Doesn't deserve any stars. Went in to Krispy Kreme in Lone Tree, Colorado today just dying for the original Krispy Kreme donuts. Had someone with me that had never had one and kept bragging about how wonderful they were. Would you believe they didn't have any of the original donuts and would not have any more until 1-1/2 hours later. Can you believe that???? I thought that's what they were known for!!!

I bought 4 dozen donuts this morning in Hickory, NC (2 dozen assorted and 2 dozen glazed) with 96 oz coffee to give to my work crews at three locations. When I went to give them out, I discovered Krispy Kreme gave me 1 dozen assorted and 3 dozen glazed. I called to complain and they said I had to bring the donuts back to exchange if I wanted what I ordered. I'm angry because now the donuts are for lunch and I had to drive across town an extra time. These guys dont want donuts for lunch.
I was so irritated that I had to take the donuts back for an exchange, I just told the manager I didnt even want the donuts. They could just keep them and give me back my money. I mean, who wants donuts for lunch. They're so damn worried about getting back their donuts for a one-for-one exchange, they can just keep em. I'll get donuts from the grocery store. Maybe they can get my order right. I've been buying a lot of donuts, six dozen in just this past week, plus the 96 oz coffees. I'm done. I wont be back. Get all damn cheap with me and want their donuts back for an exchange when they screwed up the order! They could have apologized and said, hey just keep the wrong ones and when you come back we'll give you the extra assorted dozen you already paid for. That would have gotten me back to buy more donuts. Instead, they wanted their damn donuts back and I had to drive back across town.
That's three work crews that wont be getting anymore Krispy Kreme donuts. Plus, I'm going to tell everyone I know how damn cheap Krispy Kreme is. Wanting their damn donuts back! I suppose they needed em so they could resell them to some gas station. Learn some customer service! They messed up my order, gave me the wrong donuts, then made it my responsibility to drive all the way back across town so they could make a one-for-one swap. That is wrong on so many levels. Yes, I believe I'll take my business elsewhere.

Well, last October (2015), I walked in to the Krispy Kreme on Andresen in Vancouver, WA & slipped & fell due to a water drenched floor (that had been mopped 2-3 hours prior). An employee witnessed the incident plus its on video tape. CHUBB Insurance (the agent handling the claim, who, by the way, made me feel bullied & victimized) insulted me with a $200 offer regarding the incident. I fell on THEIR water drenched floor. Period. End of story. I shouldn't have to do this & do that, get this & get that, send this or fax that, for them. I shouldn't be threatened to allow them access to my medical records or send them proof of this or that or the claim file will be closed in 30 days. Hello? Krispy Kreme? I slipped & fell on YOUR floor!

The customer service at Krispy Kreme is so horribl...

The customer service at Krispy Kreme is so horrible, from the store all the way up to corporate. I purchased a gift that shows a $25 balance but will not work at the store. NO ONE knows why it won't work and NO ONE has done anything to help me.

On the day of buy a dozen get a dozen glaze for .80 cents the customer service was horrible! Krispy Kreme is the only type of doughnut I eat. But they did not handle the customers appropriately. I waited in line for 45 mins. They did not have any glaze available then the wait for the glaze was going to be another hour and 45 mins. THAT IS CRAZY! I could not wait another hour and 45 mins, I do work like they do. I called and spoke with someone who said I couldn't come and pick up the doughnuts AFTER I already paid for them!!!!!!! I later called back to speak with the manager and the phone was giving me a busy signal (someone took the phone off the hook). Overall experience was awful! And I still do not have my glaze doughnuts.

I wanted to say thank you so very much to the location in Tacoma WA. They ran out of the donuts I ordered. They did text me to let me know unfortunately I did not pay attention to it. I went to pickup my order and was advised it had been canceled because they ran out of the products. However the lady I spoke with was very nice and offered a free dozen glaze donuts. This is someone I will do business with again.

fort lauderdale location on north federal highway if you are looking for hospitality and customer service do not i repeat do not go to this location.they hate there job i guess and there lives as well. 20 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me to order on a tuesday at 10;30 pm.she took one car at a time from ordering to giving there donuts then when we finally got up to the car box we waited 10-15 minutes for her to get it together. after we ordered the car behind clapped as we were the problem we had for her to get the order just of 12 donuts like t was a hard math problem to solve. when got to window of course i was super kind asked if she was only one behind there tonight she answered no with an attitude and unpleasant manor.if you don't want to work get out of the job or find god in your life or something. we live in america the best country there is. by the way i am in the hospitality industry and i no a bad day from a bad unhappy attitude.thank god the donuts are wonderful that made up for a little....By the way this is the first review i have ever done, but the service was so nasty either they need more workers ,because she was spread thin that night or she just needs to know that you can not get repeat costumers no matter how great the donuts are SERVICE IS KEY..

I purchased a dozen doughnuts today at the store in Concord NC. Once I placed my order I was asked if I was an essential worker. I said I'm not a health care worker but I am a truck driver and that I deliver essentials for the Healthcare community and also oil so that you all can make your doughnuts. The cashier name Jacorrius chuckled and said no. So before writing this review I also contacted the manager named Crystal and said I wasn't considered essential also because I'm not a health care worker. I feel very disrespected not only as a person but as a truck driver that provides for this country the essentials they need to survive, just to be chuckled at and said no I'm not considered essential to y'all. I will never spend another dime to this logo and company ever again. I will also post this review to all truck groups on social media.

The corporate office has the worse customer service skills ever & they dont ever answer the phone &they dont ever call anyone back either & I called them twice & each time I was on hold for 1hour &8 minutes waiting for someone to answer &they wouldn't answer so I hung up both times.

I was offered an employment opportunity. I did my interview and later got the job offer in my email which i accepted. After accepting the job offer i spoke with them maybe 2 times where they claim the system was down. Its been a month now they completely GHOSTED ME. I had made arrangements ect to start the job. You shouldnt give someone an entire job offer have them sign it tell them they are about to start just to have them to sign and accept leaving them with false hope its just wrong. This happened at the Burlington Location. And unfortunately i turned down another job for them so now i have to start my job search ALL over again with 3 children to take care of.

Extremely disappointed in the Pearland, Texas location! I have enjoyed Krispy Kreme all my life and was so disappointed in the quality of the donuts at this location. The kreme filled had less than an 1/4 teaspoon of kreme. The doughnuts were AT LEAST a day old. This is not the quality I grew up with. Maybe they need some guidance from corporate. Hate to see them struggling.

Drove a half hour out of my way today for doughnuts. So disappointed!!! Two doughnuts that we refrigerated cold and tasted very stale. I called the manager woh said they were not stale. Sorry but they are terrible. First time I have ever been disappointed.

Salisbury, NC....It's pretty bad when you go to buy a dozen of assorted donuts and this giving away of a supposed dozen of donuts for $3.99 since the Carolina Panthers won takes priority over other customers. That's fine the problem is the abuse of the dozens of donuts that people are taking for $3.99 per person is ridiculous let alone the 1 hour 15 min. wait time inside not to mention the crazy traffic problems it causes for the surrounding businesses. A one dozen limit needs to be put into place per family with the family's address entered into the system. This should solve the both problems at one time.

Me and my niece just went to the one in High Point...

Me and my niece just went to the one in High Point, NC and they would not honor the posted sweet or treat unless you were a rewards member after driving 25 minutes to get there. Not only lost a sale today, but lost a sale for good. Will not be going back. Manager was not helpful in the whole situation.

Because of their pricing, I have not ate there in Two years. KK loves for you to buy smaller portions because their profit margin goes through the roof.
However they Don't allow post of these Prices Anywhere ( i looked for over a hour on internet) Why? because They Know they are ripping people off! They used to have a doz.for 7.99,(asst.8.99) BUT half dozen was $4.99($5..99 asst.)(I could be mistaken or actually LOW on the half dozen price ...in anyway it is a RipOFF! If you buy half doz. you give them- Krispy Kreme- Another $2 Dollars for a dozen. Definitely watch out for the "3 Pack", that assorted variety will cost you $3.99. allowing them to get another $8.00 or a Total of what would work out to 16.00 Dollars for a Dozen of D O U G H N U T S. You have been warned!

Arlington Texas location gave us the wrong donuts. Would not answer the phone. One day later a shift supervisor answered the phone saying "yeah". I confirmed it was Krispy Kreme. He said "what do you need?" I explained we got the wrong donuts. He asked if I have my receipt. I said yes. He hung up on me. I called 3 more times and the phone was picked up and hung up without speaking. This is horrid customer service!

This company is so crooked/ They sell gift cards you can't use because they all say their machines are down. They lure you to their stores with coupons and they when you get there they say that there is a chance they might be counterfeit and make you pay full price....this is what is known as a bait and switch...and is a felony. Save your money and spend it at a different business. Yes their donuts may be great but they are made by thieves and crooks.

Gastonia location sucks!!!!
Have been 3 times recently because i bought my 2nd fundraiser card. Everytime i go in this location they have lame excuse as to why they dont have doughnuts. The excuses are we aren't making anymore of those tonight, or we are closing as im saying to them not til 11 right and at 9ish they are replying yes, and tonight at 830 they once again stated they arent making anymore doughnuts. I have called corporate and left a message as well i look forward to speaking to someone tomorrow. It would be different if there were more locations but unfortunately there isnt. Also there is an employee there with a beard which would be nice if they would wear netting around the food.
NO STARS INTENDED BUT GOOGLE WOULDN'T LET ME POST WITH OUT PUTTING ONE!!! NO BUSINESS IF THINGS DON'T CHANGE!!!!
AND NO MORE PAYING 20 BUCKS FOR FUNDRAISING CARDS WE CAN'T USE!!!

On 11/19/2017 at approximately 8:45 pm my daughter...

On 11/19/2017 at approximately 8:45 pm my daughter and I visited this location. The manager was mopping the floor at the side entrance and there was no Wet Floor sign at the door. As we carefully tipped across the floor, she looked up at us with a look of disgust, and continued to mop. Once we reached the counter, another employee was there, and she didn't greet us either. One other employee finally came over. I explained to her I received an offer on the Krispy Kreme app stating if I redeemed points from 11/19-11/21 I would receive a Bonus offer for a $4.99 Original Glazed Dozen next week. The other employee that didn't greet us initially acted as if the offer wasn't valid, and walked away. The employee assisting us stated she would try to see how it worked.

The manager finally came up and told me that they don't have anything to do with the apps offers and they don't honor anything like this. This promotion is connected to the Panther's Scored! Promotion; I'm sure the Carolina Panthers Organization would be thrilled to know Krispy Kreme is telling customers they won't honor their app offers!
I have earned enough points to redeem a dozen of doughnuts of any kind, and wanted to use them to purchase a dozen birthday cake doughnuts. They were advertising it but did not have any available at the window nor in the main case. I was forced to use the redemption for glazed only. I asked for the name of the general manager. The manager gave me the name, smiled, and walked away. She didn't apologize or anything.

The young lady that helped us was really friendly. As we were leaving, a Latino couple came in. The manager smiled, greeted them, and told them the doughnuts were so good, they would melt in their mouths, so this shows she does know how to treat people in a humane manner. Unfortunately she chose not to do so in our case.

As the wife of a disabled Gulf War Veteran, it's unfortunate, my daughter and I were subjected to such poor unprofessional service. Krispy Kreme solicited the support of the community to support the food bank, without our support, your doors would be closed, and the employees wouldn't have jobs.
