We were in Puerto Ricco from January 6-20. Stayed at Sun Suite Royal in the upper floor. Downstairs at the center there was construction work going on. Here was the excavator that used chisel / hammer from 0830 to 1730 every day. This ruined our entire vacation. Ving should be notified that construction is underway in such a situation.
