Absolute bogus!!!

Found great tickets online at the Vivid Seats website. Called them to verify, and purchased them with a Vivid Seats customer service rep. Got everything all confirmed. We were REALLY looking forward to seeing Steely Dan. Talked about it all day. Then we get a call later that day from Vivid Seats, telling us that our tickets are not available. They offered to sell us tickets for $180 more than we had already spent. Really?! Just a bogus transaction altogether, with an attempt to up sell!! I have never seen anything like this in the ticketing world!!
