I'd put zero stars but they've worked really hard ...

I'd put zero stars but they've worked really hard at making it seem like they care. I had a $240 event cancelled and received an email indicating that I would receive a refund without doing anything. After 4 weeks of not receiving anything, I called and found out that the cancellation policy had changed and that I would receive a credit. It's now been another 4 weeks and I don't see the credit in my account. I called and waited quite a while to talk with someone in Sales but they didn't help me and transferred me to a number where the wait was 2 hours. I called Sales back again and was put on hold for 30 minutes after explaining that I just wanted to know where I can find the credit to use on subsequent purchases. I'm extremely disappointed with their customer service.
