I first used VividSeats last year to check on getting some tickets for some Alabama football games. Talked with a young man who was very helpful in getting me the tickets I needed. My 1st experience went so well I decided to call again this year for tickets. This time I talked with a young lady named Laura Motti and she was just off the charts great! She was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, just a pleasure to talk with. I will definitely be calling for tickets in the future.

We bought the tickets the night before the game and the next morning at 9am the email was received and explained how to get the tickets an hour before the game. The agent was in the hotel and had my tickets. It was all very nicely done and no hassle of any kind. I ve used Vivid before and been equally happy with their services.

This website is a liar, spending money to buy tickets, actually did not give me a ticket. Then I called and told me that I couldn't give me a ticket. I couldn't refund the money. This kind of spam website hopes that everyone can call the consumer rights phone. Early complaints closed. It is simply garbage in the garbage. The first time I saw a company that didn t get a ticket.

I was very upset with their customer service. I thought I was buying 3 tickets for 76$ total but I was actually buying 3 for 76 each. BIG difference. Originally I saw a two ticket option but I opted for the 3 tickets option because it seemed like a better deal. When paying the total price was never confirmed for me until my Paypal information already went through. I was very upset, that's a lot more money than I wanted to spend without any way to opt out before I saw the total. I tried contacting customer service to explain my issue and switch to a two ticket option, but all the representative told me was that all sales are final. This seemed a little ridiculous since I had made the purchase less than 2 minutes ago. It seems simple enough to cancel the tickets that haven't even been shipped to me yet. I am very upset. I'll never use Vivid Seats again, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This was a headache from start to finish. First, I tried to purchase tickets for the ACC Baseball Tournament Session 8. I had my seats picked and everything, when I clicked confirm, it went from Session 8 to Session 7. I immediately called the customer service line and explained to them what had happen. They refused to refund or make adjustments to the session confirmed. I asked what my options were and they told me that I could resell the tickets elsewhere (you cant resell tickets you bought the same day with VividSeats). So, after several complaints and phone calls, I just agreed to try to resell the tickets myself and assured them I'd be filing complaints. They were rude and hung up on me. Second, I kept trying to get the tickets to my email, which they would not deliver. I called again, and they told me it was my problem, not theirs and the only other option was to set up another email address to have them sent elsewhere. After having the tickets resent to my email several times, I was able to view and print them. Since I had already paid for the tickets I rearranged my schedule and took off work so I could attend the earlier session that I had inadvertently purchased. Once I was set to go I picked up the tickets off my desk and noticed that the second ticket did not have a barcode. Thus, making the ticket invalid and unable to be used. With 30 minutes left until game time. I once again called customer service who put me on hold and informed me that they would contact the seller and have the tickets sent over to me. I told them this was unacceptable as I had paid for tickets and the game was set to start soon. Again, she hung up on me and told me someone would be in contact shortly. Ten minutes before the game was set to start, an email came though with the tickets with the barcode on both. Thinking this is unfair that they sold me something I couldn't use and couldn't correct it until it was too late, I once again asked for a refund. They have denied my request and refuse to let me speak to a manager. I plan to file a complaint with BBB and post multiple negative reviews so people never use this company. Its a rip off and a scam. DO NOT USE.

Bought seats to Cubs vs Cards. The tickets got me into the venue but the seats listed on the ticket didn't exist. For the amount I paid I should be able to get seats instead of having to move around to empty seats. Tried to resolve the issue with Vivid...they offered $50 credit towards next purchase. Well if you can't get it right the first time why should I trust you with my money the second time? I should've read the reviews on Vivid before using their service. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Purchased tickets for a show and the instructions in the email said you could save them to the app or print. The tickets they provided were Groupon tickets and although the venue DOES scan tickets from the mobile app, they would not accept Groupon tickets via the app. Vivid Seats suggested I "go find a Kinkos or hotel" to print the tickets after I was already at the venue. They would not make it right even though there were tickets available for $18. Will never purchase from them again.

Thought I found cheap tickets. I got too excited and bought them without reading the fine print that there is a $7 service charge PER TICKET (originally I thought it was per order) along with other downloading fees. Spent $57 in fees for 6 tickets.

Vivid site showed two for sale, we bought right away... however, before we completed transaction tickets were gone, Vivid contacted us immediately and were able to find us better tickets, didn t charge us for the increase in price. Highly recommend!!!

Vividseats is the worst ticket site on the planet. The worst customer service. They don't answer the phone. They charge way more than Stubhub in fees, and if you list any tickets on there, they will randomly just take them down without any notice, and have no answers on where they went or why.

I was not able to find these accommodations online. Thank you for an easy experience that was stress free.

Service itself works as expected but they loose all points for a lack of transparency. I don t even mind that they charged a 30% service fee they just didn t tell me about it until after I hit purchase. It s not even clearly laid out in the confirmation email or receipt. I go to purchase two tickets for $96 each great I put in my info, address, CC info etc. agree to terms and condition. Then I hit submit and it says thank you for you purchase of $251!!!!!!!! Like I said I don t even mind the amount it s the total lack of transparency. Congrats Vividseat you made $60 something bucks off me this time but I m never using your service again.

Was very dissatisfied with the website. I attempted to purchase only 2 tickets for a comedy show, well each time you go to a new page including the end when your finishing and getting your total, they will change the ticket amount to a higher number. The total is cleverly hidden under all the continue buttons. The saddest part of all is that there is an all sales final policy, even when you have been swindled they offer no help and the "customer service" is just one and only person they have telling you to sell your tickets back through the website so they can collect more fees. Honestly we should all stop buying third party since it just fuels the industry. But I don't ever recommend buying through this company.

I have used vivid seats for both games in my local area and away games in Toronto, Buffalo and other areas that my teams from Boston and New England go to. Very affordable prices and great seat locations. Their customer service reps are always very helpful and courteous. If you're having trouble getting tickets to a specific event, I highly recommend these people. You won't regret it.

Bought tickets for Diamondbacks Rockies game an hour before. The link in the email to accept the tickets yielded an error code. Contacts with customer service were time consuming and worthless. Kept telling me to download the MLB Ballpark app. After 2 hours and missing the game I was told no refund because the seller did his part correctly. Issue was to be referred to Quality control which it was not. Follow ups with customer service only yielded the same answer - too bad. The guarantee only covers if the seller does what they are supposed to - it doesn't matter if you actually receive the tickets. Very poor customer service. Use a more reputable ticket seller with excellent customer service such as Stubhub.
