NEVER USE VIVID SEATS!!! My sister and I traveled from Virginia to New York just to see the Yankees play the Orioles (last chance of the season). I purchased the tickets with plenty of time in advance. Once game time was getting closer and I still didn't receive the tickets I wasted an hour of my time on hold with 2 different customer service reps who ensured me the tickets would be delivered before the beginning of the game. We traveled all the way to Yankee Stadium and the tickets never came through. After that, I had to get back on the phone with a manager who told me there was nothing she could do until Monday when upper management came. She couldn't compensate us with tickets for the next day (our only other opportunity to see the game). The only reason we traveled to New York. This is completely mind-blowing and unacceptable there was nothing she could do to help us. I wasted time and money just to miss out on the game we've been waiting to see all season.

What makes this even worse is how it was handled after ( with upper management). On Monday, I again had to wait on hold for over an hour. The call was disconnected twice and I had to keep starting over. I finally got through to management who told me they would 'review' my case and call me back. No one ever called me back which is completely unprofessional so I had to call again the next day to follow up. From start to finish this was the worst ticketing experience of my life. Vivid is responsible for ruining our end of summer trip we planned so hard for. Then hardly compensating and never following up after hours I had invested on hold. This has been the most unprofessional experience of my life.

A $10 credit is laughable. I will never use Vivid again. Ruining our trip is one thing but how they handled it after is way worse.
