, DECEIVES YOU by not telling you about their $25 fee per ticket until you are partially through the buying process. If we were aware of the ridiculous fees, and all the hoops you have to go through to get the ticket, we would have used a company we trust where you truly receive the tickets instantly.
How much longer should we have stood outside the stadium, waiting on an email that didn t come into my husband s inbox until an hour and a half after the game started? We screen shot the phone when they finally came in. NOT ONLY ARE WE OUT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS, BUT MISSED THE PLAYOFF GAME ALTOGETHER. THESE GUYS ARE FRAUDS.
