Bought an Acer laptop from the store and found out...

Bought an Acer laptop from the store and found out the speaker was faulty and returned to the store the next day. Despite the sales associate noticing the faulty speaker right away and willing to do a return, the manager finds all kinds of excuse and continue to trying to do exchange/up-sale to waste another hour of my time. I get it, you are doing you job, but when someone says NO, it means NO. I am going to stick to Best Buy the next time I buy anything.
