I purchased tickets for a concert and as the event approached I was never contacted by anyone as how to receive my tickets, I contacted Vividseats at their customer service email (3) three times and as of yet I've heard nothing !! based on the customer service I have received I would encouraged you to purchase tickets elsewhere. This place sucks.
