We bought our brand new couch Alamba. Our sales was very professional, in explaining everything to us. We bought a coffee table, online price was different than in store price, he gave us the sale price. We love our Leon's experience today ! In the future we will be coming back to Leon's !

I've made many purchases at Leon's over the years....

I've made many purchases at Leon's over the years. I've always found that asking for Nicole has been beneficial. She understands what I'm looking for and is always prepared to recommend something that will fit in with the style of the pieces I've purchased in the past. She's pleasant, easy to deal with and is happy to answer my many questions about furniture, appliances or TVs, whichever I am looking for at the moment. Highly recommend.

Service was fantastic at first, looking for a sectional. Took a huge nosedive when we decided not to buy it, then they weren't even interested in us anymore and totally walked away. Always seems like they do the"we can't do this and we can't do that" instead of focusing on what they CAN do!!!

Went here with my mother to help order her a new wall oven. We had Thomas(Joshua) help us. He walked her through her purchase, delivery details and the protection plan. When she called the store again, he was nice enough to tell her about the new special, and she was able to save more money. Would recommend him to other people.

We will NEVER EVER buy another thing from Leons.
we use to shop there often but never purchasing the extended warranty until we ran in to problems with stuff breaking down & service calls starting at $100. We decided to get extra protection when we bought our dishwasher. Just before a year of buying it from Leons the heater coil warped casing the spray arm to melt leaving a large hole & melted plastic all over the bottom of the dishwasher & a long story short the warranty company ( a different branch of leons ) called their service company 3 weeks later he put in a new heater coil & spray arm.
Going on a month ago my husband noticed our wood kitchen floor was all bubbled up but we couldn't find a leak anywhere. A week after that our basement floor was covered in water, the drop ceiling soaked up a large amount of stinky dishwasher water until it couldn't soak it up anymore & started leaking & got our attention. Upon further investigation our wood sub floor is completely water damaged, all under the click hardwood floor is damaged so we pulled the dishwasher out from under the counter & where the 2 heater coil points of power have been warped from the heat or from being put in wrong & it has been leaking unknown to us. We called leons store they can't help us, we called the extended warranty they lost our info so 4 days later I called back for her to tell me how sorry she was & she would have the service guy come out in 2 days to fix it. I told her someone has to pay for this damage to my house, she replied with "we don't do that" the service guy came out last Thursday & we haven't heard a work from anyone since. If I buy a product from someone I don't want them to pass me on to someone else & had I been told that the extended warranty company is a different branch of leons like a "sister" company I wouldn't have bothered buying from them. Further more who is the company that "fixes" Our stuff? They need to be held accountable

Terrible customer service. The manager in Welland ...

Terrible customer service. The manager in Welland was very rude and I'm shocked at the way I was spoken to. I will never shop at Leon's again and I will be writing a letter to the head office about this experience. You would think a store in a small city like Welland would be a little more courteous to locals and possibly offer me some incentive to come back to the store. Unfortunately there's a small crack internally on a two month old television and this manager could care less. The female manager said " We got our money". I'm now out $1,800 on a tv that looks beautiful when it's off. I work in retail sales and I often witness how my manager handles customer service escalations. At the very least the customer is offered a similar product at cost or close to as to not lose this customers business entirely. I will be shopping at Costco for electronics from now on, at least they work with you to resolve an issue instead of regurgitate what they won't do for you. I do realise I might as well talk to the wall then expect a call from the head office about my situation. Zero stars for this store's manager.

Received phenomenal service from the Welland store in particular Roweena! Very professional and super efficient. Would recommend dealing with her if you happen to be in the market for either furniture of appliances. I'd give her 6 stars if I could!

They failed to tell me when I put a down payment that I would have to pick it up at the Niagara-on-the Lake store also they did not tell me that I would have to make an appointment to have the headboard treated until I picked it up. Now I have wait for them to come I was under the impression that this would be done. This was your Welland store

3 Stars is generous. I've purchased a fair bit from here over the years and been pleased, however today as I came to buy some appliances I walked by several salespeople who wouldn't even look me in the eye - much less help me.
I know there's a fine line between being assaulted by salespeople and "helped". But not even acknowledged is painful. The store isn't busy today and I someone could have at least greeted me.

I know it isn't there fault.

But extremely frustrating to have a 4 to 6 week waiting period on 90% of inventory(or longer)

That said, staff was courteous and did there best given the circumstances.

I was also mislead about delivery and I wanted to cancel however manager was very accommodating and I was pleased with results. However when trying to exchange my mattress as per their policy again, nobody contacted me and every customer service person I spoke with had no idea about the demographics and passed things off to the next person. Very frustrating and unorganized!

Bought a table it was delivered on time but was to be put together for me on spot. (Because I'm in a wheelchair) the people left saying call someone they will come out and
Put it together. Then got the runn around for ten minutes on the phone, they finally called me back saying tomorrow.. let's hope they actually show up. What an I suppose to eat on? The floor? As if my life isn't already hard enough.

Amazing experience today with Brevin and the Leon's team!! We got a whole living room set under our budget! Brevin carried furniture around for us to help us color match everything! Wonderful team and great customer service!

I really would like to leave no stars. After 30 years of buying from Leons this purchase of a mattress was the most terrible and stressful purchase ever! Every step of the way was nothing but dishonesty (lying)and condescending tone, especially from persons in charge. Make sure you get all their conditions first before purchasing a mattress. You will be sorry latter!

Bought a new mattress here. Great service and caught a sale as well. Love the mattress as it is extremely comfortable. Great purchase. The store was clean, bright and the service was fantastic. Will definitely return when the need arises.

We ordered a chair on Boxing Day, it was not a custom order item. they told us it would be 2 to 3 weeks for our order to get here. We called multiple times, each time the date of delivery gets pushed back. It s now the end of Feb 2020, ( it was supposed to be in when we called ) and they are still saying they don t know when our order is going to be in. We ve now waited 2 months and they still don t know when it will be in. This is just extremely bad business. This also happened to my parents. They waited 3 months for their chair.

Delivery times are my biggest complaint, took over...

Delivery times are my biggest complaint, took over 2 months to get a couch that was on sale, couple weeks for a mattress, that kind of thing. We were also wanting to see another couch that was on sale, on the FRONT PAGE of the flyer, and they didn t have it! Said we would have to drive to NOTL if we wanted to look at it... first store in Canada was it not? Should at least make sure that sale and promotional items that are in flyers are in stock for customers to view.
But the positive, employees are fairly friendly and easy to find, helpful and knowledgeable. Not overly pushy and willing to spend the time with you to find or try this or that. Nice clean facility and a nice browsing or shopping experience.

Would not recommend anyone using Leon s in Welland ON. Absolutely worst customer service we have ever received. Misleading information and unsatisfactory resolution. Save yourself a huge hassle and go somewhere else!

This store is dead 98% of time, surprised its in business, nothing in stock as a showroom, all must be ordered in.

Sales guy very friendly and helpful, their is a tall bleached blonde woman there close to 60 she is a piece of work acts like she is CEO lol.

Delivery guys are awesome, no pro lems for mist part, helpful counter lady too.

Josh was wonderful to work with when shopping for multiple items in our basement, great service and awesome furniture. The sales team are the nicest salespeople ever, after multiple visits and a ton of questions, Josh was there from start to finish to help me out.. Smooth and very professional delivery service. I loved the tracking feature as well! Will definitely recommend Leon's in Welland to anyone I know.

The TV that was just purchased by my aunt was pretty flawless. We also purchased a wall mount. And it turned out my aunt did not want it. So you know you only have 72 hours to return something to Leon's and past 72 hours they charge you 50 % restocking fee Which is gouging as far as I'm concerned because of this they have lost me as a customer now and for the future. No one has any issues on a restocking fee as long as it's not excessive and abusive

Josh gave excellent assistance! He answered my questions about product specifications thoroughly and found several ways I could save on my purchases. He also explained delivery process well so we could fit my schedule. That should happen next week but I am confident that it will go well.
