To change my address because i will live abroad they take ages to do the necessary....Lack of reactivity and professionalism i would no recommend this company...they make complicated something which takes two seconds to do...I called them by phone plus answer to their emails....since one month I am still waiting they will change my address....I save my money to this company i regret it i can't refunded but I want to follow my statement for my retirement but they try to make it difficult...

I spoke to Aegon/Retiready recently regarding my investment, I had to change small details on my plan. Very polite, helpful and efficient. Recommended.
Online pension platform is not smartphone freindly and will not allow you to invest using one which is pathetic for an investment company. Smartphones are the world's preferred and most used method of online access so it is indefensible that aegons platform does not allow investment via a smartphone and requires "flash player" Avoid investing with Aegon if you want to be able to manage your investment they make it very difficult and not possible via a smartphone.
Market leading in the UK. If you're not with these guys ask your advisor to think again!
