Quick and easy response, very nice and understanding. I have used Vivid many times, a show was cancelled due to an electrical storm, I was refunded in full. I just recently purchased tickets for two acts, one didn't show and I was quickly refunded a percentage of the the ticket price! "SHOWTIME"

I do not recommend anyone use this company. The event I purchased tickets to was cancelled. I was never notified in writing that is was. Then found out later that I could not be refunded the money. I try to reach out to the customer service department who does not exist and am refused help by who I can get ahold of. Vivid Seats is a company that scams buyers and sellers out of their money then has the audacity to treat their customer poorly.

Customer service agents need more training. I don t appreciate getting hung up on every time they feel the call is finished. My issue is still not resolved after 6 months. They state they are senior customer service reps but don t have answers/ability to do anything. I will never purchase seats through this seller.

I have used this absolutely terrible service two times now. Both times were a complete headache. I have purchased thousands of tickets over time form random music venues and other shows. Vivid seats is the only time I ve had any difficulty, on any level. To top it off it is impossible to speak to an actual human regarding your issues. Instead it takes you literally an hour of going through Teleprompter to receive absolutely no help. I gave up on speaking with somebody and when ahead and chatted with two separate individuals that works for vivid seats via chat. Both employees ended the chat before we resolved the issue at hand. I can t believe you all are in business and I m not sure how. The most complicated ticket buying process ever and ZERO professionalism. I have this poor company a second chance and it was an even worse experience the second time around. I ll never be back!

Asha gave me her direct extension so I could call back when the bank had their situation corrected. I called back and she finished the transaction. She was kind, interested, and professional. Mr. Emeka Onochie was a true PROFESSIONAL -- in every sense of the word -- as I booked my ticket to the 2017 NCAA Men's Sweet Sixteen Eastern Regionals Basketball Game at Madison Square Garden.

Equal to his knowledge and friendliness was his ability to have me understand each process in his obtaining the ticket at my desired location and price.

Mr. Onochie also secured my ticket being mailed to the hotel I was staying at in NYC. He truly made me feel comfortable with every single step of the process of ordering/securing tickets online.

She was so so so helpful, really patient with me and answered all of my questions. She took her time to compare games back and forth with me and told me what the seats were like from her own personal experiences. She was super nice with everything thing she did for me and explained everything so I knew when I was going to get the tickets, and everything. I cant thank her enough!! She even called me back after I needed time to think about what tickets I wanted to get. I will 100% be using her again. :D

I tried to purchase a ticket from Vivid Seats, but when I did I received an error message to try again later. I was still charged $330 for the tickets, but did not get a confirmation until after a 45+ minute hold time and they refused to give a refund for THEIR error. Will never use again and will advise friends to avoid Vivid Seats.

I thought I was buying 2 General Admission tickets to the NFL game (Seahawks vs. 49ers) Section-GA1 Row- 4 Seat(s)-10 & 11 from Mike Ormsby not only were we shocked to find we bought parking tickets then found out they weren't even valid parking tickets when we called our bank we found that Mr. Ormsby felt he'd charge an additional $20. as if he didn't screw me enough.

I must say I m a very happy camper with vivid seats! I was introduced to vivid seats by a friend who investigates EVERYTHING! I was skeptical at first but so far I m happy with the site and the customer service via phone is a 5 star and that is rare these days... I was asking dumb questions about email tickets and the customer service agent was POLITE, patient and professional in assisting me and even give me a few extra tips on ways to get my tickets easier & quicker... I will definitely always come to vivid seats in the future for my ticket needs.

They're a scam -- they take your money, don't offer refunds, and provide nothing in the way off customer service. Don't trust them, buy elsewhere.

My concert was rescheduled to a date I can't attend -- ok, fine I get that maybe I can't get a refund, but they won't even give me the tickets so that I could actually resell them and get some money back?

How does anyone give this company anything over 1 star? I wish I could give it negative 5 stars. I will never use this company ever again and make sure I tell everyone I know how this company basically scams you. Long story short, bought tickets with my friend for a tennis tournament, they "guarantee" the tickets, but it's obviously BS because the event switched the day from an ATP even (which I purchased) for a WTA event. I explained this to them clearly, but they just told me to sell the tickets online.... couldn't even sell it for half the cost so I lost $400 within seconds. Congrats Vividseats, you are all miserable human beings.

I give a 1 star because this app will not allow a lower score! READ the reviews from other people that have horror stories also.Sure wish I'd taken the time to read them. I attempted to buy tickets, picked out the seats I wanted,reviewed the price and signed my initials saying I agreed to price.The screen blacked out and when it reappeared the charge was over 600.00. That was NOT the amount I initialed or agreed to pay. I attempted to contact the offices of vivid seats...impossible to talk to human. I emailed etc.I attempted to stop payment via the credit card I used.Vivid seats offered to sell my tickets...they already have my money and the site says these tickets will arrive 24 hours before the event. How can you sell something you don't have? My husband checked 1 of the 2 addresses listed as offices for vivid seats. One does not exist.I have filed a complaint with the FBI and the Attn. General.So buyer beware.This has been a nightmare....oh and the event is in Oct 2019.This nightmare began Feb 1,2019.

What kind of company sends an email confirmation that you've purchased tickets and LATER sends an email that your purchased has been cancelled? My tickets should have been good to go if I received that first confirmation email. Because of Vivid Seats, I might miss out on seeing my FAVORITE comedian who NEVER goes on tour, and even when he does it's NEVER to my area. The Customer Service Supervisor and Sales Mgr at Vivid Seats FLAT OUT did not want to help. They caused a 7-10 day hold of our money in our bank account all for nothing, as we have NO tickets presently. And their proposed solution? Turn around and buy tickets again but this time the only tickets available are 2x as expensive! GTFO. Bad pmt processing, bad policy and procedure, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD COMPANY. We made a huge mistake trying to buy from Vivid Seats.

If I could put 0 stars, I would in a heart beat. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST company EVER. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM. My event was canceled due to COVID-19 and I received an email stating that I could receive 120% store credit OR a FULL cash refund. It also said that if I wanted to receive my full cash refund that no further action was required and that I will receive it within 2-4 weeks. After 5 weeks of not receiving my refund, I called customer service and was told that all they could tell me is that my refund was processing and that I will receive it, they just couldn t tell me when. After 11 weeks of not receiving my refund, I tried customer service again and an automated voice sent me around in circles back to the same menu for 20 minutes, after that I tried the Live Chat which it wouldn t let me access without entering a Valid ID, however, there was no where to enter a valid ID. So lastly I resorted to emailing their customer service. The first email I got back told me that my event took place so they could not issue me a refund, so I responded and said that it is a matter of public record that my event was canceled due to COVID-19; to which they replied that I had not contacted them within the allotted 7 days in order to receive my refund and they could now only offer me a store credit refund. I have emailed them a copy of my original email that stated I did not need to do anything in order receive my refund and let them know that I will be suing their company.

I visited the website to purchase tickets for TSO in San Diego but was having trouble finding good seats. I called and was able to speak with Jose, who was extremely helpful - I needed a large number of tickets and getting them all in the same area was a serious challenge. Jose was very professional and patient, and he made the difference!
I'll definitely make sure Jose at vividseats is the first number I call when I need tickets in the future!

Vivid Seats is amazing. This was my first time using it. I called the company to ask some questions before placing my order and Brady Davis took excellent care of me. Not only did he walk me through my questions and explain everything to me, he made sure to call me back when I got the gift card in hand and he handled everything for me over the phone. It was a very smooth process. I really appreciated his professionalism and his amazing personality. I will definitely be back to deal specifically with him. THANK YOU SO MUCH BRADY DAVIS..... YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!

i bought tickets 1 week before my event and NEVER got contacted from my seller. when i called vivid seats to help me get ahold of the seller they said its still 20 hrs before the event LETS GIVE THEM SOME TIME... so 8 hrs before the event started i get contaced from the seller to tell ,e that i will not get my ticket's tell 1hour past when i need them and when i contacted vivid seats ( with there so called satisfaction guaranteed) the told me that it was not there problem and hung up on me.
also dont call them i waited 45 min to be told this

I actually recently had an issue with this company and posted a very poor review, but the company quickly got in touch with me Lucy was a big help in completely resolving my issue. So I am happy to modify this review!

Just one word of warning, though--make sure that you don't spend too much for a re-sold ticket here in the case that what essentially is the same ticket is still available for cheaper from venue itself (or the ticket agency that sells their tickets).

We were very pleased with the service that we received from Jordan. This was our first encounter with Vivid Seats and we were a little apprehensive. We did not know what to expect. Jordan's phone mannerisms quickly put our fears to rest. His ability to relate all matters to ticket purchase was greatly appreciated. On a scale of 1-10 I would give him a 9.

Absolute fraudulent company. I see reviews that they go above and beyond for issues and they boast a buyer protection guarantee. I ordered tickets, was sent the wrong tickets, and their advice was to google reselling tickets . I now have two sets of tickets to the same event rather than tickets to both days of an event. And before you ask, yes I double checked and yes I selected the right days for my tickets. No follow through whatsoever. No buyer protection, no accountability. Absolutely DO NOT BUY from these frauds. If I could give less than a star I would

DO NOT USE VIVID SEATS!!!! I bought my sister and dad tickets for Christmas that were front row and a pretty penny. I received an email saying that if I didn t respond I would get a full cash refund within 2-4 weeks. I didn t respond, only to find out that they changed their policy over a month later and I now have to use in store credit and there is nothing I can do about my refund, I paid ticket insurance and everything. They claim they can t transfer funds, but ask at the beginning of the call to verify the last four digits of my MasterCard, so they obviously have my card on file and are hiding my money. What an absolute scam. NEVER USE VIVID SEATS!!!!

My event was cancelled and after calling numerous times and being told different dates when i would have my refund i was then told that i would not get a refund because i didnt call back within a a certain time frame. The customer service team is absolutly horrible and do not deserve a single star. I ask to speak to a supervisor and the answer they gave me was "that is not an option!!!!" Matt with customer service is terrible at his job. If your event is cancelled and you are entitled to a refund through vividseats expect to be given the runaround for them to tell you that your refund is not an option. 0 stars for your horrible business.

Vivid Seats - horrible customer service.. had an event canceled in March. I have been given the run around on a refund and hav won t received one. They make it hard to talk to an actual person. After email trail of email trail saying I am being issued a refund in 7-10 business days and months passing by, I finally talk to customer service and I was treated horribly, talked over with attitude and told I could have a coupon for 130% of my order or I had to buy a prepaid vivid seat card to transfer it there, and then transfer it to my bank. I obviously was not ok with that and I kept voiding that. I was told they are not working with credit card companies at this time due to covid and If I want my refund that way I would have to wait another 5-6 months. I was not ok with this. I was eventually hung up on. Worst customer service ever.

I spoke to Kathleen Tischer and she was one of the most helpful people I have ever spoken to on the phone. I was buying two sets of tickets at the same venue for two different nights and she was able to walk me through the whole process and essentially did it for me, making it extremely easy. She also was able to find me a discount code. I would definitely recommend calling instead of doing it online, especially with a complicated order like mine

However, I called their customer service, got right through with minimal wait time, and had my problem solved quickly.

I was issued the wrong tickets (tickets in the nosebleeds when I was strictly looking at floor seats) at which point customer service completed a second purchase for the tickets I initially intended to purchase. Following the second purchase, I was informed they would not be issuing any credit, exchange, or refund for the first set of tickets. Customer service was very rude as I attempted to resolve the issue so I was forced to dispute the charge. I will NEVER be using this company again and would strongly advise all others to do stay away. BUYER BEWARE!

I talked with "Eugene" after I accidentally ordered more tickets than I needed. He absolutely refused to do anything but help me sell the tickets I accidentally purchased. He offered absolutely nothing, not even a waiver of the fee you get charged when you sell the tickets. I spent 20 minutes trying to get some resolution and he did nothing to help assist my situation. He kept spouting off that its not "Policy" to do anything for people after they have bought their tickets - Even though it was within 2 minutes of ordering. I will not ever be going back to this website and I will be telling my tale to many.

I was charged an additional $39.29 for each ticket I bought as a "service fee", including a $7.90 "delivery" fee, even though I am expected to print the tickets off myself. None of this was not made clear when going through the ticket buying process. They claim they provided an itemized list of charges, but I do not recall seeing this at all. It is possible that they did present it and I missed it, but it was certainly not laid out in an clear and understandable manner. Their order confirmation also did not include this itemized list, and I had to contact their customer service to even find out why I was being charged almost $80 more than I was expecting to pay. I was extremely dissatisfied with their customer service. There were no attempts to improve my experience with their company and I was denied a refund. I understand that there are policies that need to be followed, but even a small concession can go a long way in showing clients you are sorry they are unhappy and care about their satisfaction. I would strongly urge you to consider using a company that cares more about the experience of their clients and lays the charges out more clearly.

They hid the service fee from me until after I purchased the ticket. Once I saw the total charge on the next page, I immediately called to cancel but they said all sales are final. They charged me an $85 service fee for a $150 ticket!! This is over half of the ticket price. VERY SHADY BUSINESS

AMENDED REVIEW: Today, after playing phone tag, I had the pleasure of speaking with a CSR who was extremely helpful and knowlegable. She explained to me who Vivid Seats is, what they do and how they work. She was sincere in her approach as she originally contacted me and was persistant in reaching out to me to make sure my issues were resolved. I would give Vivid seats another chance after speaking to Yesenia who assured me great service.

Worst company to buy tickets from. They have a buyers guarantee that they plump up but they fail to put any return policy on the site where it is visible enough for anyone trying to buy tickets to see it. CSR is the worst; scarcastic and unproffessional. Fees are way over priced and the charge you per ticket. apparently it cost them 30 dollars to convert a file into pdf per ticket. I would stick to Ticketmaster, fees are reasonable, its all in front of your face, and they have a return policy that is reasonable. If Vivid seats wants to compete with Ticketmaster they may need to reconsider how 1, they treat customers ( first time customers especially) and 2 how they do business practice.

Do not EVER EVER buy tickets from them! They have the worst customer service ever! Our music festival was canceled due to the Covid-19 and were emailed to be notified that we would receive a refund (in which no other action was needed) or a credit (in which you needed to reply to the email to ask for a credit). Since the event was canceled and not rescheduled, we wanted a refund so we did not respond as we were directed not to and that our refund could take 2 to 4 weeks. At the 4 week mark, we received another email stating that we were given a credit in the amount of 110% of the purchase price and if we didn't wish to receive this credit, we have 7 days to contact customer service. I have been trying since Tuesday when I recieved the email to get a hold of anyone at their customer service number listed on the website. When you do the "live chat" its a virtual assistant! I WANT MY REFUND OF ALMOST $500!
