Previously I have purchased my televisions/home audio systems from Best Buy, but I was very happy I decided to come to Visions. Rhythm, the sales manager, went above and beyond the call of duty to help me choose the right products, get the best price, and assuring the delivery and quality of products. I have underestimated the value of a helpful sales person. I will definitely give my business again to Rhythm in the future.

George help me pick out the right TV. Very helpful.

Dishonest advertising practices all over the place. TVs are consistently shown on sale for $500 or more, but the 'regular' price is completely made up. A quick search for any of the manufacturers Canadian sites will show you that the 'sale' price at Visions is just the regular price. Give your money to someone else.

Just for fun I did what the communication team told me. Picked a random tv, the 82" Q60R by Samsung. MSRP on Samsung.ca is $4499.99. Original price on visions is $5499.99. Still dishonest. Someday when the very first item I try isn't a perfect example I'll change my review. It's also a better sale price on Samsung's site. Ah well, you guys gave it a half hearted effort.

Was given a price via phone from a Salesperson and then told they can't honor that price. Felt like I was buying from Craigslist not a retail store.

Just bought 2 HiSense TV s there. They are very good value for money and look great. I did have some issues with the panel on one 65inch and contacted George, the sales person who sold it to me. He worked to quickly get it resolved and got me a new TV right away. Also took the time to test it in store to ensure there were no problems and even offered me a different model if I wanted to consider that. I had been planning to buy online and glad I didn t for a major purchase like this. Would definitely buy from George and Visions again.

I very very unpleased my headphones I bought from there did not work after apening from the box after 4 hours on the phone with apple they trouble shooter that it was defective and vision would not replace the head phones I blew 200 dollars on them. F**k vision

I bought a new TV from George Chaplin and turned out I needed a soundbar as well. George went above and beyond to help me set it up. He came over to my house after he finished work and set-up the whole kit and kaboodle. I would highly recommend George Chaplin at Visions on Marine Drive if you're looking for any electronics. He is very knowledgable and a nice guy to boot.

These guys are absolute jokes - I had been to there store in Port Coquitlam twice and was not happy either time. Lost of arguing with the managers. Very shady operation.

I had taken my truck there to get a new stereo as my old one had died. Picked out a $400 deck. It turned into over $1000 after the 'free installation' and all the 'extra parts' they needed. They state they needed these extra parts to install a non factory unit in my truck...The unit they were replacing was non factory - so shouldn't all the extra parts be there?

A few months later I decided to give them another shot and added a subwoofer. I explained to them I wanted the subwoofer to go under my back seat. They said no problem. When I got the truck back the subwoofer had just been thrown ON the back seat and didn't even have the wires connected. Thats when I decided never to go back to this location.

Last week I went to the Marine Dr location. To buy a TV. The sales man also sold me a wall mount for it. For $80. I looked on amazon to find the exact same one for $35. When I went back to return this item, they would not take it back easily, nor honor their price protection policy. The box hadn't been opened. The end result wa me returning the TV and the mount. I'll never be doing business there again. Ever.

Don't bother wasting your time shopping here. Horrible service and stocked items are not brand new or have problems...You're much better off purchasing from larger stores like Best Buy, Futureshop, or even NCIX and Memory Express who actually care about customer satisfaction.

Camera I bought had finger prints all over the lens and LCD screen when I opened it. I went back and talked to the manager (Reeve) about the issue. We resorted to exchanging the unit with a brand new one. He verified that there was a brand new unit in Port Coquitlam and they would ship it here for me to pickup.

I went back a few days later to pick up the camera only to be told that the seal was broken and the manager opened up the box to snap a few pictures to test the camera which I specifically requested that I did NOT want an open boxed item! I told him very politely about this issue. He simply told me to get a full refund in a very unprofessional manner.

Lots of neat stuff here. I bought a television and saved a lot. I highly recommend this place.

I visited the store at Marine Dr on Sept 04. I was served by a staff name George. He is very professional. He has a great knowledge of all the TVs product. Under his recommendation, I chose for a Samsung HD TV and a sound bar. I am very satisfy with my new TV and the excellent output sound bar.

Went to Visions to check on a TV. A sales person by the name of George came over and helped me out. He went above & beyond and spent time with me providing all the information needed to make a purchase. With George's understanding and knowledge I bought the right product for me.It was worth consulting with George. Do you talk to him and visit the store.

I recently purchased amazing deal on LG C9 TV and Yamaha sound system. Michael Yang was excellent, patient and extremely knowledgable about the TV specs. He gave unbiased info on LG, Samsung, Sony the 3 brands of interest. Best service and TV expertise. George was also fantastic in helping us as well. Both George & Michael were so good in helping us out and geniune in advising us based on our needs. I recomend purchasing your TV there. You will have experts to help you decide. With these brand new TV & tech, it would be best to buy warranty in my opinion. If something goes wrong they will fix or replace. If you don't use, warranty in 5 years you get your money back to use towards another purchase. BTW, LG and Yamaha Sound Sys best of the best for the price! Thank you Michael and George! You are awesome, we love our TV and plan to purchase more soon like a new TV stand!

George and Micheal helped me when purchasing TV & Speakers and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my purchase...most importantly they made sure I paid the lowest price possible! If you see a TV cheaper elsewhere, just come and see these guys and they will get you a better price. Will be coming back in the future when I need home theatre upgrades.

I was purchasing audio stereo with cd player at the store Visions 5756 Imperial Ave. Burnaby, and had help and great patient from mr. Sajan Matharu . I finally purchased two stereos with his help as the Christmas gifts for my family. Thank you Sajan.

These guys are a joke and they shouldn't even be in business. Had a rebate in the form of a gift card, went into the store to check the balance on the card, was told the balance was $15X.XX . Then a month later, finally had something I wanted to buy, when I got to the counter, I was then told the gift card was at zero balance. I was shocked since I had never used the card so I started inquiring about the purchase made on the card and guess what, they cannot tell me when it was last used, what it was used to purchase, I was referred to a "manager" and she never bothered to call me back. When I called back, she told me she was looking into it.

The only one time when I had ever even pulled my card out of my wallet was to check my balance so it's pretty obvious the sales guy who checked my balance rang it through, and used it to get something he wants after I had left the store. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS!

I was looking for some Sonos gear and called around looking for a very specific amp that nobody seemed to have. When I called Visions Vancouver George answered the phone and was able to address my concerns. Previous to my call with George I had called Sonos and their knowledge and customer service was terrible. George on the other hand was super knowledgeable about the product and asked me to come into the store. After I came into the store George not only set me up with the right product but also told me that the price had dropped since our last call so not only did I get awesome service from him but also a great deal.

Best place to buy electronics, have been loyal customer for many years. Really Good staff and there really knowledgeable young guys like fenil who helped me with gaming pc, had really great experience buying from you guys. 1 tip just ask for the accessories the will give you great discount if you are buying laptop like me and want to save some extra cash on accessories.

I was out looking at Black Friday sales at Costco and Best Buy. I thought I would swing by Visions to see how prices compared. I didn t intend to commit to a purchase but sales person GEORGE was so helpful and accommodating that I decided to buy both a sound bar and a 75 inch TV! Both were on sale that matched prices at Best Buy and Costco.

Picked up KEF Q950 tower speakers and the KEF Q650c center channel this week from Visions, thanks to the help of Rhythm, who spent time demoing and explaining the different aspects of these speakers and how they compared to others. Extremely happy with the purchase, especially with the new center channel replacing my old ones, which has made watching movies even late at night when I turn the volume down a fantastic experience with the clarity it provides even at lower volumes.

Rhythm went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for, even though they weren t in stock. He then called around the next morning to find them in other stores and followed up a few days later to see how I liked them.

I seldom replace my home theater equipment and had a great experience, would recommend.

Amazing store if you are big fan of electronics great deal and good teck products my favorite store for shopping electronics stuff.

Very bad customer service at the SE Marine store location. They don't care about you, it's either you buy it or you don't. They don't spend the time to try and get you want you want. They don't ask questions to help you look for alternatives. If you dealt with a different salesman they, that's the only person you can deal with. The other salesman will say "deal with him, I have nothing to do with it".

I've always had good service with them.
Recently my tv broke under warranty. The process took a couple weeks , at the end of it I did recieve a brand new tv. Free of charge and was able to buy another warranty on top. They were helpful and pleasant.

The salespeople can get a bit aggressive but at least they're open to negotiations if you're into doing that.

I usually never leave reviews but I just had to with my experience. Rhythm went above and beyond to help me out to purchase my new Samsung TV. Everything was sold out and I called every store to see if anything is available but nothing was coming in for weeks. Rhythm Is the only one who got back to me right when he received a new shipment and even went out of his way to explain all the features to me. Great product knowledge! Make sure you see Rhythm!

I walked into visions for the first time today, after being a future shop customer for the pass years. I was looking for speakers for my car, and this kind gentlemen (Asian I believe) was on his first day of work helped me and explain everything. I knew nothing about cars, but now I do. Great 5 star rating to Jason Lam and congrats on your first day

The service at this location is pathetic at best. Me and a friend went to this location to acquire a laptop. We went to the cashier after finding no sales associate at the laptop section. The cashier was NOT knowledgeable about the laptops and constantly requested another associate to help us. None of the other workers would help him....... He spent 30 minutes trying to input a sku number on their own website. On a side note, we tried to order it online and it succeeded but failed literally 2 minutes after. Visions own employees in the pick up department told me to watch my credit card charge because it is a known error..... Anyways, after finally finding our product, the sales associate couldn't process the laptop but kept pressuring us to buy there extended warranty even though we said no the first time. And finally another sales associate came to finalize our purchase. We still had to go to the pick up section of visions, which was completely separate from the actual store. The employees there were okay. But I will never go this visions ever again.

My experience at visions was just perfect, not only did I got the product I wanted I also got a huge deal on it. Will definitely come back

Over the past year and a half we have been making plans for our new home. We wanted to ensure we purchased the right equipment for our needs which included an extensive home theatre set up, as well as multi-zone audio and with smart home integration.

As a long time former Best Buy employee I had never set foot in a Visions store, however as I just happened to be shopping for a pool table next door at Home Billiards (also an exceptional local company to deal with, with great service from Shawn) I figured I would kill some time and check out some electronics.

I was welcomed at the door by George Chaplin, from the outset I felt very comfortable with him as I appreciated his friendly, professional, customer-centric approach. I could tell he was interested in helping to deliver the best solution for my needs, in fact he took it upon himself to schedule a visit to my home (which was still in middle stages of completion) to review my needs and recommend the right gear, room by room.

Over the next few months, he followed up to let me know when Visions was having sales on various equipment that was part of our shopping list. By the time our new home was ready to move into George had helped to set us up with all the best gear that was just right based on our specific needs while helping to keep on budget.

As a very happy customer, I highly recommend dealing with George at Visions on Marine Drive!

We decided to purchase a Television, checked online and went to Vision Electronics at South East Marine Drive. The sales manager we met (Krupesh) was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of our queries with patience and honesty. If you visit there, do ask for Krupesh. Very nice person. Excellent sales person.

Went in to buy a car stereo and the sales guy was just standing around talking about nothing with what looked like a bus driver. Waste of time. Left after waiting over half an hour for this guy. Save your money, better gear at Canadian Tire.

Very unorganized store. Staff can't find their own item from inventories. Shipping takes way more than the expected timed frame promised. Won't be going back to this store again.

Having numerous previous positive experiences from Visions on SE Marine Drive, I was back for a laptop for my son. Promptly and professionally greeted by Rhythm Mahajan. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Not too long after, we had an issue with the laptop and Rhythm was true to his promise made at the initial point of sale to make everything right if anything went wrong. No pressure salesman and kept his word which is becoming rare nowadays. Multiple other purchases later, I will only deal with Rhythm and highly recommend him to any future visitors to this Visions location. Top notch experience from beginning to end. I just bought a 65 inch TV and soundbar from George Chaplin at Visions on Marine Drive and I am completely satisfied with the products and especially with my salesman. He is very knowledgeable. I have known him for 30 years, from another store where he worked previously, and have always received courteous service and great advice from him. I have recommended him highly to all my friends many times and will continue to do so.

Stay away from Visions!! And this is for everyone. I just went for a quote to install a dashcam. The store was empty!! I went directly to the car/instalation department, there were like 6 employers like doing nothing, I talked to one of the about it, He didn t have any appointment until one week after, and he wanted me to pay $220 and 3 hours intalation, i felt like it was expensive, I told him that I will check others places, He was upset, wanted me to make the appoinment and pay already for it!! I was like what??? He told me bla bla bla. I just left and said. I will check other places. Thank you. I booked in Richmond at blackboxmycar $120 and 1 hour intsalation same day.

Good alternative to the bigger electronics chains. Their unique extended warranty is worth considering. Parking is in the strip mall lot.

Recently bought a gift for my brother from visions, I was totally confused at first what to buy and what to not. So I simply ask the sales person name "fenil" to help me; he showed me best offers for headphones and believe me he got best deal for just 50$ I got 2 in 1 wireless earphones which can also work as a powerbank.

Sales on today, went to store on Marine Drive tried to buy couple SD cards, went in right after store openned. There were only two customers, the other lady were trying return a sound bar. I asked the sales clerk about the SD cards, he had no idea, and asked me to point that out on the flyer. After looking at the computer, and called someone else on phone. finally he said he has it in the warehouse, but one box already sold, there were only two available, he will have it here in a few minutes. So I waited for 10 minutes. I did not see anybody deliver the products, and he pulled the SD from a drawer. and asked how I would like to pay for it. I said Visa. he said he will have to charge me extra, and asked if I had a debit card. So I paid cash. He then said there will be no cash refund. I said it is OK as long as the SD were not defective. He said it is in a sealed package, it won't. By then, I just want to get out of the store as soon as possible. I already wasted 25 minutes in there. I had never brought anything from Visions before, this was a terrible shopping experience for me, I will not be back shopping there. Even if the SD are defective, I won't even want to return it. The sale person is by the Name George Chaplin.. On the receipt

We are writing to recommend Visions for anyone looking for entertainment system upgrade. And George Chaplin (Home Audio Manager) for professional help and sound advise.

We have been looking to upgrade our home entertainment with latest surround sound for X'Mas. But have difficulty in finding a retail shop with proper demo and knowledgeable sales.
That all changed when we met George
Chaplin at Visions Marine Drive branch. Not only the shop has great demo setups, George was patience with the technical details and spent plenty time to demonstrate the different options and their sound effects.

Thanks to Visions and George, we now have our entertainment order for X'Mas.
Highly recommend Visions for anyone looking for similar entertainment upgrade.

Great customer service by Rytham. Staff is very greeting and friendly. Recently bought a camera from this location, i was given best deal by Rytham. A week later KP made a follow up on to check over everything was okay with my camera and if there any issues!! Would prefer buying my electronics from here rather than waiting in long lines at Best Buy!!

Purchased an LG CX 65 inch tv. I have dealt with many staff at various Visions.. The salesman George in the Vancouver store is one of the most honest people to deal with. I would highly recommend George if you do not want a sales pitch. George's attention to detail, customer service and his willing to be proactive on my behalf were second to none.

They received my Jabra 370 in time. Needed that bluetooth headset in a hurry for work. I really appreciate. Was worth the drive in the traffic to get there. I truely love this product.
