Here comes a little story about four young people, including my daughter, who was going on her first southern trip on her own. They had booked a week with Ving in Gran Canaria and were looking forward to a great time. The day of departure was the famous Thursday when everything went to a certain place at Gardermoen, and they were told that the suitcases probably did not join the plane, but that they would arrive the next day. So on the first day of the holiday, they went around stressing about shopping for what they needed for the first day. Well, there were still no suitcases in the days to come, and they have now spent the money they were supposed to enjoy to do all the necessary things. Thanks to kind Hanne and Monica who plied money, they had at least a little extra. Yesterday it was announced that the suitcases had arrived ... wrong hotel! And that they had to go and get them for themselves. I didn't think it was possible, so I called Ving. They promised to fix it. Today I got a message from my daughter that they had to pick it up, because if it got messy again, they would never see their luggage again. Then it would be their own responsibility. And tomorrow they go home, so now they dared not take any chances, so now they take a taxi to Arguinegin to look for the luggage that Ving has rotted away. My daughter and I very much agree that traveling with the amateur company Ving will never come up again. I have never been the cause of poor service!
