If I could put 0 stars, I would in a heart beat. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST company EVER. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM. My event was canceled due to COVID-19 and I received an email stating that I could receive 120% store credit OR a FULL cash refund. It also said that if I wanted to receive my full cash refund that no further action was required and that I will receive it within 2-4 weeks. After 5 weeks of not receiving my refund, I called customer service and was told that all they could tell me is that my refund was processing and that I will receive it, they just couldn t tell me when. After 11 weeks of not receiving my refund, I tried customer service again and an automated voice sent me around in circles back to the same menu for 20 minutes, after that I tried the Live Chat which it wouldn t let me access without entering a Valid ID, however, there was no where to enter a valid ID. So lastly I resorted to emailing their customer service. The first email I got back told me that my event took place so they could not issue me a refund, so I responded and said that it is a matter of public record that my event was canceled due to COVID-19; to which they replied that I had not contacted them within the allotted 7 days in order to receive my refund and they could now only offer me a store credit refund. I have emailed them a copy of my original email that stated I did not need to do anything in order receive my refund and let them know that I will be suing their company.
