A friend and I have just been to Bulgaria with Ving, we booked with pick up to / from the airport. Due to a misunderstanding, we managed to lose the bus back to the airport while sitting at the reception of the hotel. We were reasonably stressed when we realized something was wrong and called Ving in despair. The customer service was fantastic, and within minutes they had arranged a new ride for us, at no extra cost! Experienced Ving as helpful and professional also throughout the trip. Feel free to travel with them again!

Sunprime Kamela beach has a bus [see photo] that runs to and from Pattong several times a day.
This bus pollutes something absolutely awful, possibly it has an old tractor engine in it for it goes terribly bad. It's just plain awfully uncomfortable to sit on.
Should be addressed.

Very bad experience with this company traveling to Tenerife and will never travel with them again. No follow-up and help and incorrect information on many things, including. about the price of switching hotel. I ended up arranging myself and stayed at Los Olivas, at a much lower price than Ving predicted me, and much better in every way. In comparison, I travel a lot, including Asia with Asiatours. Here is a completely different follow-up from the first moment, one is really taken care of and individual considerations are taken all the way ...... and it is much cheaper. A few more hours on the plane but you get to tropical climate and you get plenty of money.

Hi!

Hi!
To date, I have been very happy with Ving. We, my wife and I have traveled to the Canary Islands several times. We have always been just as happy.

This no longer applies. Our last trip to Servatur Green Beach in Patalavaca by Arguineguin in March this year. It was a special holiday for many of us, who were abroad.
We had half the trip ruined. The first week was great, but then it stopped. On Sunday morning, March 15, we were informed at the hotel that there was a curfew throughout the city. It was only allowed to go to the nearest store or pharmacy to buy groceries or medicines. It was also not allowed to move in the outdoor area of the hotel. We had to stay in the rooms. We tried to go for a walk but were stopped by the police and chased back to the hotel.
We had a return ticket to Sola on March 21st. We were regularly informed on our mobile phones with messages that Ving was trying to get us home earlier. I therefore considered it unnecessary to push Ving, when they said they worked for us. I have no reason to believe otherwise.
The day before we were to go home, it was reported that the return trip was postponed until later in the day, and that we had to travel via Oslo. We were to be sent by bus from Oslo to Sandnes on arrival at Gardemoen. It sounded exciting. We arrived at Gardermoen at about 1930.
When we had landed, a new message came in from Ving that we were going to spend the night at a "corona hotel", but that they would come back with which ones. After about an hour of waiting, we decided to walk over to the nearest hotel. Luckily, a room was booked for us there, by Ving 2 days ago. This was not an impressive overview.
We were now hungry and had to get some food. We then had 15 min on us, after we had checked into the hotel. We had to pay for the food ourselves. There was no food voucher for us. We bought the cheapest that was on the menu. It was NOK 685 for 2 people.
The next day we had a good breakfast at the hotel. The flight to Sola left at 1705. It was flight DY540. We then sat all day in the hotel with no offer of wet or dry. We were quarantined and had to stay in the hotel,
We then arrived at Sola 30 hours after what was planned.

Then comes the raisin in the sausage. Had Ving sorted things out in a proper way, everything extra would have been forgotten. But no, it's not that simple.
First, they claim that we were not quarantined until Monday at 1200. We who were at the place and received a message at the hotel, are not believed by Ving. It hurts. Now in retrospect I have gone through all the messages from ving, then find a message I had forgotten. It is dated March 15 at 1113. There Ving writes that everything is closed and we have to stay at the hotel. Nevertheless, Ving claims in an email to me that everything was closed in the middle of the day on March 16.
I think we should get compensation for 6 days. I have also never asked for compensation for food we had to pay for ourselves. Nor have I asked for anything for us to come home 30 hours later than planned.

I have asked for compensation of NOK 15745, -, which is half the trip. I have received NOK 9,284 in the account. I could have received NOK 2,000 more if I had left the money with Ving, and spent it on a new trip.
In addition to this, I will then be offered a new trip from Ving, where I will get a NOK 5,000 discount if I book then. Then the money is loose.

Now my patience with Ving is over. I can not imagine that there will be a new trip with Ving. I call this plain treatment. You have lost a good ambassador.

With best regards
Omund Norheim.

Still no money back.

Still no money back.
One has to hope that rogue companies like Ving do not survive the corona crisis.

I have been a Ving customer for more than 40 years, mostly very satisfied, especially after you entered into a partnership with TC. However, you opened for trips to Ierapetra again, a wonderful place, but the transfer is a nightmare, The director of the Astron hotel also told me a horror story about travelers who had first been to Retymno. It took 6 and a half hours to get to the destination. There is a Wing Center south of Ierepetra and you use Petra Mare and a few other hotels outside the city. Why can't this be synced? I would appreciate one. preferably. telephone answer. 95280609.

Here comes a little story about four young people, including my daughter, who was going on her first southern trip on her own. They had booked a week with Ving in Gran Canaria and were looking forward to a great time. The day of departure was the famous Thursday when everything went to a certain place at Gardermoen, and they were told that the suitcases probably did not join the plane, but that they would arrive the next day. So on the first day of the holiday, they went around stressing about shopping for what they needed for the first day. Well, there were still no suitcases in the days to come, and they have now spent the money they were supposed to enjoy to do all the necessary things. Thanks to kind Hanne and Monica who plied money, they had at least a little extra. Yesterday it was announced that the suitcases had arrived ... wrong hotel! And that they had to go and get them for themselves. I didn't think it was possible, so I called Ving. They promised to fix it. Today I got a message from my daughter that they had to pick it up, because if it got messy again, they would never see their luggage again. Then it would be their own responsibility. And tomorrow they go home, so now they dared not take any chances, so now they take a taxi to Arguinegin to look for the luggage that Ving has rotted away. My daughter and I very much agree that traveling with the amateur company Ving will never come up again. I have never been the cause of poor service!

I would like to thank a very nice caseworker in Ving, who helped me out of a rather messy situation. This story is really long, but I'll try to make it as short as possible. (I would rather take it to Norsk ReiselivsForum). I booked a trip via Loveholidays.no on 23/9, to Crete in June 2020 - and VING sold the air tickets for this trip. (Loveholidays is not Norwegian, but British, I eventually understood that). Paid with Klarna account. I canceled only a few hours afterwards, when I realized that I had to pay far more than I first anticipated. In addition, Thomas Cook had gone bankrupt, so everything became very uncertain. One last thing, I had not researched reviews around this company and after doing so, I regretted having booked through them. Anyway, when I cancel, I get notified on their website that I have to pay for the air tickets + a cancellation fee. A total of 9300, -. Wow, now I'm fine in the sticker! The only way to get out of this was to contact Ving / Thomas Cook and explain the situation. The nice lady in Ving said that this was no problem. Ving himself had frozen his online order with Thomas Cook traveling just during the time I booked. It had NOT made Loveholidays. She says that this order should not be possible to make. I get NOK 8600, - back for the airline tickets, already on 24/9 and I am very happy and grateful! Fortunately, I get a written email on this. Well it was, for Loveholiday's refusal to receive the money, I finally get a case manager on 27/9 via a Norwegian phone number they have on their website. This phone is continued as I understand it, to England. I have sent Loveholidays several emails with the confirmation from Ving where the money has been refunded to them for the flight, I have written posts on FB since their but NULL response from them. Nor do I get a new and directed invoice. Finally, Klarna also had to get in the picture and contact Loveholidays. I do not know if they were luckier than me, but yesterday, I receive a new updated invoice from Klarna where I "only" owe Loveholidays NOK 855, - instead of NOK 9300, -. Then it has been 19 days since I made this booking / cancellation.
To owe NOK 855 is far better than NOK 9300. But still; No answers from Loveholidays, no cancellation confirmation, nothing in 19 days. Only a new invoice from Klarna, which I owe Loveholidays NOK 855, - for nothing. Or rather, to cancel two hours after I booked the trip. But had it not been for VING, I would have been in a far worse situation! Thank you very much! You will surely see me again as a customer with you!

Ving is unfortunately perceived as a company that has very little service. After a delay of 43h and 55m, you will still try to abdicate responsibility and escape the cheapest. Of course, we will never use their "service" again.

You must not rely on the information that Ving advertises on its website. Our entire trip was destroyed because we ended up in a small boring village of Khao Lak on the mainland instead of the island of Phuket. Khao Lak was presented by Ving as a place located in Phuket, which does not. Far from. We used Ving when we are not playmen, otherwise we could arrange everything much cheaper.

Just got home from a southern trip with Ving. The trip has been completely okay and we have enjoyed ourselves. Until the return trip and return ticket were printed. There the joy stopped. We contacted reception to print the tickets as soon as I got the message on tel. This is not a problem, we thought. But after several visits to the front desk and trying both there and elsewhere, it was just giving up. No internet they said. But booking those who came was no problem . It ended up installing an app that could download the tickets. No internet connection ???? Why can't wing arrange so that one can print return tickets from home before going on tour, as most other companies do? Saves one for unnecessary stress. And an extra service, is not what they include advertising

I do not recommend Ving. They are not very willing to work hard and use every opportunity to add extra costs.

I will not recommend Ving. They are not very cooperative and use opportunities to add charges.

We will never ever travel with Ving again! The family holiday turned into a nightmare of burglary in the hotel room the first night - while we slept. None of Wing's representatives were interested in helping us, despite the fact that we visited them several days in a row. Customer service on the phone was no better, was almost shut down when we were to make a complaint. Do not recommend anyone to travel with them, one gets no help whatsoever if one comes out for something!

Traveled with Wing several times. Very neat web pages that make the order easy. Good information before travel. Everything that is reflected on the journey - except for some somewhat quiet buses sometimes where safety is not fully taken care of. Broken seat belts and no hammer to settle with (the very few times you should need it). But this I shall personally give to Ving. Not easy to discover if you as a traveler do not specifically inform. All in all, Ving seems to be a well-run company that exudes solid experience with what they do.

We arrived at the hotel in Gran Canaria at 8 in the morning on Christmas Eve.
We were tired, hadn't slept on the plane. Come to the closed door. Called Ving service phone on site. Was told that check-in started at 12am. It says in our travel regulations, they said. Possibly it says there, but we had not been told when we booked the trip. Then we would not be traveling at that time. Little wonder that when traveling with other companies, we can arrive at the place in the middle of the night. And still be checked in. Also earlier
we have been dissatisfied with Ving. Due to misleading and lack of info, poor hotel standard, low humility towards customers, etc.
More holiday trips with Ving are not tempted!

Helped ... where did the wing hosts "hide" themselves. Got sick at hospital suspected of blood clots. We did not hear Wing from the 3 days I was in the hospital. My cohabitant who was "left" to himself at the hotel also received no help, phone, support or anything from the wing. Hope it gets better when the big valley has taken over ,, for we are diligent users of the various nordic choice hotels and there everything works very well.

Bad / Stupid Service First and foremost, I have been to Alanya several times but never been to such service before. It was a nightmare stay and thanks to the rental car that saved our vacation. The treatment of the hotel staff was so bad that no matter how clear and clear one speaks, one gets misunderstood. In several domestic countries we tried to inform hotel staff that our booking via Ving was not quite right. But the hotel staff and especially the receptionists were so unprofessional and arrogant they ignored us. For 4 days we were waiting for the hotel manager to change rooms because we were 3 adults and two children got a two bedroom apartment with a room without air, but no one came and they did not offer us the only thing they thought about is money. have contacted Ving several times and we got a fan two days before we left home. Never again neither Ving nor Villa Moon Flower

We were in Puerto Ricco from January 6-20. Stayed at Sun Suite Royal in the upper floor. Downstairs at the center there was construction work going on. Here was the excavator that used chisel / hammer from 0830 to 1730 every day. This ruined our entire vacation. Ving should be notified that construction is underway in such a situation. Too bad to spend so much money to hear banking all day. Has recorded sound of the knocking. Ask that you contact 91335882. It is impossible to get through on the phone to you. Intend to follow this matter up further.
