Someone had obtained my card information and used it to buy a hefty sum of tickets through this company. When I called, all of the customer service options were completely automated responses that did not allow for one to speak to an actual human. When I called and actually spoke to a representative, they found my order and instead of mediating the situation immediately proceeded to 'forward' me to their customer sales department which was a half hour hold call. It is apparent this company has no interest in redeeming their mistake or providing effective customer service. I ended up having to call again, just in order to be transferred around several more times before they told me rather than fix the charge themselves they said that my bank would have to dispute the charge. Overall, horrible customer service experience. I had to contact other companies about other fraudulent charges and they were MUCH more helpful.
