I am not eating in hotels but this time I was there for office meetings. Normal food but very expensive (expected in a hotel of this type). The attentive waiters. The super quiet environment.

My experience with the hotel was exceptional, they arranged a luxury wedding for me.
From the first contact in a day of open doors to the days before the wedding very attentive all the team of events.
All the guests were satisfied, they fulfilled all our expectations, organization, music, food, decoration and magnificent place in the tent of the pool.
I would repeat and recommend it of all!

Staying here for a conference. Great for the airport as only 15mins but 20 in a taxi to anywhere more lively. Hotel is in the process of being done up if you get a room that's been upgraded great otherwise they are tired. Friendly staff and good service.bit pricey in the bar for food and drinks

I rarely encountered bad services in a 4 star hotels, being at the bar for 25 minutes, I was deliberately ignored by the servers during an Halloween party. They ruined my night, I don't think I will ever go back there.

The hotel's private parking lot, which is chargeable and extremely expensive, costs 30 euros per day in addition to the price. Valet parking only for flashy cars. My DS3 were not expensive enough to benefit from this service. The outdoor pool is very nice (for adults) but there were 2 broken sunbeds. I appreciated the diversity of the breakfast, even if I had my pack of cigarettes stolen from the table, the breakfast menu is 30 euros. The hotel is about 15/30 minutes from the historic center, cost between 13 and 18 euros to get there by taxi. The rooms are very clean and the bedding sumptuous. the mini bar is absolutely overpriced, count 10 euros for the chocolate bar and 8 euros for the mini bottle of water, 6 euros for freeze-dried coffee. The check in / out is long, count 30 minutes and not sure to come across a staff who speaks French. The view was very nice from the room (7th floor). The minimum air conditioning is at 22.5 degrees, I would have liked to set it to 20. No window opens in the room, the claustrophobic will appreciate. Overall I found this hotel nice but the extras are exaggerated, I feel like a good tourist trap. I would not return to this 5-star establishment, certainly pleasant but with all these at the side. The restaurant "the terrace" is a disaster, expensive for assembly cooking with quantities for children. The plate is empty and again they are trying to sell you more. The waiter begins by announcing the color "Barcelona water is very bad, you have to take a bottle" 8 euros ". Ah, in a 5 star, the water is not drinkable ...

The Hotel is very well situated, modern, yet has very unskilled staff. <br/> The receptionists are unskilled, or even nothing! <br/> blocked me 400 euros from the credit card claiming possible spending on the fridge, it's exaggerated, the fridge had no drinks for that amount, but anyway. <br/> At my check out I unlocked the value, I asked if I had to pay the difference from single to double because I accompanied my wife at the last minute to Barcelona, I was told that I had nothing to pay, it was the company my wife represented that paid. And now I get a call from the company telling me that I didn't pay the single-double difference. <br/> This is unacceptable.

Incredible. You come into this huge building and stand breathless in front of the beautiful scenery. The rooms are very big and there is a nice restaurant at the end of the lobby. Also a small exsotic garden invites you for a walk. Also some shops are available. Would have liked to stay longer.

The location is very central and at the same time quiet. The rooms are very clean and tidy and the food is exquisite. Best of all, we will certainly return.

The hotel itself is quite nice, amenities and rooms are top notch. However, it's distance from the central Barcelona area makes it less than ideal for a vacation in Barcelona. If you're going to a game, it's a short walk. If you're in Barcelona to visit the city expect 30+ min metro rides to any destination and back.

They put access barriers and if you need to wait for someone you have a maximum of 25 minutes free. Otherwise, a long excursion to the basement awaits you in order to pay the parking

The most beautiful hotel I have stayed in without a doubt. The lobby, the bar, the room ... everything is perfect without exception, I am not a regular at luxury hotels so I have not much comparison I admit, but it's just sublime. The staff is at the top and listens what makes the establishment even more wonderful than it already has. I recommend without any hesitation !!!

Best hotel in Barcelona! Located in a very quiet part of the town, this hotel is simply remarkable. The lobby, the restaurants, the rooms, the pool, the garden, and the more than extraordinary service, made my short stay so rememberable. I will go back as soon as I have the occasion.

Good food and an excellent service, a bit overpriced if you only look at the food, but if you take into account the place as well then you can understand it. They are very careful and everything is done taking into account small details, like taking your jackets away and helping you to put them on, etc. For my taste the sofas they have look great but become uncomfortable for having dinner after half an hour, so I would recommend to sit on one of the high tables and stools they have.

No professionalism !! Exorbitant price 2 coffee 11th !! Parking fee 30th being customer !! Dismal room service 1h45 for a cheesecake !! Not to mention the cleanliness of the common toilet worthy of a gas station !! Knowing the fairmont chain including Monaco which is worthy of a 5 star it does not deserve 3 stars, awful ...

Because it is far from the center of the city, it is inconvenient for people who are active to travel etc. The rooms are large and equipped with a bathtub, shower booth and bidet.
1 bottle of mineral water, coffee machine, kettle, iron set, alarm clock.
There are no bathrobes, toothbrushes, shampoos, conditioners, hair dryers or pajamas.

To be the hotel it is, the spa is very fair in terms of variety

The SPA is a bit outdated and need some maintenance, there were stains in the walls.
The massage was a bit short than I expected but this could be just my sensation because it was nice, I didn t check the timing.

The staff is nice, they try to make you happy every moment.

The worst thing is that the SPA is gendered, so if you use the facilities normally you will be without your partner, and that s very awkward because I enjoy doing this beside my gf.
