i downgraded my 5 star review to 3 stars after my recent experience. I bought lots of stuff from this place over the years but they d customer service is not what it used to be, the first sales person who spoke to me yesterday had zero know ledge on electronics. But thankfully George stepped in and the matter w a sorted out.
