I went to the store few days ago to purchase a new phone.I was completely satisfied with their customer service.Kouroush performance was outstanding.He was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for the great experience!

Horrible. Lack of Personal Skill. Lack of Hospitality. Overcharged me on a wiring harness that sells for 10.99 on Crutchfield, but sold for 20.00. Then I had to personally drive to their installation bay to pick up. Their installation guy was nice, but that was it.

Just purchased a pair of speakers From Visions, Marine Drive. Sales rep George Chaplin provided great service - very knowledgeable about the product, and Visions has great policies re: price guarantee; plus a chance to take the speakers home to try out for 15 days with a full money-back refund if not wanted. I researched what I wanted online, but would definitely recommend shopping in the store.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had.

An employee cancelled my order without telling me and proceeded to blame me for the issue.

Told me it was not a big deal because the money would be go back into my account within 3 days, and that I could just re buy the product I'd already paid for.

At the time I didn't have enough money to just drop 550$ for the second time in 2 days.

I'd already made a non refundable appointment for the installation of the product for the following day, so waiting 3 days for the funds to be reimbursed wasn't an option.

The staff just continued to insinuate that it was my fault for canceling the order (which I absolutely did not do)

Horrible customer service, I will never go back to the this location.

Visions have been very hit or miss in my experience.
The King George location was absolutely great when I shopped there.
Absolute opposite experience at this Marine Drive location.
Avoid it.

George was great to deal with. I buy a new tv almost every year and George was the best service I have ever gotten. He really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. If your looking for a salesmen that goes well above and beyond this is your guy.

I'm not a big fan of high pressure sales tactics and that's what most of Vision's salespeople seem to employ. Also I was told that if I bought the breakdown insurance on my laptop, I could use the full amount as in store credit if I never make a claim. Too bad they never mentioned I'd have to spend twice as much to redeem this credit. Telling me this detail is in the fine print doesn't make me any more loyal as a customer. I won't shop here again.

IF you decide to come here, stay away from Francis. I went in on Saturday morning (Feb 16th) just after they opened to get help on an extended warranty transfer. Both Francis and the manager, Thomas were completely uninterested in helping. This was bright and early in the morning and there were no other customers in the store. They both made all sorts of excuses claiming that I had to email head office to do the transfer. So Francis, takes photocopies my info and the receipt and emails it to the WRONG email address (thankfully I got CC'd a copy and found the mistake).

Francis and Thomas only care about THEMSELVES. They DO NOT care about you.

If you feel like buying something from Visions, buy from another location. STAY AWAY from this one.

I changed my mind about the tv I chose and found the staff to be available to assist with the changes and make the experience of upgrading to be effortless. George went overboard to make sure the trade and install was dealt with in a professional and timely manner. I would recommend this store and the staff.

Bought an Acer laptop from the store and found out the speaker was faulty and returned to the store the next day. Despite the sales associate noticing the faulty speaker right away and willing to do a return, the manager finds all kinds of excuse and continue to trying to do exchange/up-sale to waste another hour of my time. I get it, you are doing you job, but when someone says NO, it means NO. I am going to stick to Best Buy the next time I buy anything.

We've been frustrated and searching for an upright...

We've been frustrated and searching for an upright freezer for weeks as our chest one decided to give up on us. Everywhere we went.... all on back order and we couldn't get it anywhere for months! Surprisingly called Visions today after going onto their website. They had a 13 cu.ft. frigidaire on sale and only one in stock! While on the phone with Rhytham we walked in. We settled on an even better price and within 5 minutes we were paying for it! Stars are for having the product on hand and for Rhytham's quick sale to us!!

I take my car here to check out my busted car stereo because it doesn't work. So I roll in and they take a look at my car, they dont check anything, just see that the radio is out of order. They demand 100 dollars for a diagnosis, then when I say no, they somehow come to the conclusion that it must be my front speaker... with out even checking any of the wiring or anything. They call around and look for a front speaker from their other locations for me for like an hour and they can't find any. Total waste of my time. Next day I go to sounds good audio, they check the radio right away with out demanding diagnosis and figure out by simply unplugging the front speakers that its the radio deck thats defective. Didnt cost me 100 dollars to figure that out. Long story short, visions tried getting 100 dollars out of me for "diagnosing" my car and then before diagnosing it at all or figuring out the issue they tried selling me a front speaker which didnt even end up being defective. Glad I didn't end up getting scammed by this place. Dont waste your time if you need your radio repaired and go to good audio instead. Sorry guys but you really screwed this one up

Update after 1 month; Be aware with Fairstone financial as vision has credit card with them. They didn t send a statement but the card only! I missed my first payment and still doesn t know how much I owe for this month or any of my account information. When I call them office is always closed, no access at the weekend or after 5 pm with western time, what age is it? I will not ever use this fairstone financial for any purposes in my life or any future financial needs!

Outrageous sales tactics: Not only are the sales staff not properly trained with info on products (everyone would tell you a different specs on the same product), the managers are a bunch of unprofessional liars who is all about giving people excuses to send them out the door instead of dealing with product issues. I bought an Alpine double din car stereo on boxing day. There were issues with the product itself and they gave me the run-around for 2 months without dealing directly with the issues, then try to pawn off a refurbished unit as an exchange for me which it was in worst condition than my original purchase. Overall they are very good at being rude and sarcastic.....in order to change this I believe any dissatisfaction with this locale needs to be reported to the head office so to get ride of these morons that work there.

Went in to get a car stereo and dealt with Jason L on his first day. He not only was giving the help I needed he was also multitasking helping other customers. I give him 5 star for being so knowledgable and bouncing through customer back and forth for being a new guy.

This is my first review but I feel the need to identify someone who has been exceptional to a personal friend and myself, his name is George Chaplin and he is a sale representative at Visions on Marine with a specialty in televisions. Highly recommended him!
Times have changed and customer service provided by professional retail service providers is a rarity. After doing research online, I decided to continue my research at one of our local electronic stores. I went to Best Buy/Future Shop and met a very nice young man (working on his master s degree ). I was there to get more specific information about the Samsung TV. After, sorry I don t know that, no this isn t the right remote but it sort of works, I realized that the whole experience was a waste of my time. Lamenting over the whole experience at a dinner party that evening an acquaintance mention an individual that works for Visions on Marine. Loads of experience, previously a dept. head at Future Shop and knows how to totally take care of his clients. He came highly recommended and I just want to take this opportunity to endorse this recommendation. I was involved with a close friend who went to meet with George and my friend s experience was epic. He is also planning to write a review of his experiences. Without George s intervention it would have been disastrous. Thank you George for all your support and putting your clients first! He is there from the beginning and forever or until your next TV purchase.

If you wanna buy TV or sound system, you need to deal with a perfect salesperson (and I know perfect doesn't exist): knowledgeable, committed, goes the extra mile, no pressure. I know one guy that fits the description, and his name is George Chaplin, and he works at Visions Marine way Store.
I do recommend him to anyone and everyone.
George makes sure you understand technology in very simple way, not technical boring way. He's gentle, funny, and yet very serious about his business and relationship with his clients.
I know that there is always a line up to deal with George. Yes, I said a line up. Believe me.
When you drop by Visions Marine way store, ask for George, and test him. And let me know.

Bought a subwoofer to connect to a NAD 3020D which has a very unusual method for sub out. George went above and beyond in helping me troubleshoot and even connected me with the NAD rep. I highly recommend this store and that you ask for George for anything home audio.

Went to Vision to look for a massage chair recently. One of the sales associates, George Chaplin showed us different brands and explained to us the functions of each model in detail. We finally bought the Panasonic massage chair in a good price with the help of George.
We will give five stars to George, but one star to the manager because of his attitude.

P.S. George, hope your manager will appreciate your work, if not of your good service, we might not have bought that.

Dont buy anything from this store they dont care about costumers service is really bad and they respect the waranty policies that they promise. Really bad expeirence there and i have seen many costumers complaining there the same day about the same issues i had with them . You can get the same products for much much cheaper on amazon.ca on 2 days deliveries with a better warranty drom the manufacture.

Thanks to Sukh saved me and my class be setting me up with a portable air conditioner. I bought it on the middle if the summer heat wave and it had to be shipped from back east. A third party shopper lost the shipment and Sukh went above and beyond to follow up on the problem and set it right. He kept me informed all the way along even on his day off. Great service. Now I'm nice and cool!

My wife and I went to the Visions on Marine Drive yesterday to look at a new television. I had done considerable research prior to coming in. We were greeted by the salesperson, Nikhil. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was happy to hear that his advice and findings were consistent with the research I had already done. The sales manager Rhythm later assisted us. Rhythm was very insightful and came across as quite sincere. We trusted his recommendations and were very pleased with the deal that he provided us on our new tv. Both Rhythm and Nikhil were extremely patient and continued to help us even when the store was closing for the day. Would definitely shop here again.

One of the best experiences in electronics till date! Met Rhythm who is the store manager.. he was an amazing listener and gave us not only the best prices but also the most respectful treatment. He also called a couple of days later after our purchase of long list items to inform that there was a price drop on two items (soundbar and a camera) even lower than he had offered earlier and he will reprice them to new prices. If he hadnt called i would have never seen it and i really appreciated that. We keep recommending him and his store to anyone we know is looking to buy electronics. We were looking for help setting up a new in-home sound system when we met George Chaplin. George had tons of sound system experience and recommended a grouping of products connected to Wi-Fi. We are now hooked up and using the sound bar regularly and are very happy with it. Even though the sound bar was back ordered and in high demand, George went out of his way to ensure that one was put aside for us when it arrived. I recently engaged Visions to install two ceiling mounted projectors, sound bars as well as wall mounted screens and a TV after an office relocation for one of my clients. George was quick to respond and stayed involved from the initial contact through the appointment setup and followed up afterwards to ensure we were pleased with the job that Ken (the installer) had done. And we were pleased with the end result. -- Ken worked hard to make sure the job was done well, strung cables above drop ceiling and fished them through wall channels so that the finished product was clean and tidy. I would recommend Visions for future work.

My Girlfriend and I were visiting from Penticton when we came to this Visions Location for their Cyber Monday sale. We had been eyeing up a Samsung Frame for the longest time and finally saw a friendlier price with some extras that we couldn t resist.

They unfortunately did not have the TV in stock and we were leaving the next day. George Chaplin went above and beyond what we expected. It did take a few weeks for the TV to come in but George had everything organized for pick up at their Kelowna store. He stayed in communication with us the whole time ensuring the process was as smooth as possible. Thanks again George.

I bought lots of stuff from this place over the years but they d customer service is not what it used to be, the first sales person who spoke to me yesterday had zero know ledge on electronics. But thankfully George stepped in and the matter w a sorted out.

George is a great salesperson and his after sales service is very prompt. He repaired my Theater system for no charge. I would recommend anybody to go to this Visions electronics branch simply because of how great the level of customer service you will be receiving by George.
